Odlukom Optužnog vijeća splitskoga Županijskog suda prije nekoliko dana potvrđena je USKOK-ova optužnica protiv splitskog kardiokirurga Cristijana Bulata, optuženog za primanje mita.

Očekuje se da slučaj bude dodijeljen raspravnom sucu i da ubrzo bude zakazano pripremno ročište. Jednog od najboljih kardiokirurga u državi USKOK je optužio da je od Ljubice Adžaip primio ukupno 3000 eura kako bi joj operacijom spasio supruga Ivicu, koji je 22. listopada 2018. zaprimljen na liječenje te mu je indicirana žurna kardiokirurška operacija.

Bulat je, prema optužnici, tek 8. studenoga njenom suprugu rekao da je u kritičnom stanju i da tijekom operacije može umrijeti. Tada je kazao, iako je znao da je pacijentu potreban žurni operativni zahvat, da će razmisliti i naknadno mu javiti termin operacije.

Od Ljubice je 12. studenoga primio tisuću eura pa je odmah sutradan naložio da se pacijentu obavi pretraga te ga je i operirao, da bi 16. studenoga 2018. godine od Ljubice Adžaip primio još dvije tisuće eura. Njezin je suprug ipak umro, a ona je sve prijavila policiji.

Oslobođena kazne

Ljubica Adžaip je 29. listopada 2019. godine pravomoćno proglašena krivom za davanje mita i oslobođena kazne. Prilikom odlučivanja o osnovanosti optužnice Bulatova obrana, koju vodi odvjetnik Vinko Ljubičić, tražila je izdvajanje ključnog dokaza – snimke razgovora liječnika i Ljubice Adžaip te snimke i fotografije telefonskog kontakta optuženog doktora i svjedokinje Božane Č. (koju je ona sama dala policiji) te još sedam iskaza različitih svjedoka. No, Vrhovni je sud sve te prijedloge odbio.

U odgovoru na optužnicu obrana se u odgovoru na optužnicu zapitala i "gdje bismo to došli da počnemo jedni druge snimati, a to pravdati nekim tobožnjim interesom hrvatskog društva i prevencije od koruptivnih aktivnosti".

Zamjenica ravnatelja USKOK-a Natalija Petković je na sjednici Optužnog vijeća kazala, među ostalim, da svi dokazi prikupljeni tijekom istrage potvrđuju koruptivne radnje okrivljenog liječnika. Istaknula je i kako je tijekom istrage utvrđen nesrazmjer između njegovih zakonito stečenih prihoda i njegove imovine te imovine članova njegove obitelji od preko pet milijuna i 700 tisuća kuna.

Odvjetnik Ljubičić pokušao je uvjeriti Sudsko vijeće pod predsjedanjem sutkinje Višnje Strinić da ne potvrdi optužnicu, navodeći da je pokojni Ivica Adžaip primljen na Odjel kardiologije 22. listopada 2018., a da ga je tek 8. studenog pregledao dr. Bulat koji je jasno ustanovio da obrada za kardiokirurški zahvat nije bila propisno napravljena te je naložio da se napravi koronografija.

'Nije uzeo ni kune'

– Ovim kaznenim djelom nigdje nije navedeno da bi okrivljeni imao bilo kakvu imovinsku korist pa tako nije ni uzeo ni zadržao niti jedne kune. Ovaj se dio, oko imovinske koristi, temelji na vještvu sudskog vještaka knjigovodstvene struke u kojem okrivljeni ni na koji način nije sudjelovao, niti mu je to omogućeno, i nevjerojatno je da se optužnca piše na temelju vještaka koji u svom vještvu u odlučujućem dijelu posve krivo zbraja tri broja – naveo je odvjetnik Ljubičić.

No, nikakvi argumenti nisu pomogli već je USKOK-ova optužnica potvrđena.

Odlukom Optužnog vijeća splitskoga Županijskog suda prije nekoliko dana potvrđena je USKOK-ova optužnica protiv splitskog kardiokirurga Cristijana Bulata, optuženog za primanje mita.

Očekuje se da slučaj bude dodijeljen raspravnom sucu i da ubrzo bude zakazano pripremno ročište. Jednog od najboljih kardiokirurga u državi USKOK je optužio da je od Ljubice Adžaip primio ukupno 3000 eura kako bi joj operacijom spasio supruga Ivicu, koji je 22. listopada 2018. zaprimljen na liječenje te mu je indicirana žurna kardiokirurška operacija.

