Bizaran slučaj dogodio se lani u veljači u gradu u središnjoj Hrvatskoj.

Prema optužnici koja je ovih dana podignuta protiv jedne žene, ona je "lažno predočila muškarcu da će s njime zasnovati bračnu zajednicu i zajedno živjeti, ukoliko joj kupi dva mobitela", piše Danica.hr.

On je u to povjerovao pa je "na prodajnom mjestu teleoperatera A1 na Korzu te na Gradskoj tržnici sklopio dva pretplatnička ugovora na 24 mjeseca te preuzeo mobilne uređaje marke Samsung Galaxy A52S i GSM Poco X3 Pro koje joj je predao".

Međutim, ona se više nije htjela udati, a mobitele mu nije vratila te je na taj način muškarca oštetila za 1500 kuna, pa joj sad zbog prijevare prijeti godina dana bezuvjetnog zatvora.

S ciljem da sebi pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist, dovela nekoga lažnim prikazivanjem i prikrivanjem činjenica u zabludu, ističe odvjetništvo za osumljičenu koja je i ranije pravomoćno osuđivana.

Da stvar bude još bizarnija, osumnjičena je udana majka četvero djece, ali to mu je prešutjela! Uz to, lažno mu se predstavljala cijelo vrijeme tvrdeći da se zove drugačije.

"Pitao me bi li se udala za njega, a ja sam rekla da može, samo me ne smije prevariti, niti ostaviti. Otišao je sa mnom kući, bio kod mene par dana, nije imao novaca i uzeo je te mobitele i prodao. Spavala sam s njime, nisam ga prevarila, ali sad me sramota svega", branila se tijekom istrage.

Tvrdi kako je njezin ljubavnik te mobitele na kraju sam prodao jer nije imao što jesti, pa ju je na kraju ostavio. Ipak, njegova priča je posve drugačija. Kaže kako ih je upoznao zajednički prijatelj kojem je ona susjeda.

"Otišli smo tog dana k njoj kući, ali nije bilo nikakvog seksualnog odnosa, već sam je samo podragao po nozi. Tada su u kući njen sin i ona navalili da im kupim u gradu mobitele. Odvezli smo se natrag u grad i to sam učinio", ispričao je muškarac koji ju je zbog prevare odlučio prijaviti policiji.

"Prijatelj me nagovarao da povučem tužbu na policiji, a isto me tražila i ona te mi obećala da će ipak doći kod mene živjeti jer je sin otišao u Njemačku. Ali, ja više nisam želio imati posla s njom", zaključio je.

Optužnica koju je državno odvjetništvo ovih dana podiglo još je nepravomoćna i ona se na nju može žaliti u zakonom predviđenom roku, piše Danica.hr.

Bizaran slučaj dogodio se lani u veljači u gradu u središnjoj Hrvatskoj.

Prema optužnici koja je ovih dana podignuta protiv jedne žene, ona je "lažno predočila muškarcu da će s njime zasnovati bračnu zajednicu i zajedno živjeti, ukoliko joj kupi dva mobitela", piše Danica.hr.

On je u to povjerovao pa je "na prodajnom mjestu teleoperatera A1 na Korzu te na Gradskoj tržnici sklopio dva pretplatnička ugovora na 24 mjeseca te preuzeo mobilne uređaje marke Samsung Galaxy A52S i GSM Poco X3 Pro koje joj je predao".

Međutim, ona se više nije htjela udati, a mobitele mu nije vratila te je na taj način muškarca oštetila za 1500 kuna, pa joj sad zbog prijevare prijeti godina dana bezuvjetnog zatvora.

S ciljem da sebi pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist, dovela nekoga lažnim prikazivanjem i prikrivanjem činjenica u zabludu, ističe odvjetništvo za osumljičenu koja je i ranije pravomoćno osuđivana.

Da stvar bude još bizarnija, osumnjičena je udana majka četvero djece, ali to mu je prešutjela! Uz to, lažno mu se predstavljala cijelo vrijeme tvrdeći da se zove drugačije.

"Pitao me bi li se udala za njega, a ja sam rekla da može, samo me ne smije prevariti, niti ostaviti. Otišao je sa mnom kući, bio kod mene par dana, nije imao novaca i uzeo je te mobitele i prodao. Spavala sam s njime, nisam ga prevarila, ali sad me sramota svega", branila se tijekom istrage.

Tvrdi kako je njezin ljubavnik te mobitele na kraju sam prodao jer nije imao što jesti, pa ju je na kraju ostavio. Ipak, njegova priča je posve drugačija. Kaže kako ih je upoznao zajednički prijatelj kojem je ona susjeda.

"Otišli smo tog dana k njoj kući, ali nije bilo nikakvog seksualnog odnosa, već sam je samo podragao po nozi. Tada su u kući njen sin i ona navalili da im kupim u gradu mobitele. Odvezli smo se natrag u grad i to sam učinio", ispričao je muškarac koji ju je zbog prevare odlučio prijaviti policiji.

"Prijatelj me nagovarao da povučem tužbu na policiji, a isto me tražila i ona te mi obećala da će ipak doći kod mene živjeti jer je sin otišao u Njemačku. Ali, ja više nisam želio imati posla s njom", zaključio je.

Bizaran slučaj dogodio se lani u veljači u gradu u središnjoj Hrvatskoj.

Prema optužnici koja je ovih dana podignuta protiv jedne žene, ona je "lažno predočila muškarcu da će s njime zasnovati bračnu zajednicu i zajedno živjeti, ukoliko joj kupi dva mobitela", piše Danica.hr.

On je u to povjerovao pa je "na prodajnom mjestu teleoperatera A1 na Korzu te na Gradskoj tržnici sklopio dva pretplatnička ugovora na 24 mjeseca te preuzeo mobilne uređaje marke Samsung Galaxy A52S i GSM Poco X3 Pro koje joj je predao".

Međutim, ona se više nije htjela udati, a mobitele mu nije vratila te je na taj način muškarca oštetila za 1500 kuna, pa joj sad zbog prijevare prijeti godina dana bezuvjetnog zatvora.

S ciljem da sebi pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist, dovela nekoga lažnim prik...
