Istraga je pokazala da su 42-godišnjak i 40-godišnjak, kao odgovorne osobe u trgovačkom društvu, nakon uvida u porezni zapisnik o obavljenom poreznom nadzoru kojim je utvrđena obveza plaćanja PDV-a, a prije donošenja rješenja kojim se nalaže uplata te porezne obveze, 5. listopada 2010. godine uložili prigovor na navedeni zapisnik. Rusi su istog dana registrirali dva nova trgovačka društva te su se brisali iz strukture vlasništva i upravljanja u prvom trgovačkom društvu, u kojem je istovremeno, kao osnivač i odgovorna osoba, imenovan 41-godišnji državljanin Rusije.

Nakon toga su tri trgovačka društva sklopila ugovore o kupoprodaji nekretnina te su sve nekretnine prvog trgovačkog društva prenesene u vlasništvo druga dva, i to prije zaprimanja poreznog rješenja kojim se nalaže uplata poreznog duga. Na taj su način, ističu u PU PG, onemogućili porezno tijelo da naplati dug ovrhom nad novčanim sredstvima i nekretninama prvog trgovačkog društva i time oštetili državni proračun Republike Hrvatske za iznos od 2.544.305,21 kuna. Protiv osumnjičenih je podnijeta kaznena prijava u redovnom postupku.

malverzacija teških 2,5 milijuna kuna te su prijavljeni za kazneno djelo zlouporaba ovlasti u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Istraga je pokazala da su 42-godišnjak i 40-godišnjak, kao odgovorne osobe u trgovačkom društvu, nakon uvida u porezni zapisnik o obavljenom poreznom nadzoru kojim je utvrđena obveza plaćanja PDV-a, a prije donošenja rješenja kojim se nalaže uplata te porezne obveze, 5. listopada 2010. godine uložili prigovor na navedeni zapisnik. Rusi su istog dana registrirali dva nova trgovačka društva te su se brisali iz strukture vlasništva i upravljanja u prvom trgovačkom društvu, u kojem je istovremeno, kao osnivač i odgovorna osoba, imenovan 41-godišnji državljanin Rusije.

Nakon toga su tri trgovačka društva sklopila ugovore o kupoprodaji nekretnina te su sve nekretnine prvog trgovačkog društva prenesene u vlasništvo druga dva, i to prije zaprimanja poreznog rješenja kojim se nalaže uplata poreznog duga. Na taj su način, ističu u PU PG, onemogućili porezno tijelo da naplati dug ovrhom nad novčanim sredstvima i nekretninama prvog trgovačkog društva i time oštetili državni proračun Republike Hrvatske za iznos od 2.544.305,21 kuna. Protiv osumnjičenih je podnijeta kaznena prijava u redovnom postupku.