Bulat je, prema optužnici, tek 8. studenoga njenom suprugu rekao da je u kritičnom stanju i da tijekom operacije može umrijeti. Tada je kazao, iako je znao da je pacijentu potreban žurni operativni zahvat, da će razmisliti i naknadno mu javiti termin operacije.

Od Ljubice je 12. studenoga primio tisuću eura pa je odmah sutradan naložio da se pacijentu obavi pretraga te ga je i operirao, da bi 16. studenoga 2018. godine od Ljubice Adžaip primio još dvije tisuće eura. Njezin je suprug ipak umro, a ona je sve prijavila policiji.

Oslobođena kazne

Ljubica Adžaip je 29. listopada 2019. godine pravomoćno proglašena krivom za davanje mita i oslobođena kazne. Prilikom odlučivanja o osnovanosti optužnice Bulatova obrana, koju vodi odvjetnik Vinko Ljubičić, tražila je izdvajanje ključnog dokaza – snimke razgovora liječnika i Ljubice Adžaip te snimke i fotografije telefonskog kontakta optuženog doktora i svjedokinje Božane Č. (koju je ona sama dala policiji) te još sedam iskaza različitih svjedoka. No, Vrhovni je sud sve te prijedloge odbio.

U odgovoru na optužnicu obrana se u odgovoru na optužnicu zapitala i "gdje bismo to došli da počnemo jedni druge snimati, a to pravdati nekim tobožnjim interesom hrvatskog društva i prevencije od koruptivnih aktivnosti".

Zamjenica ravnatelja USKOK-a Natalija Petković je na sjednici Optužnog vijeća kazala, među ostalim, da svi dokazi prikupljeni tijekom istrage potvrđuju koruptivne radnje okrivljenog liječnika. Istaknula je i kako je tijekom istrage utvrđen nesrazmjer između njegovih zakonito stečenih prihoda i njegove imovine te imovine članova njegove obitelji od preko pet milijuna i 700 tisuća kuna.

Odvjetnik Ljubičić pokušao je uvjeriti Sudsko vijeće pod predsjedanjem sutkinje Višnje Strinić da ne potvrdi optužnicu, navodeći da je pokojni Ivica Adžaip primljen na Odjel kardiologije 22. listopada 2018., a da ga je tek 8. studenog pregledao dr. Bulat koji je jasno ustanovio da obrada za kardiokirurški zahvat nije bila propisno napravljena te je naložio da se napravi koronografija.

'Nije uzeo ni kune'

– Ovim kaznenim djelom nigdje nije navedeno da bi okrivljeni imao bilo kakvu imovinsku korist pa tako nije ni uzeo ni zadržao niti jedne kune. Ovaj se dio, oko imovinske koristi, temelji na vještvu sudskog vještaka knjigovodstvene struke u kojem okrivljeni ni na koji način nije sudjelovao, niti mu je to omogućeno, i nevjerojatno je da se optužnca piše na temelju vještaka koji u svom vještvu u odlučujućem dijelu posve krivo zbraja tri broja – naveo je odvjetnik Ljubičić.

No, nikakvi argumenti nisu pomogli već je USKOK-ova optužnica potvrđena.

Potvrđena optužnica, čeka se suđenje kardiokirurgu Bulatu: USKOK je utvrdio nesrazmjer između njegovih zakonito stečenih prihoda i imovine

Odlukom Optužnog vijeća splitskoga Županijskog suda prije nekoliko dana potvrđena je USKOK-ova optužnica protiv splitskog kardiokirurga Cristijana Bulata, optuženog za primanje mita.

Očekuje se da slučaj bude dodijeljen raspravnom sucu i da ubrzo bude zakazano pripremno ročište. Jednog od najboljih kardiokirurga u državi USKOK je optužio da je od Ljubice Adžaip primio ukupno 3000 eura kako bi joj operacijom spasio supruga Ivicu, koji je 22. listopada 2018. zaprimljen na liječenje te mu je indicirana žurna kardiokirurška operacija.

Bulat je, prema optužnici, tek 8. studenoga njenom suprugu rekao da je u kritičnom stanju i da tijekom operacije može umrijeti. Tada je kazao, iako je znao da je pacijentu potreban žurni operativni zahvat, da će razmisliti i naknadno mu javiti te...
