[fulltext] => Na suđenju u aferi "Pet zvjezdica" na Županijskom sudu u Splitu svjedočio je hotelijer Goran Štrok koji je kao USKOK-ov svjedok pouzdanik i pokrenuo cijeli slučaj.
Krajem 2007. godine krenula je istraga, a u ljeto 2008. godine podignuta je optužnica protiv Ive Žeravice, bivšeg pomoćnika predstojnika Ureda državne uprave u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji, dubrovačkog poduzetnika Antuna Kralja, vlasnika građevinske tvrtke "Konel" iz Cavtata i njegovog sina Antoana.
Žeravica i stariji Kralj se terete da su od vlasnika dubrovačkog hotela "Bellevuea" Gorana Štroka tražili mito kako bi mu pribavili uporabne dozvole. Mlađi Kralj je također optužen za zlouporabe u poslovanju.
Prema optužnici, prvo su Žeravica i Antun Kralj tražili 120.000 eura za dozvolu, no Štrok na to nije pristao, a potom je sam Žeravica tražio 200.000 eura. Kada je Štrok ponovno odbio dati traženi mito, zaključeno je kako njegov hotel nema uvjeta za dobivanje uporabne dozvole.
Žeravicu se tereti da je potom ponovno bezuspješno od Štroka tražio 120.000 eura kako bi mu, nakon lokacijske, izdao i dopunu građevinske dozvole.
Žeravica je optužen i da je Antunu Kralju obećao da će mu kao državni službenik pomoći u dobivanju potrebnih dozvola za njegovu tvrtku ako mu proda stan u Zagrebu za 30 posto nižu cijenu od tržišne.
Žeravica je na nagovor dvojice suoptuženika, spriječio izdavanje građevinske dozvole jednom investitoru dok taj investitor s njima ne potpiše ugovor o izvođenju radova, navodi optužnica. Kako investitor na to nije pristao, nije mu ni izdana dozvola na koju je imao pravo.
- Problem je nastao tijekom izgradnje hotela "Palace" i "Bellevue". U drugom hotelu smo na mjestu skladišta napravili sobe što nije bilo u građevinskoj dozvoli. Moj projektant mi je kazao kao se to može srediti. Ubro je dogovoren sastanak na kojem je Antun Kralj doveo Ivu Žeravicu koji mu je rekao:To se može srediti, ali se mora platiti - izjavio je pred sudskim vijećem Goran Štrok.
Suđenje se nastavlja u srijedu ispitivanjem novih svjedoka.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Na suđenju u aferi "Pet zvjezdica" na Županijskom sudu u Splitu svjedočio je hotelijer Goran Štrok koji je kao USKOK-ov svjedok pouzdanik i pokrenuo cijeli slučaj.
Krajem 2007. godine krenula je istraga, a u ljeto 2008. godine podignuta je optužnica protiv Ive Žeravice, bivšeg pomoćnika predstojnika Ureda državne uprave u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji, dubrovačkog poduzetnika Antuna Kralja, vlasnika građevinske tvrtke "Konel" iz Cavtata i njegovog sina Antoana.
Žeravica i stariji Kralj se terete da su od vlasnika dubrovačkog hotela "Bellevuea" Gorana Štroka tražili mito kako bi mu pribavili uporabne dozvole. Mlađi Kralj je također optužen za zlouporabe u poslovanju.
Prema optužnici, prvo su Žeravica i Antun Kralj tražili 120.000 eura za dozvolu, no Štrok na to nije pristao, a potom je sam Žeravica tražio 200.000 eura. Kada je Štrok ponovno odbio dati traženi mito, zaključeno je kako njegov hotel nema uvjeta za dobivanje uporabne dozvole.
Žeravicu se tereti da je potom ponovno bezuspješno od Štroka tražio 120.000 eura kako bi mu, nakon lokacijske, izdao i dopunu građevinske dozvole.
Žeravica je optužen i da je Antunu Kralju obećao da će mu kao državni službenik pomoći u dobivanju potrebnih dozvola za njegovu tvrtku ako mu proda stan u Zagrebu za 30 posto nižu cijenu od tržišne.
Žeravica je na nagovor dvojice suoptuženika, spriječio izdavanje građevinske dozvole jednom investitoru dok taj investitor s njima ne potpiše ugovor o izvođenju radova, navodi optužnica. Kako investitor na to nije pristao, nije mu ni izdana dozvola na koju je imao pravo.
- Problem je nastao tijekom izgradnje hotela "Palace" i "Bellevue". U drugom hotelu smo na mjestu skladišta napravili sobe što nije bilo u građevinskoj dozvoli. Moj projektant mi je kazao kao se to može srediti. Ubro je dogovoren sastanak na kojem je Antun Kralj doveo Ivu Žeravicu koji mu je rekao:To se može srediti, ali se mora platiti - izjavio je pred sudskim vijećem Goran Štrok.
Suđenje se nastavlja u srijedu ispitivanjem novih svjedoka.
