Ivan Giljanović, zvani Giljo (37), kojem je na splitskom Županijskom sudu u tijeku postupak za pokušaj ubojstva Marka Bekavca 2018. godine u splitskom kafiću “Clo”, i dalje ostaje u istražnom zatvoru na Bilicama usprkos dramatičnom pismu koje je uputio predsjednici Sudskog vijeća sutkinji Višnji Strinić tražeći da mu ukine istražni zatvor.

Odlučilo je tako sudsko vijeće na kraju jučerašnje rasprave na kojoj je prethodno saslušana sudska vještakinja za psihijatriju dr. Sanja Batina, koja je, među ostalim, izjavila da Giljanović ima poremećaj ličnosti s elementima narcisoidnosti te nedovoljnog duševnog razvitka.

Slomljeni Giljanović, kojemu se sudi zbog pokušaja ubojstva Bekavca, moli sutkinju da ga pusti iz zatvora: očajan što ga vlastito dijete nije prepoznalo odlučio se na strašan čin, spasili ga drugi zatvorenici

Također, rekla je i da je zaključila kako je u vrijeme sukoba u kojem je Bekavac ranjen Giljanović bio pod utjecajem afekta i da je bio smanjeno ubrojiv, ali ne bitno, kao i da postoji opasnost da počini teže kazneno djelo ili djelo s elementima nasilja.

Tko je Ivan Giljanović, profesor kineziologije i splitski kamatar, koji je skoro godinu dana bio u bijegu? Izrešetao je Bekavca i mirno išetao iz kafića...

Iako je Giljanovićev odvjetnik Marijo Vuković pokušavao od vještakinje dobiti odgovor koji bi potvrdio tezu obrane da je Giljanović reagirao pucajući u stanju jake p repasti i jake razdraženosti, dr. Batina ustvrdila je da se on tada nije nalazio u stanju panike i užasa.

Ivan Giljanović, zvani Giljo (37), kojem je na splitskom Županijskom sudu u tijeku postupak za pokušaj ubojstva Marka Bekavca 2018. godine u splitskom kafiću “Clo”, i dalje ostaje u istražnom zatvoru na Bilicama usprkos dramatičnom pismu koje je uputio predsjednici Sudskog vijeća sutkinji Višnji Strinić tražeći da mu ukine istražni zatvor.

Odlučilo je tako sudsko vijeće na kraju jučerašnje rasprave na kojoj je prethodno saslušana sudska vještakinja za psihijatriju dr. Sanja Batina, koja je, među ostalim, izjavila da Giljanović ima poremećaj ličnosti s elementima narcisoidnosti te nedovoljnog duševnog razvitka.

Slomljeni Giljanović, kojemu se sudi zbog pokušaja ubojstva Bekavca, moli sutkinju da ga pusti iz zatvora: očajan što ga vlastito dijete nije prepoznalo odlučio se na strašan čin, spasili ga drugi zatvorenici

Također, rekla je i da je zaključila kako je u vrijeme sukoba u kojem je Bekavac ranjen Giljanović bio pod utjecajem afekta i da je bio smanjeno ubrojiv, ali ne bitno, kao i da postoji opasnost da počini teže kazneno djelo ili djelo s elementima nasilja.

Tko je Ivan Giljanović, profesor kineziologije i splitski kamatar, koji je skoro godinu dana bio u bijegu? Izrešetao je Bekavca i mirno išetao iz kafića...

Iako je Giljanovićev odvjetnik Marijo Vuković pokušavao od vještakinje dobiti odgovor koji bi potvrdio tezu obrane da je Giljanović reagirao pucajući u stanju jake p repasti i jake razdraženosti, dr. Batina ustvrdila je da se on tada nije nalazio u stanju panike i užasa.
