Županijski sud u Dubrovniku danas je donio rješenje kojim se 19-godišnjak osuđen na tri godine zatvora zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće u kojoj je poginula 15-godišnjakinja upućuje na izdržavanje kazne, piše Index.hr.

Učinjeno je to nakon što su mediji upozorili na ovaj slučaj te nakon što je predsjednik Vrhovnog suda RH Radovan Dobronić zatražio očitovanje dubrovačkog suda.

19-godišnjak je prije tri godine na pješačkom prijelazu motorom usmrtio 15-godišnju Magdalenu Šimić. Kad je usmrtio djevojčicu, motocikl je brzinom od 117 km/h vozio kroz naseljeno mjesto. Prošlog tjedna ponovo je uhvaćen u teškom kršenju prometnih pravila dok je, pretičući kolonu, jurio zaustavnom trakom po Pelješkom mostu.

Jučer je otkriveno da do sada nije poslan u zatvor, iako mu je presuda pravomoćna postala još lani. Sa Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku ponudili su za to obrazloženje: nisu ga uputili na izdržavanje kazne jer se njegov spis nalazi na Ustavnom sudu RH, kojem je podnio tužbu. No predsjednik Ustavnog suda RH Miroslav Šeparović javno je potvrdio da ustavna tužba ne može odgoditi izvršenje zatvorske kazne.

Županijski sud u Dubrovniku danas je donio rješenje kojim se 19-godišnjak osuđen na tri godine zatvora zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće u kojoj je poginula 15-godišnjakinja upućuje na izdržavanje kazne, piše Index.hr.

Učinjeno je to nakon što su mediji upozorili na ovaj slučaj te nakon što je predsjednik Vrhovnog suda RH Radovan Dobronić zatražio očitovanje dubrovačkog suda.

19-godišnjak je prije tri godine na pješačkom prijelazu motorom usmrtio 15-godišnju Magdalenu Šimić. Kad je usmrtio djevojčicu, motocikl je brzinom od 117 km/h vozio kroz naseljeno mjesto. Prošlog tjedna ponovo je uhvaćen u teškom kršenju prometnih pravila dok je, pretičući kolonu, jurio zaustavnom trakom po Pelješkom mostu.

Jučer je otkriveno da do sada nije poslan u zatvor, iako mu je presuda pravomoćna postala još lani. Sa Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku ponudili su za to obrazloženje: nisu ga uputili na izdržavanje kazne jer se njegov spis nalazi na Ustavnom sudu RH, kojem je podnio tužbu. No predsjednik Ustavnog suda RH Miroslav Šeparović javno je potvrdio da ustavna tužba ne može odgoditi izvršenje zatvorske kazne.

Županijski sud u Dubrovniku danas je donio rješenje kojim se 19-godišnjak osuđen na tri godine zatvora zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće u kojoj je poginula 15-godišnjakinja upućuje na izdržavanje kazne, piše Index.hr.

Učinjeno je to nakon što su mediji upozorili na ovaj slučaj te nakon što je predsjednik Vrhovnog suda RH Radovan Dobronić zatražio očitovanje dubrovačkog suda.

19-godišnjak je prije tri godine na pješačkom prijelazu motorom usmrtio 15-godišnju Magdalenu Šimić. Kad je usmrtio djevojčicu, motocikl je brzinom od 117 km/h vozio kroz naseljeno mjesto. Prošlog tjedna ponovo je uhvaćen u teškom kršenju prometnih pravila dok je, pretičući kolonu, jurio zaustavnom trakom po Pelješkom mostu.
