Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru od policije je zatražilo da se istraže okolnosti stradavanja nogometaša Hrvoja Ćustića (25) koji je prošlog četvrtka preminuo od posljedica udaranja glavom u ogradni zid igrališta NK Zadar u Stanovima.

- Pravilo je kada se dogodi tragedija slična ovoj da se istraže okolnosti pod kojima se sve dogodilo, odnosno, da se utvrdi nečija eventualna odgovornost – kaže Slobodan Denona, glasnogovornik zadarskog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva.

Po Zakonu o kaznenom postupku policija bi na traženja Državnog odvjetništva trebala odgovoriti u roku od 15 dana.

U PU zadarskoj su potvrdili da su zaprimili zahtjev Županijsk og državnog odvjetništva,ali nisu željeli komentirati jesu li već započeli s istragom, odnosno imaju li saznanja koja bi upućivala na odgovornost kluba u stradavanju nogometaša.

Mogućnost da su bijele linije igrališta naknadno pomicane kako bi se povećao i uskladio s propisima prostor od zida do “aut-linije”, iz NK Zadar je demantirana.

Reno Sinovčić, stručni suradnik zadarskog nogometnog kluba, za jedan je dnevni list pojasnio kako se linije neprestano obnavljaju jer boja nije trajna i ispire se.

Iako iz policije nisu željeli govoriti o poduzetim mjerama i radnjama na utvrđivanju okolnosti nesretnog stradavanja Hrvoja Ćustića, kako smo neslužbeno doznali, policija je već posjetila klub na Stanovima te ispitivala je li poduzeto sve što zakon propisuje kod organizacije utakmice Zadar – Cibalija, odigrane 29. ožujka kada je Ćustić kobno stradao.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru od policije je zatražilo da se istraže okolnosti stradavanja nogometaša Hrvoja Ćustića (25) koji je prošlog četvrtka preminuo od posljedica udaranja glavom u ogradni zid igrališta NK Zadar u Stanovima.

- Pravilo je kada se dogodi tragedija slična ovoj da se istraže okolnosti pod kojima se sve dogodilo, odnosno, da se utvrdi nečija eventualna odgovornost – kaže Slobodan Denona, glasnogovornik zadarskog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva.

Po Zakonu o kaznenom postupku policija bi na traženja Državnog odvjetništva trebala odgovoriti u roku od 15 dana.

U PU zadarskoj su potvrdili da su zaprimili zahtjev Županijsk og državnog odvjetništva,ali nisu željeli komentirati jesu li već započeli s istragom, odnosno imaju li saznanja koja bi upućivala na odgovornost kluba u stradavanju nogometaša.

Mogućnost da su bijele linije igrališta naknadno pomicane kako bi se povećao i uskladio s propisima prostor od zida do “aut-linije”, iz NK Zadar je demantirana.

Reno Sinovčić, stručni suradnik zadarskog nogometnog kluba, za jedan je dnevni list pojasnio kako se linije neprestano obnavljaju jer boja nije trajna i ispire se.

Iako iz policije nisu željeli govoriti o poduzetim mjerama i radnjama na utvrđivanju okolnosti nesretnog stradavanja Hrvoja Ćustića, kako smo neslužbeno doznali, policija je već posjetila klub na Stanovima te ispitivala je li poduzeto sve što zakon propisuje kod organizacije utakmice Zadar – Cibalija, odigrane 29. ožujka kada je Ćustić kobno stradao.
