Liječnik Hitne medicinske pomoći iz Makarske našao se pod istragom splitskog Općinskog državnog odvjetništva koje je još 21. svibnja donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv njega i to zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela nesavjesnog liječenja te kaznenog djela sprječavanja dokazivanja.

Ne navodeći identitet niti druge detalje, ODO Split je u ponedjeljak objavilo da postoji "osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 50-godišnjak 21. studenoga 2020. godine kao dežurni liječnik jedne zdravstvene ustanove u jednom gradu na području Županije splitsko-dalmatinske, u kojoj je pacijent zatražio liječničku pomoć zbog zadobivenih ozljeda, prvim pregledom utvrdio kako pacijent ima otvorenu veliku reznu ranu iz koje je obilno krvario.

Osnovano se sumnja da je, iako je bio svjestan težine njegovih ozljeda koje su bile osobito teške i opasne po život te da ih u izvanbolničkim uvjetima nije moguće hemodinamski stabilizirati već da je neophodno pristupiti pružanju osnovnih medicinskih postupaka zbrinjavanja krvarenja uz neodgodiv hitni transport u njegovoj pratnji do bolnice gdje je ozljedu bilo moguće definitivno zbrinuti, olako držao da svojim postupcima neće izazvati pogoršanje zdravstvenog stanja pacijenta s posljedičnim smrtnim ishodom - navodi se u priopćenju.

Doznajemo da se radi o slučaju prometne nesreće koja se dogodila tog 21. studenog prošle godine oko 3.25 sati. Po tadašnjem izvješću policije, do tragične nesreće je došlo u Ulici Stjepana Radića u Brelima i to kada je 26-godišnji vozač pod utjecajem alkohola od preko promila u krvi izgubio nadzor nad volanom, sletio s kolnika i udario u zid. Od siline udarca, tri godine mlađi suvozač je od dijelova razbijenog automobila teško ozlijeđen nakon što mu je komad lima duboko razrezao vrat. Naravno, na mjesto nesreće stigla je i ekipa Hitne pomoći s već spomenutim liječnikom.

Osumnjičeni je prvo neopravdano odlagao transport teško ozlijeđenog pacijenta u bolnicu iako se njegovo stanje pogoršavalo, a onda je, navodi ODO Split, odlučio da neće biti u pratnji u vozilu Hitne pomoći dok ga se bude prebacivalo u KBC Split na daljnje pružanje pomoći. Taj je posao prepustio dvojici medicinskih tehničara, od kojih je jedan bio uz pacijenta, a drugi je upravljao kolima hitne pomoći.

- Na taj je način pacijentu tijekom transporta onemogućio aktivno liječenje koje bi mu osiguralo preživljavanje, a oštećenik je preminuo na putu prema bolnici - navode iz splitskog ODO-a.

Kako bi prikrio svoje nepostupanje i otežao da se utvrdi njegova odgovornost istog je dana u dokumentacijski list hitnog slučaja koji se odnosio na navedenog pacijenta izbrisao unesene podatke te svjesno upisao lažne podatke o vitalnim parametrima pacijenta i o njegovom medicinskom zbrinjavanju.

Liječnika se sumnjiči da je nesavjesnim liječenjem prouzrokovao smrt pacijenta iz nehaja za što je propisana kazna zatvora od jedne do osam godina zatvora dok je za sprječavanje dokazivanja na gore opisani način propisana zatvorska kazna od šest mjeseci do pet godina.

Liječnik Hitne medicinske pomoći iz Makarske našao se pod istragom splitskog Općinskog državnog odvjetništva koje je još 21. svibnja donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv njega i to zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela nesavjesnog liječenja te kaznenog djela sprječavanja dokazivanja.

Ne navodeći identitet niti druge detalje, ODO Split je u ponedjeljak objavilo da postoji "osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 50-godišnjak 21. studenoga 2020. godine kao dežurni liječnik jedne zdravstvene ustanove u jednom gradu na području Županije splitsko-dalmatinske, u kojoj je pacijent zatražio liječničku pomoć zbog zadobivenih ozljeda, prvim pregledom utvrdio kako pacijent ima otvorenu veliku reznu ranu iz koje je obilno krvario.

Osnovano se sumnja da je, iako je bio svjestan težine njegovih ozljeda koje su bile osobito teške i opasne po život te da ih u izvanbolničkim uvjetima nije moguće hemodinamski stabilizirati već da je neophodno pristupiti pružanju osnovnih medicinskih postupaka zbrinjavanja krvarenja uz neodgodiv hitni transport u njegovoj pratnji do bolnice gdje je ozljedu bilo moguće definitivno zbrinuti, olako držao da svojim postupcima neće izazvati pogoršanje zdravstvenog stanja pacijenta s posljedičnim smrtnim ishodom - navodi se u priopćenju.

Doznajemo da se radi o slučaju prometne nesreće koja se dogodila tog 21. studenog prošle godine oko 3.25 sati. Po tadašnjem izvješću policije, do tragične nesreće je došlo u Ulici Stjepana Radića u Brelima i to kada je 26-godišnji vozač pod utjecajem alkohola od preko promila u krvi izgubio nadzor nad volanom, sletio s kolnika i udario u zid. Od siline udarca, tri godine mlađi suvozač je od dijelova razbijenog automobila teško ozlijeđen nakon što mu je komad lima duboko razrezao vrat. Naravno, na mjesto nesreće stigla je i ekipa Hitne pomoći s već spomenutim liječnikom.

Osumnjičeni je prvo neopravdano odlagao transport teško ozlijeđenog pacijenta u bolnicu iako se njegovo stanje pogoršavalo, a onda je, navodi ODO Split, odlučio da neće biti u pratnji u vozilu Hitne pomoći dok ga se bude prebacivalo u KBC Split na daljnje pružanje pomoći. Taj je posao prepustio dvojici medicinskih tehničara, od kojih je jedan bio uz pacijenta, a drugi je upravljao kolima hitne pomoći.

- Na taj je način pacijentu tijekom transporta onemogućio aktivno liječenje koje bi mu osiguralo preživljavanje, a oštećenik je preminuo na putu prema bolnici - navode iz splitskog ODO-a.

Kako bi prikrio svoje nepostupanje i otežao da se utvrdi njegova odgovornost istog je dana u dokumentacijski list hitnog slučaja koji se odnosio na navedenog pacijenta izbrisao unesene podatke te svjesno upisao lažne podatke o vitalnim parametrima pacijenta i o njegovom medicinskom zbrinjavanju.

Liječnika se sumnjiči da je nesavjesnim liječenjem prouzrokovao smrt pacijenta iz nehaja za što je propisana kazna zatvora od jedne do osam godina zatvora dok je za sprječavanje dokazivanja na gore opisani način propisana zatvorska kazna od šest mjeseci do pet godina.

Liječnik Hitne medicinske pomoći iz Makarske našao se pod istragom splitskog Općinskog državnog odvjetništva koje je još 21. svibnja donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv njega i to zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela nesavjesnog liječenja te kaznenog djela sprječavanja dokazivanja.
