Policijsku službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminala PU dbrovačko- neretvanske podnijeli su zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo zlouporabe ovlasti u gospodarskom poslovanju dubrovačkom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu kaznenu prijavu protiv Dubrovčanina Iva Šimunovića (60), direktora tvrtke “Avia” iz Župe dubrovačke. Prema Zakonu o odgovornosti pravnih osoba ODO- u Dubrovnik je prijavljeno i ta tvrtka.

Prema priopćenju dubrovačke PU u kojem se konkretno navodi samo starost osnovano osumnjičene osobe, prijava je podnešena nakon provedene kriminalističke istrage zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinjeno kazneno djelo zlouporabe ovlasti u poslovanju na način da je Šimunović kao direktor poduzeća “Avia” krajem 2006. godine na sebe prenio sve poslovne udjele koje je “Avia” kao tvrtka kojoj je on direktor imala u ukupnom iznosu od 2.967.700 kuna u dubrovačkom trgovačkom društvu “Zgrada”, ali da tom prigodom nije platio pripisani porez.

Prema priopćenju kojeg potpisuje glasnogovornica Marija Gjenero ustupanjem te imovine Šimunović je izuzeo imovinu trgovačkog društva iz Župe Dubrovačke na teret dobiti tog društva, što je podložno porezu na dohodak od kapitala, nego je to učinio kako bi tom trgovačkom društvu iz Župe pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist od 1.870.348 kuna, u kojem je iznosu oštećen i Državni proračun RH.

Istaknimo na kraju i neslužbeno saznanje da je vlasnik tvrtke “Zgrada” poduzeće “Srhoj nekretnine” te podatak kako je, iako se trenutačno poslovno nalazi u inozemstvu, Šimunović pristao dati izjavu za medije te ustvrdio kako je "riječ o grešci kod knjiženja":

- Iz “Avie” nikad nismo rekli da nećemo platiti porez a sve se to događalo u vrijeme kad je naš poslovni segment autobiznisa “krenuo na dole”- izjavio je Ivo Šimunović.

Policijsku službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminala PU dbrovačko- neretvanske podnijeli su zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo zlouporabe ovlasti u gospodarskom poslovanju dubrovačkom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu kaznenu prijavu protiv Dubrovčanina Iva Šimunovića (60), direktora tvrtke “Avia” iz Župe dubrovačke. Prema Zakonu o odgovornosti pravnih osoba ODO- u Dubrovnik je prijavljeno i ta tvrtka.

Prema priopćenju dubrovačke PU u kojem se konkretno navodi samo starost osnovano osumnjičene osobe, prijava je podnešena nakon provedene kriminalističke istrage zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinjeno kazneno djelo zlouporabe ovlasti u poslovanju na način da je Šimunović kao direktor poduzeća “Avia” krajem 2006. godine na sebe prenio sve poslovne udjele koje je “Avia” kao tvrtka kojoj je on direktor imala u ukupnom iznosu od 2.967.700 kuna u dubrovačkom trgovačkom društvu “Zgrada”, ali da tom prigodom nije platio pripisani porez.

Prema priopćenju kojeg potpisuje glasnogovornica Marija Gjenero ustupanjem te imovine Šimunović je izuzeo imovinu trgovačkog društva iz Župe Dubrovačke na teret dobiti tog društva, što je podložno porezu na dohodak od kapitala, nego je to učinio kako bi tom trgovačkom društvu iz Župe pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist od 1.870.348 kuna, u kojem je iznosu oštećen i Državni proračun RH.

Istaknimo na kraju i neslužbeno saznanje da je vlasnik tvrtke “Zgrada” poduzeće “Srhoj nekretnine” te podatak kako je, iako se trenutačno poslovno nalazi u inozemstvu, Šimunović pristao dati izjavu za medije te ustvrdio kako je "riječ o grešci kod knjiženja":

- Iz “Avie” nikad nismo rekli da nećemo platiti porez a sve se to događalo u vrijeme kad je naš poslovni segment autobiznisa “krenuo na dole”- izjavio je Ivo Šimunović.
