10:33 - Supruga Mara Tomašević izjavila je novinarima da je uglavnom zadovoljna presudom Alojzu Tomaševiću, koji je osuđen na 10 mjeseci zatvora, uvjetno na dvije godine.
- Treba neka kazna, pa makar i ova mala, neka vide žene da treba tužiti, rekla je dodajući da će vjerojatno tražiti i imovinsko obeštećenje.
Na upit novinara strahuje li da bi kazna mogla biti smanjena, jer je obrana najavila žalbu, rekla je.
- Ne strahujem, kako god bude, umorna sam od ovog svega. A to što sam se ja eksponirala u javnosti, morala sam, pa kako bude, izjavila je, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Potvrdio je, odgovarajući na upit novinara, da se danas vraća na radno mjesto.
Na upit kako će presuda utjecati na njegovu političku karijeru, odgovorio je: 'Pokazat će vrijeme'.
Kada su ga novinari podsjetili da je izbačen iz HDZ-a prije dvije godine, potvrdio je tu informaciju te dodao:
- Ostavimo se politike, ostavimo se budućnosti. Žalit ćemo se na ovakvu presudu, i dalje tvrdim da nisam nasilnik, rekao je, prenosi Jutarnji list.

10:20 - Odvjetnik Alojza Tomaševića, Željko Damjanac, ispred suda se očitovao o presudi.
- Nije bilo očevidaca, jedini očevici bila su djeca a ona su govorila posve suprotno od onoga što je govorila ona, Volio bi da ste to mogli čuti. Njezin brat nije mogao biti očevidac jer živi 30 kilometara dalje, i bio je u kući dvaput u životu, izjavio je Damjanac nakon izricanja presude i ponovio svoje tvrdnje da je sudac pristran.
10.05 - Alojz Tomašević, požeško-slavonski župan nepravomoćno je proglašen krivim za obiteljsko nasilje nad suprugom Marom. Presudio je tako Slaven Vidmar, sudac Općinskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu na kojem se Tomaševiću sudilo, jer je u listopadu 2017. u njihovoj obiteljskoj kući u Požegi prvo verbalno, a onda i fizički nasrnuo na svoju suprugu.
Osuđen je na 10 mjeseci zatvora, uvjetno na dvije godine.

Alojz Tomašević, župan požeško-slavonski, u srijedu u 10 sati doznat će je li u prvostupanjskom postupku za nasilje nad suprugom Marom kriv ili nevin.
Tada će, naime, Slaven Vidmar, sudac Općinskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu izreći nepravomoćnu presudu Tomaševiću kojega Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Požegi tereti za obiteljsko nasilje prema supruzi.
Činjenica da će u srijedu biti izrečena prvostupanjska presuda znači i da ovo suđenje neće morati biti ponovljeno, a što bi se dogodilo da je došlo do nove odgode zbog činjenice da Vidmar uskoro prelazi na Županijski sud u Slavonskom Brodu.
Inače, Željko Damjanac, Tomaševićev odvjetnik, na početku ročišta održanog u utorak zatražio je Vidmarovo izuzeće, obrazloživši to sumnjama u njegovu nepristranost.
- Sudac je dao ocjenu dokazne snage sadržaja SMS poruka za koje obrana tvrdi da pokazuju kako kod oštećene nije bilo straha, odnosno, da je izostala bitna odlika kaznenog djela. Sudac se nije smio upuštati u tu ocjenu, jer je time dao vrijednosni sud o SMS porukama - rekao je Damjanac, ali je predsjednik Općinskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu Vedran Pavelić već nakon sat vremena odbio njegov zahtjev, pa je ročište nastavljeno, ali bez nazočnosti medija, jer je na Damjančev zahtjev javnost isključena zbog čitanja spornih SMS poruka iz mobitela Mare Tomašević, a koje je razmjenjivala sa suprugom.
Damjanac je zatražio i dodatno vještačenje psihologa, što je također odbijeno. Na kraju je svoju obranu iznio i Tomašević, koji je odbacio krivnju za kazneno djelo koje mu je stavljeno na teret.
Kazao je da je od strane supruge bio izložen stalnim provokacijama i optužbama za preljub prouzrokovanih njezinom ljubomorom. Kazao je i da mu je supruga prijetila da će ga “ubiti i uništiti”. Na kraju je zaključio kako “smo svi u ovom slučaju gubitnici”, ali i izrazio nadu u oslobađajuću presudu.

