Protiv 30-godišnjaka je podignuta optužnica jer je bivšu 28-godišnju djevojku zatočio u stanu u Trogiru i pokušao je silovati kako bi je prisilio da s mobitela izbriše njihove zajedničke fotografije i poruke.

U svemu je imao 25-godišnju pomagačicu koja je pljuskala zatočenu djevojku te je bacila na pod gdje je “cipelarila”. Oboje su je prisiljavali da otključa mobitel te su joj tako na silu prislanjali prste na aparat ne bi li došli do sadržaja u njemu.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je nakon provedene istrage podiglo optužnicu protiv 30-godišnjaka zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela silovanja u pokušaju i protupravnog oduzimanja slobode za koje terete i 25-godišnjakinju, njegovu suučesnicu.

Mladić se tereti da je 8. veljače prošle godine od 21,30 do 22,30 sati, držao u svom stanu u Trogiru dvije godine mlađu bivšu djevojku protiv njene volje.

Unatoč njenom protivljenju je uz fizičku silu pokušao silovati, ali u svojoj namjeri nije uspio jer se 28-godišnjakinja opirala i odgurivala ga od sebe te udarala nogama. Nadalje je sa svojom pomagačicom, stoji u optužnici, zadržao bivšu djevojku u stanu cijelu tu noć.

Ona je cijelo vrijeme pokušavala pobjeći iz stana, ali joj njih dvoje nisu dopustili. U jednom je trenutku 28-godišnjakinja zaprijetila bivšem mladiću kuhinjskim nožem tražeći da je pusti, ali on ju je svladao i oduzeo joj nož.

Neposredno nakon toga, 25-godišnjakinja je brutalno nasrnula na njihovu zarobljenicu te je počela udarati otvorenim dlanom ruke po licu i  rukama po glavi, navodi optužnica.

To joj nije bilo dovoljno pa je žrtvu gurnula na pod i udarala je nogama po glavi i tijelu. Kada je 28-godišnjakinja rekla kako će sve prijaviti policiji, nasilnica joj je dodatno zaprijetila. Nadalje su oboje uznika, uz uporabu fizičke snage prislanjali prste 28-godišnjakinje na njen mobilni telefon kako bi ga otključali i izbrisali sadržaj koji se odnosio na nju i bivšeg joj momka.

Protiv 30-godišnjaka je podignuta optužnica jer je bivšu 28-godišnju djevojku zatočio u stanu u Trogiru i pokušao je silovati kako bi je prisilio da s mobitela izbriše njihove zajedničke fotografije i poruke.

U svemu je imao 25-godišnju pomagačicu koja je pljuskala zatočenu djevojku te je bacila na pod gdje je “cipelarila”. Oboje su je prisiljavali da otključa mobitel te su joj tako na silu prislanjali prste na aparat ne bi li došli do sadržaja u njemu.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je nakon provedene istrage podiglo optužnicu protiv 30-godišnjaka zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela silovanja u pokušaju i protupravnog oduzimanja slobode za koje terete i 25-godišnjakinju, njegovu suučesnicu.

Mladić se tereti da je 8. veljače prošle godine od 21,30 do 22,30 sati, držao u svom stanu u Trogiru dvije godine mlađu bivšu djevojku protiv njene volje.

Unatoč njenom protivljenju je uz fizičku silu pokušao silovati, ali u svojoj namjeri nije uspio jer se 28-godišnjakinja opirala i odgurivala ga od sebe te udarala nogama. Nadalje je sa svojom pomagačicom, stoji u optužnici, zadržao bivšu djevojku u stanu cijelu tu noć.

Ona je cijelo vrijeme pokušavala pobjeći iz stana, ali joj njih dvoje nisu dopustili. U jednom je trenutku 28-godišnjakinja zaprijetila bivšem mladiću kuhinjskim nožem tražeći da je pusti, ali on ju je svladao i oduzeo joj nož.

Neposredno nakon toga, 25-godišnjakinja je brutalno nasrnula na njihovu zarobljenicu te je počela udarati otvorenim dlanom ruke po licu i  rukama po glavi, navodi optužnica.

To joj nije bilo dovoljno pa je žrtvu gurnula na pod i udarala je nogama po glavi i tijelu. Kada je 28-godišnjakinja rekla kako će sve prijaviti policiji, nasilnica joj je dodatno zaprijetila. Nadalje su oboje uznika, uz uporabu fizičke snage prislanjali prste 28-godišnjakinje na njen mobilni telefon kako bi ga otključali i izbrisali sadržaj koji se odnosio na nju i bivšeg joj momka.

Protiv 30-godišnjaka je podignuta optužnica jer je bivšu 28-godišnju djevojku zatočio u stanu u Trogiru i pokušao je silovati kako bi je prisilio da s mobitela izbriše njihove zajedničke fotografije i poruke.

U svemu je imao 25-godišnju pomagačicu koja je pljuskala zatočenu djevojku te je bacila na pod gdje je “cipelarila”. Oboje su je prisiljavali da otključa mobitel te su joj tako na silu prislanjali prste na aparat ne bi li došli do sadržaja u njemu.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je nakon provedene istrage podiglo optužnicu protiv 30-godišnjaka zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela silovanja u pokušaju i protupravnog oduzimanja slobode za koje terete i 25-godišnjakinju, njegovu suučesnicu.

Mladić se tereti da je 8. veljače prošle godine od 21,30 do 22,30 s...
