Odjel gospodarskog kriminaliteta PU dubrovačko-neretvanske je nakon obavljene detaljne kriminalističke obrade nad opunomoćenikom tvrtke „Potpora“ iz Omiša Ramadanom A. (55) podnio posebno izvješće Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Metkoviću zbog osnovane sumnje da je navedeni kolovoza ove godine, u cilju pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi, prikrivanjem i lažnim prikazivanjem poslovanja, počinio kazneno djelo zlouporabe ovlasti u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Također, neplaćenjem poreznih obveza i doprinosa opunomoćenik si je pribavio protupravnu korist od 775.408 kuna te proračunu RH prouzročio štetu od ukupno 802.196 kuna.

Utvrđeno je također kako je poslovanjem na području doline Neretve Ramadan A. izbjegao plaćanje zakonom predviđenih doprinosa državi te time počinio kazneno djelo povrede obveze vođenja trgovačkih i poslovnih knjiga.

Odjel gospodarskog kriminaliteta PU dubrovačko-neretvanske je nakon obavljene detaljne kriminalističke obrade nad opunomoćenikom tvrtke „Potpora“ iz Omiša Ramadanom A. (55) podnio posebno izvješće Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Metkoviću zbog osnovane sumnje da je navedeni kolovoza ove godine, u cilju pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi, prikrivanjem i lažnim prikazivanjem poslovanja, počinio kazneno djelo zlouporabe ovlasti u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Također, neplaćenjem poreznih obveza i doprinosa opunomoćenik si je pribavio protupravnu korist od 775.408 kuna te proračunu RH prouzročio štetu od ukupno 802.196 kuna.

Utvrđeno je također kako je poslovanjem na području doline Neretve Ramadan A. izbjegao plaćanje zakonom predviđenih doprinosa državi te time počinio kazneno djelo povrede obveze vođenja trgovačkih i poslovnih knjiga.
