Šimu Erlića, ministra regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije sustigao je duh iz prošlosti koji će ga koštati 215 eura od čega 14 eura otpada na sudske troškove. Točnije riječ je o grijehu od lanjskog siječnja 2022. dok još nije bio ministar, otkriva Jutarnji list.

Naime, Erlić je 13. siječnja prošle godine u 21,21 sati vozio unajmljeni Ford zagrebačkih kroz zadarsku Ulicu 84. gardijske bojne HV Termiti. Pritom se, kako je utvrdio uređaj Cordon M2 vozio kroz nasljeno mjesto 95 km/h, a nakon što je ta brojka umanjena za 10 posto sigurnosne razlike te iznosi 85 km/h, Erlić je prema prekršajnom nalogu zadarske policije prekršio članak 53. st.4. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama jer se kretao brzinom koja je za 35 km/h veća od dopuštene. Na navedeni nalog uložio je prigovor pa je isti stavljen izvan snage. Zadarski Općinski sud je potom proveo žurni prekršajni postupak nakon kojeg je Erlić osuđen na 201 euro novčane kazne. Ako istu odluči platiti u roku 90 dana na račun Državnog proračuna, u tom slučaju može podmiriti dvije trećine, odnosno 134 eura uvećano za 14 eura sudskih troškova.

Erlić, koji već nosi teret identičnog prijašnjeg prometnog grijeha, se posuo pepelom. U pisanoj obrani sudu priznao je prekršaj ali i zamolio da mu se uzme u razmatranje činjenica da u poslovne svrhe na tjednoj razini putuje na relaciji Zadar- Zagreb kao i po ostalim dijelovima Hrvatske.

- Navedeni prekršaj sam počinio vozeći se iz Zagreba, a obzirom da se radi o mojoj redovnoj ruti pazim da se pridržavam prometnih ograničenja. Tako da su ovakvi prekršaji iznimka. I ubuduće ću biti pažljiviji i neću kršiti ograničenja – zaključio je Erlić u obrani pristigloj na zadarski sud.

Za navedeni prekršaj kad prekoračenje brzine bude između 30 i 50 km/h zakon propisuje od 390 do 920 eura.

Prilikom donošenja presude, sud je kao olakotnu okolnost uzeo u obzir Erlićevo iskreno priznanje i dosadašnju neosuđivanost, dok mu je otežavajuća okolnost prekršajna osuđivanost za jedan prekršaj i to iz istog članka Zakona. Unatoč tome, sud mu je izrekao novčanu kaznu ispod najniže zakonom propisane jer smatra da će se i time postići svrha kažnjavanja. A kako sudsku poštu ministar na adresi prebivališta ne prima, sud je presudu zajedno sa uplatnicama stavio na oglasnu ploču, piše Jutarnji list.

Šimu Erlića, ministra regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije sustigao je duh iz prošlosti koji će ga koštati 215 eura od čega 14 eura otpada na sudske troškove. Točnije riječ je o grijehu od lanjskog siječnja 2022. dok još nije bio ministar, otkriva Jutarnji list.

Naime, Erlić je 13. siječnja prošle godine u 21,21 sati vozio unajmljeni Ford zagrebačkih kroz zadarsku Ulicu 84. gardijske bojne HV Termiti. Pritom se, kako je utvrdio uređaj Cordon M2 vozio kroz nasljeno mjesto 95 km/h, a nakon što je ta brojka umanjena za 10 posto sigurnosne razlike te iznosi 85 km/h, Erlić je prema prekršajnom nalogu zadarske policije prekršio članak 53. st.4. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama jer se kretao brzinom koja je za 35 km/h veća od dopuštene. Na navedeni nalog uložio je prigovor pa je isti stavljen izvan snage. Zadarski Općinski sud je potom proveo žurni prekršajni postupak nakon kojeg je Erlić osuđen na 201 euro novčane kazne. Ako istu odluči platiti u roku 90 dana na račun Državnog proračuna, u tom slučaju može podmiriti dvije trećine, odnosno 134 eura uvećano za 14 eura sudskih troškova.

Erlić, koji već nosi teret identičnog prijašnjeg prometnog grijeha, se posuo pepelom. U pisanoj obrani sudu priznao je prekršaj ali i zamolio da mu se uzme u razmatranje činjenica da u poslovne svrhe na tjednoj razini putuje na relaciji Zadar- Zagreb kao i po ostalim dijelovima Hrvatske.

- Navedeni prekršaj sam počinio vozeći se iz Zagreba, a obzirom da se radi o mojoj redovnoj ruti pazim da se pridržavam prometnih ograničenja. Tako da su ovakvi prekršaji iznimka. I ubuduće ću biti pažljiviji i neću kršiti ograničenja – zaključio je Erlić u obrani pristigloj na zadarski sud.

Za navedeni prekršaj kad prekoračenje brzine bude između 30 i 50 km/h zakon propisuje od 390 do 920 eura.

Prilikom donošenja presude, sud je kao olakotnu okolnost uzeo u obzir Erlićevo iskreno priznanje i dosadašnju neosuđivanost, dok mu je otežavajuća okolnost prekršajna osuđivanost za jedan prekršaj i to iz istog članka Zakona. Unatoč tome, sud mu je izrekao novčanu kaznu ispod najniže zakonom propisane jer smatra da će se i time postići svrha kažnjavanja. A kako sudsku poštu ministar na adresi prebivališta ne prima, sud je presudu zajedno sa uplatnicama stavio na oglasnu ploču, piše Jutarnji list.

Šimu Erlića, ministra regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije sustigao je duh iz prošlosti koji će ga koštati 215 eura od čega 14 eura otpada na sudske troškove. Točnije riječ je o grijehu od lanjskog siječnja 2022. dok još nije bio ministar, otkriva Jutarnji list.

Naime, Erlić je 13. siječnja prošle godine u 21,21 sati vozio unajmljeni Ford zagrebačkih kroz zadarsku Ulicu 84. gardijske bojne HV Termiti. Pritom se, kako je utvrdio uređaj Cordon M2 vozio kroz nasljeno mjesto 95 km/h, a nakon što je ta brojka umanjena za 10 posto sigurnosne razlike te iznosi 85 km/h, Erlić je prema prekršajnom nalogu zadarske policije prekršio članak 53. st.4. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama jer se kretao brzinom koja je za 35 km/h veća od dopuštene. Na navedeni nalog uložio je prigovor pa je isti stavljen izvan snage. Zadarski Općinski sud je potom proveo žurni prekršajni postupak nakon kojeg je Erlić osuđen na 201 euro novčane kazne. Ako istu odluči platiti u roku 90 dana na račun Državnog proračuna, u tom slučaju može podmiriti dvije trećine, odnosno 134 eura uvećano za 14 eura sudskih troškova.