10:33 - Supruga Mara Tomašević izjavila je novinarima da je uglavnom zadovoljna presudom Alojzu Tomaševiću, koji je osuđen na 10 mjeseci zatvora, uvjetno na dvije godine.
- Treba neka kazna, pa makar i ova mala, neka vide žene da treba tužiti, rekla je dodajući da će vjerojatno tražiti i imovinsko obeštećenje.
Na upit novinara strahuje li da bi kazna mogla biti smanjena, jer je obrana najavila žalbu, rekla je.
- Ne strahujem, kako god bude, umorna sam od ovog svega. A to što sam se ja eksponirala u javnosti, morala sam, pa kako bude, izjavila je, prenosi Jutarnji list.

10:26 - Požeško-slavonski župan Alojz Tomašević kratko je razgovarao s novinarima po izricanju presude.
Potvrdio je, odgovarajući na upit novinara, da se danas vraća na radno mjesto.
Na upit kako će presuda utjecati na njegovu političku karijeru, odgovorio je: 'Pokazat će vrijeme'.
Kada su ga novinari podsjetili da je izbačen iz HDZ-a prije dvije godine, potvrdio je tu informaciju te dodao:

10:20 - Odvjetnik Alojza Tomaševića, Željko Damjanac, ispred suda se očitovao o presudi.
- Nije bilo očevidaca, jedini očevici bila su djeca a ona su govorila posve suprotno od onoga što je govorila ona, Volio bi da ste to mogli čuti. Njezin brat nije mogao biti očevidac jer živi 30 kilometara dalje, i bio je u kući dvaput u životu, izjavio je Damjanac nakon izricanja presude i ponovio svoje tvrdnje da je sudac pristran.
10.05 - Alojz Tomašević, požeško-slavonski župan nepravomoćno je proglašen krivim za obiteljsko nasilje nad suprugom Marom. Presudio je tako Slaven Vidmar, sudac Općinskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu na kojem se Tomaševiću sudilo, jer je u listopadu 2017. u njihovoj obiteljskoj kući u Požegi prvo verbalno, a onda i fizički nasrnuo na svoju suprugu.
Osuđen je na 10 mjeseci zatvora, uvjetno na dvije godine.

Alojz Tomašević, župan požeško-slavonski, u srijedu u 10 sati doznat će je li u prvostupanjskom postupku za nasilje nad suprugom Marom kriv ili nevin.
Tada će, naime, Slaven Vidmar, sudac Općinskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu izreći nepravomoćnu presudu Tomaševiću kojega Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Požegi tereti za obiteljsko nasilje prema supruzi.
Činjenica da će u srijedu biti izrečena prvostupanjska presuda znači i da ovo suđenje neće morati biti ponovljeno, a što bi se dogodilo da je došlo do nove odgode zbog činjenice da Vidmar uskoro prelazi na Županijski sud u Slavonskom Brodu.
Inače, Željko Damjanac, Tomaševićev odvjetnik, na početku ročišta održanog u utorak zatražio je Vidmarovo izuzeće, obrazloživši to sumnjama u njegovu nepristranost.
- Sudac je dao ocjenu dokazne snage sadržaja SMS poruka za koje obrana tvrdi da pokazuju kako kod oštećene nije bilo straha, odnosno, da je izostala bitna odlika kaznenog djela. Sudac se nije smio upuštati u tu ocjenu, jer je time dao vrijednosni sud o SMS porukama - rekao je Damjanac, ali je predsjednik Općinskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu Vedran Pavelić već nakon sat vremena odbio njegov zahtjev, pa je ročište nastavljeno, ali bez nazočnosti medija, jer je na Damjančev zahtjev javnost isključena zbog čitanja spornih SMS poruka iz mobitela Mare Tomašević, a koje je razmjenjivala sa suprugom.
Damjanac je zatražio i dodatno vještačenje psihologa, što je također odbijeno. Na kraju je svoju obranu iznio i Tomašević, koji je odbacio krivnju za kazneno djelo koje mu je stavljeno na teret.
Kazao je da je od strane supruge bio izložen stalnim provokacijama i optužbama za preljub prouzrokovanih njezinom ljubomorom. Kazao je i da mu je supruga prijetila da će ga “ubiti i uništiti”. Na kraju je zaključio kako “smo svi u ovom slučaju gubitnici”, ali i izrazio nadu u oslobađajuću presudu.
