Splitski redar Vedran V. (30), osumnjičen za pokušaj ubojstva bivšeg boksača Marka Tomasovića i Gordana Jukića, završio je u jednomjesečnom istražnom zatvoru zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela, nakon što se predao policiji.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo utvrdilo je da postoji osnovana sumnja da je 30-godišnjak 2. svibnja 2016. oko 13 sati u Velebitskoj ulici 116, i to nakon što se prije dogovorio s dvojcem, povodom fizičkih sukoba koje je imao u dva ugostiteljska objekta u kojima usluge zaštite pruža Tomasovićeva tvrtka "Villa in finitus", iz pištolja nepoznate marke ispalio nekoliko hitaca prema Jukiću, nanijevši mu laku ozljedu - razderotinu s unutrašnje strane lijevog bedra. Učinio je to nakon što ga je Jukić upitao "Što ti imaš protiv nas?"

Kada je Tomasović povikao: "Nemoj, zašto to radiš?", Vedran V. je ispalio prema njemu hitac, zadavši mu tešku ozljedu - prostrijelnu ranu s posljedičnom frakturom bedrene kosti. U trenutku kad je Jukić počeo bježati, Vedran V. je pojurio za njim i trčeći ispalio iz pištolja još nekoliko hitaca prema njemu. Nakon toga je pobjegao.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu predložilo je da se protiv 30-godišnjaka odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela.

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu je odredio istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela te je odredio jamstvo u visini od 150.000 kuna u novcu, pri čemu uplata može zamijeniti istražni zatvor. Istovremeno, odbio je prijedlog za određivanje istražnog zatvora zbog opasnosti utjecaja na svjedoke.

Tužiteljstvo je najavilo da će podnijeti žalbu protiv rješenja suca istrage o određivanju jamstva i odbijanju prijedloga za određivanje istražnog zatvora zbog opasnosti utjecaja na svjedoke, a ako to rješenje postane pravomoćno, Vedran V. će izići s Bilica i braniti se sa slobode.

Splitski redar Vedran V. (30), osumnjičen za pokušaj ubojstva bivšeg boksača Marka Tomasovića i Gordana Jukića, završio je u jednomjesečnom istražnom zatvoru zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela, nakon što se predao policiji.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo utvrdilo je da postoji osnovana sumnja da je 30-godišnjak 2. svibnja 2016. oko 13 sati u Velebitskoj ulici 116, i to nakon što se prije dogovorio s dvojcem, povodom fizičkih sukoba koje je imao u dva ugostiteljska objekta u kojima usluge zaštite pruža Tomasovićeva tvrtka "Villa in finitus", iz pištolja nepoznate marke ispalio nekoliko hitaca prema Jukiću, nanijevši mu laku ozljedu - razderotinu s unutrašnje strane lijevog bedra. Učinio je to nakon što ga je Jukić upitao "Što ti imaš protiv nas?"

Kada je Tomasović povikao: "Nemoj, zašto to radiš?", Vedran V. je ispalio prema njemu hitac, zadavši mu tešku ozljedu - prostrijelnu ranu s posljedičnom frakturom bedrene kosti. U trenutku kad je Jukić počeo bježati, Vedran V. je pojurio za njim i trčeći ispalio iz pištolja još nekoliko hitaca prema njemu. Nakon toga je pobjegao.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu predložilo je da se protiv 30-godišnjaka odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela.

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu je odredio istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela te je odredio jamstvo u visini od 150.000 kuna u novcu, pri čemu uplata može zamijeniti istražni zatvor.
