U posljednjih godinu dana policija je nekoliko puta uhitila 28-godišnjeg Ivana Kelama iz Kaštela i svaki put uz sebe je imao nelegalno oružje. Posljednje uhićenje nakon kojeg je završio u jednomjesečnom istražnom zatvoru bilo je u utorak, 4. travnja kada ga je policija zaustavila na području Kaštela kao suvozača u automobilu kojim je upravljala jedna djevojka. U automobilu su policajci pronašli drogu i pištolj.

- U sklopu istraživanja obavljena je pretraga doma kojeg koristi u Kaštelima te je ukupno kod istog pronađeno i oduzeto 10 grama speeda, 0,33 grama kokaina, 0,6 grama marihuane, jedan gram heroina, 4 grama speeda, vaga za precizno mjerenje i pištolj marke "Browning" s četiri komada streljiva. Uz kaznenu prijavu za kazneno djelo neovlaštene proizvodnje i prometa drogama predan je pritvorskom nadzorniku, a podnijet je i optužni prijedlog sukladno Zakonu o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana - izvijestili su iz splitske policije. Nakon privođenja i ispitivanja na Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu od suca istrage zatraženo je i određivanje istražnog zatvora zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela što je i prihvaćeno.

Mladi Kelam, kojeg se nedavno tražilo i zbog sumnje da je sudjelovao u pokušaju protupravne naplate jednog obrtnika kojeg je s prijateljem naoružan zaskočio na benzinskoj crpki, početkom veljače prošle godine izašao je iz zatvora gdje je odslužio petogodišnju kaznu na koju je bio osuđen zbog pokušaja ubojstva 2017. godine. U zatvoru je bio jer je s još jednim prijateljem oteo M.M. - a, utrpali su ga u vozilo i uz ozbiljne prijetnje i protivno njegovoj volji odvezli na osamljeno mjesto u Vrsine. Doveli su ga do ruba bunara za stoku i u njega ispalili pet hitaca i upucali ga u prsa, oba koljena i obje ruke te su ga nakon ranjavanja gurnuli u bunar dubine oko tri metra i ostavili ga tako izmrcvarenog. Idućeg ga je dana našao prolaznik koji je šetao psa.

Niti petnaestak dana nakon što je izašao iz zatvora, Kelama je policija uhitila u ulici Domovinskog rata u Splitu u vozilu Mercedes A - klase gdje je bio putnik. Kod njega je tada nađen pištolj češka zbrojevka kalibra 6,35 milimetara i šest metaka u spremniku. Prekršajno je prijavljen, a tada je rekao da oružje nosi zbog samoobrane i da nikome nije prijetio.

U studenome prošle godine njega i Lenija Bana, člana zločinačke organizacije koji se nagodio s USKOK-om na četiri godine zatvora, policija je uhitila na cesti između Okruga Gornjeg i Okruga Donjeg na Čiovu. Reagirali su nakon dojave da se tim područjem u kombi vozi muškarac s pištoljem u ruci. Nakon presretanja i uhićenja pretragom kombija nađen je pištolj marke FN Browning, model 1922 s mecima za čije je nezakonito posjedovanje naposljetku prijavljen Kelam.

Sredinom veljače ove godine Kelam je opet uhićen zbog oružja, no ovaj je put je policija u njegovom automobilu pronašla ručnu bombu. Kako smo neslužbeno doznali, za to naposljetku nije prijavljen budući da je član njegove uže obitelji potvrdio da je bomba njegova, a ne mladićeva.

U posljednjih godinu dana policija je nekoliko puta uhitila 28-godišnjeg Ivana Kelama iz Kaštela i svaki put uz sebe je imao nelegalno oružje. Posljednje uhićenje nakon kojeg je završio u jednomjesečnom istražnom zatvoru bilo je u utorak, 4. travnja kada ga je policija zaustavila na području Kaštela kao suvozača u automobilu kojim je upravljala jedna djevojka. U automobilu su policajci pronašli drogu i pištolj.

- U sklopu istraživanja obavljena je pretraga doma kojeg koristi u Kaštelima te je ukupno kod istog pronađeno i oduzeto 10 grama speeda, 0,33 grama kokaina, 0,6 grama marihuane, jedan gram heroina, 4 grama speeda, vaga za precizno mjerenje i pištolj marke "Browning" s četiri komada streljiva. Uz kaznenu prijavu za kazneno djelo neovlaštene proizvodnje i prometa drogama predan je pritvorskom nadzorniku, a podnijet je i optužni prijedlog sukladno Zakonu o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana - izvijestili su iz splitske policije. Nakon privođenja i ispitivanja na Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu od suca istrage zatraženo je i određivanje istražnog zatvora zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela što je i prihvaćeno.

Mladi Kelam, kojeg se nedavno tražilo i zbog sumnje da je sudjelovao u pokušaju protupravne naplate jednog obrtnika kojeg je s prijateljem naoružan zaskočio na benzinskoj crpki, početkom veljače prošle godine izašao je iz zatvora gdje je odslužio petogodišnju kaznu na koju je bio osuđen zbog pokušaja ubojstva 2017. godine. U zatvoru je bio jer je s još jednim prijateljem oteo M.M. - a, utrpali su ga u vozilo i uz ozbiljne prijetnje i protivno njegovoj volji odvezli na osamljeno mjesto u Vrsine. Doveli su ga do ruba bunara za stoku i u njega ispalili pet hitaca i upucali ga u prsa, oba koljena i obje ruke te su ga nakon ranjavanja gurnuli u bunar dubine oko tri metra i ostavili ga tako izmrcvarenog. Idućeg ga je dana našao prolaznik koji je šetao psa.

Niti petnaestak dana nakon što je izašao iz zatvora, Kelama je policija uhitila u ulici Domovinskog rata u Splitu u vozilu Mercedes A - klase gdje je bio putnik. Kod njega je tada nađen pištolj češka zbrojevka kalibra 6,35 milimetara i šest metaka u spremniku. Prekršajno je prijavljen, a tada je rekao da oružje nosi zbog samoobrane i da nikome nije prijetio.

U studenome prošle godine njega i Lenija Bana, člana zločinačke organizacije koji se nagodio s USKOK-om na četiri godine zatvora, policija je uhitila na cesti između Okruga Gornjeg i Okruga Donjeg na Čiovu. Reagirali su nakon dojave da se tim područjem u kombi vozi muškarac s pištoljem u ruci. Nakon presretanja i uhićenja pretragom kombija nađen je pištolj marke FN Browning, model 1922 s mecima za čije je nezakonito posjedovanje naposljetku prijavljen Kelam.

Sredinom veljače ove godine Kelam je opet uhićen zbog oružja, no ovaj je put je policija u njegovom automobilu pronašla ručnu bombu. Kako smo neslužbeno doznali, za to naposljetku nije prijavljen budući da je član njegove uže obitelji potvrdio da je bomba njegova, a ne mladićeva.

U posljednjih godinu dana policija je nekoliko puta uhitila 28-godišnjeg Ivana Kelama iz Kaštela i svaki put uz sebe je imao nelegalno oružje. Posljednje uhićenje nakon kojeg je završio u jednomjesečnom istražnom zatvoru bilo je u utorak, 4. travnja kada ga je policija zaustavila na području Kaštela kao suvozača u automobilu kojim je upravljala jedna djevojka. U automobilu su policajci pronašli drogu i pištolj.
