U utorak na Općinskom sudu u Šibeniku, sutkinja Maja Šupe (javnosti poznata iz predmeta Horvatinčić) proglasila je krivim Daria Mikulandru, zbog krivotvorenja dokumenata i pronevjere novca u Zagrebačkoj banci, te ga nepravomoćno osudila na zatvorsku kaznu u trajanju od godinu dana, koja će se zamijeniti radom za opće-društveno dobro.

Daria Mikulandru, inače, bivšeg predsjednika Kulturnog vijeća grada Šibenika, tužiteljstvo je teretilo da je kao djelatnik šibenske poslovnice Zagrebačke banke krivotvorenjem dokumenata protuzakonito prisvojio 138 tisuća kuna.

- Zadovoljni smo izrečenom presudom. Sud je pokazao socijalnu osjetljivost u slučaju mog branjenika. Pri donošenju presude uzeta je u obzir činjenica, što smo potkrijepili medicinskom dokumentacijom, da je Mikulandra novac prisvojio zbog pokrivanja troškova liječenja svog teškog oboljelog sinčiča,  koji je bio i životno ugrožen, po bolnicama i u toplicama. Ujedno, sud je uvažio i olakotnu okolnost, da je moj branjenik vratio sav prisvojeni novac banci prije otvaranja kaznenog postupka protiv njega. Dakle, ovim kaznenim djelom Zagrebačka banka nije pretrpjela materijalnu štetu - kazao nam je šibenski odvjetnik Krešimir Škarica.

Na ovu nepravomoćnu presudu sutkinje Maje Šupe, ni tužiteljstvo, ni obrana nisu najavili žalbe. Kod ovakvih presuda, jedan dan zatvora zamjenjuje se dva sata rada za opće dobro. To znači da će Mikulandra morati odraditi oko 730 sati.

- Nakon što presuda postane pravomoćna, Ured za probacijski sustav Ministarsta pravosuđa odredit će u kojoj će ustanovi moj branjenik odraditi kaznu. To može biti, primjerice, starački dom, dječji vrtić, ili pak, bolnica - dodao je odvjetnik Škarica.

U utorak na Općinskom sudu u Šibeniku, sutkinja Maja Šupe (javnosti poznata iz predmeta Horvatinčić) proglasila je krivim Daria Mikulandru, zbog krivotvorenja dokumenata i pronevjere novca u Zagrebačkoj banci, te ga nepravomoćno osudila na zatvorsku kaznu u trajanju od godinu dana, koja će se zamijeniti radom za opće-društveno dobro.

Daria Mikulandru, inače, bivšeg predsjednika Kulturnog vijeća grada Šibenika, tužiteljstvo je teretilo da je kao djelatnik šibenske poslovnice Zagrebačke banke krivotvorenjem dokumenata protuzakonito prisvojio 138 tisuća kuna.

- Zadovoljni smo izrečenom presudom. Sud je pokazao socijalnu osjetljivost u slučaju mog branjenika. Pri donošenju presude uzeta je u obzir činjenica, što smo potkrijepili medicinskom dokumentacijom, da je Mikulandra novac prisvojio zbog pokrivanja troškova liječenja svog teškog oboljelog sinčiča,  koji je bio i životno ugrožen, po bolnicama i u toplicama. Ujedno, sud je uvažio i olakotnu okolnost, da je moj branjenik vratio sav prisvojeni novac banci prije otvaranja kaznenog postupka protiv njega. Dakle, ovim kaznenim djelom Zagrebačka banka nije pretrpjela materijalnu štetu - kazao nam je šibenski odvjetnik Krešimir Škarica.

Na ovu nepravomoćnu presudu sutkinje Maje Šupe, ni tužiteljstvo, ni obrana nisu najavili žalbe. Kod ovakvih presuda, jedan dan zatvora zamjenjuje se dva sata rada za opće dobro. To znači da će Mikulandra morati odraditi oko 730 sati.

- Nakon što presuda postane pravomoćna, Ured za probacijski sustav Ministarsta pravosuđa odredit će u kojoj će ustanovi moj branjenik odraditi kaznu. To može biti, primjerice, starački dom, dječji vrtić, ili pak, bolnica - dodao je odvjetnik Škarica.
