Izvanraspravno vijeće splitskog Županijskog suda sljedećih bi dana trebalo odlučivati o žalbi Darka Kovačevića Daruvarca (31) koji je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru početkom godine nepravomoćno osuđen na petogodišnju zatvorsku kaznu zbog premlaćivanja 18- godišnje Zadranke, doznaje se u utorak na splitskom sudu.
Darko Kovačević Daruvarac je nakon izricanja presude, po kojoj je osuđen na bezuvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu u trajanju od pet godina, uložio žalbu o kojoj će odlučivati Županijski sud u Splitu.
Kako Hina doznaje od glasnogovornika i suca Županijskog suda Damira Romca, žalba Darka Kovačevića je na taj sud stigla krajem prošlog tjedna i očekuje se zakazivanje sjednice.
Drugostupanjski sud odabran je nasumično elektronskim putem, rekao je danas glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Zadru Denis Klarendić.
Darko Kovačević Daruvarac pravomoćnost presude čeka na slobodi uz sigurnosne mjere po kojima se treba tri puta tjedno javljati policiji.
10. siječnja Općinski sud je Kovačevića nepravomoćno osudio na jedinstvenu petogodišnju zatvorsku kaznu; četiri i pol godina za napad i deset mjeseci za prijetnju. Mjesec dana nakon izricanja presude Daruvarac je 10. veljače pušten iz pritvora, da na slobodi čeka pravomoćnost presude, budući je istekao zakonski rok njegova pritvaranja za kazneno djelo za koje je predviđena kazna do pet godina.
On je 13. lipnja 2018. godine pretukao 18- godišnjakinju u jednom zadarskom kafiću nakon čega je optužen za prijetnju i nanošenje teških tjelesnih ozljeda.

Izvanraspravno vijeće splitskog Županijskog suda sljedećih bi dana trebalo odlučivati o žalbi Darka Kovačevića Daruvarca (31) koji je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru početkom godine nepravomoćno osuđen na petogodišnju zatvorsku kaznu zbog premlaćivanja 18- godišnje Zadranke, doznaje se u utorak na splitskom sudu.
Darko Kovačević Daruvarac je nakon izricanja presude, po kojoj je osuđen na bezuvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu u trajanju od pet godina, uložio žalbu o kojoj će odlučivati Županijski sud u Splitu.
Kako Hina doznaje od glasnogovornika i suca Županijskog suda Damira Romca, žalba Darka Kovačevića je na taj sud stigla krajem prošlog tjedna i očekuje se zakazivanje sjednice.
Drugostupanjski sud odabran je nasumično elektronskim putem, rekao je danas glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Zadru Denis Klarendić.
Darko Kovačević Daruvarac pravomoćnost presude čeka na slobodi uz sigurnosne mjere po kojima se treba tri puta tjedno javljati policiji.
10. siječnja Općinski sud je Kovačevića nepravomoćno osudio na jedinstvenu petogodišnju zatvorsku kaznu; četiri i pol godina za napad i deset mjeseci za prijetnju. Mjesec dana nakon izricanja presude Daruvarac je 10. veljače pušten iz pritvora, da na slobodi čeka pravomoćnost presude, budući je istekao zakonski rok njegova pritvaranja za kazneno djelo za koje je predviđena kazna do pet godina.
On je 13. lipnja 2018. godine pretukao 18- godišnjakinju u jednom zadarskom kafiću nakon čega je optužen za prijetnju i nanošenje teških tjelesnih ozljeda.
