Podsjetimo, Zdravku Mamiću je bilo određeno jamstvo od 14 milijuna kuna koje se može položiti u gotovom novcu ili u nekretninama. Međutim, po svemu sudeći, sutkinja nije ocijenila da su dvije nekretnine koje je Mamićeva obrana nudila za njegovo puštanje zbog nekih razloga adekvatne. Ista sutkinja jučer je odredila da je nekretnina koju je sin Zdravka Mamića Mario, ponudio za jamstvo od 5 milijuna kuna, adekvatna.

- Sutkinja je u potpunosti prihvatila argument USKOK-a, te odbila prijedlog Zdravka Mamića za jamstvo konkretnim nekretninama, rekao je novinarima zamjenik ravnatelja USKOK-a Tonći Petković.

Podsjetimo, Zdravku Mamiću je bilo određeno jamstvo od 14 milijuna kuna koje se može položiti u gotovom novcu ili u nekretninama. Međutim, po svemu sudeći, sutkinja nije ocijenila da su dvije nekretnine koje je Mamićeva obrana nudila za njegovo puštanje zbog nekih razloga adekvatne. Ista sutkinja jučer je odredila da je nekretnina koju je sin Zdravka Mamića Mario, ponudio za jamstvo od 5 milijuna kuna, adekvatna.

- Sutkinja je u potpunosti prihvatila argument USKOK-a, te odbila prijedlog Zdravka Mamića za jamstvo konkretnim nekretninama, rekao je novinarima zamjenik ravnatelja USKOK-a Tonći Petković.

Nakon saslušanja vještaka sutkinja Erna Dražančić odbila je prije nekoliko minuta prijedlog obrane Zdravka Mamića, kojem je određeno jamstvo od 14 milijuna kuna, da Mamić sa dvije kuće svojih prijatelja može jamčiti za svoje puštanje na slobodu, javlja Jutarnji list.
