Optužno vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda potvrdilo je optužnicu protiv zagrebačkog gradonačelnika Milana Bandića i poduzetnika Petra Pripuza vezano za optužbu za odvoz smeća, javlja Jutarnji.
Riječ je o dijelu optužbi zaostalih iz afere Agram.
Optužnicu protiv zagrebačkog gradonačelnika i njegovih suradnika te 'poslovnih partnera' gradskih tvrtki, za navodne nezakonitosti 'teške' preko 25 milijuna kuna, Uskok je sudu predao još sredinom prosinca 2015. No, sjednice optužnih vijeća više su puta prekidane i odgađane do ožujka prošle godine kada je potvrđen veći dio optužnice.
Suđenje za potvrđeni dio optužnice počelo je u listopadu prošle godine kada je Bandić kazao da se ne osjeća krivim ni po jednoj točki optužnice.
Isto su ponovili i bivši šef Holdinga Slobodan Ljubičić, vlasnik CIOS-a Petar Pripuz, bivši direktor ZET-a Ivan Tolić, direktor Čistoće Miljenko Benko, zamjenica pročelnice gradskog Ureda za imovinsko-pravne poslove Ines Bravić, načelnica odjela za pravne poslove u Gradskom uredu za imovinsko-pravne poslove Koraljka Rožanković Uremović, direktor građevinske tvrtke Bramgrad projekt Branko Mihaljević, nekadašnji pročelnik stručne službe gradonačelnika Vidoje Bulum, pročelnik Bandićeva ureda Miro Laco te glavni tajnik Zagrebačkog športskog saveza Zdenko Antunović.
U dodatne tri točke optužnice Uskok uz sve kojima se već sudi spominje i gradonačelnikovog savjetnika Željka Horvata, Ivana Markušića, referenta za javnu nabavu Zagrebačkog holdinga Filipa Čulu.
Optužnicom su bili obuhvaćeni i gradonačelnikov suradnik Dragutin Kosić te bivši direktor zagrebačke plinare Ante Dodig koji su nakon priznanja nedjela i nagodbe s tužiteljstvom sporazumno osuđeni na uvjetne kazne.

Optužno vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda potvrdilo je optužnicu protiv zagrebačkog gradonačelnika Milana Bandića i poduzetnika Petra Pripuza vezano za optužbu za odvoz smeća, javlja Jutarnji.
Riječ je o dijelu optužbi zaostalih iz afere Agram.
Optužnicu protiv zagrebačkog gradonačelnika i njegovih suradnika te 'poslovnih partnera' gradskih tvrtki, za navodne nezakonitosti 'teške' preko 25 milijuna kuna, Uskok je sudu predao još sredinom prosinca 2015. No, sjednice optužnih vijeća više su puta prekidane i odgađane do ožujka prošle godine kada je potvrđen veći dio optužnice.
Suđenje za potvrđeni dio optužnice počelo je u listopadu prošle godine kada je Bandić kazao da se ne osjeća krivim ni po jednoj točki optužnice.
Isto su ponovili i bivši šef Holdinga Slobodan Ljubičić, vlasnik CIOS-a Petar Pripuz, bivši direktor ZET-a Ivan Tolić, direktor Čistoće Miljenko Benko, zamjenica pročelnice gradskog Ureda za imovinsko-pravne poslove Ines Bravić, načelnica odjela za pravne poslove u Gradskom uredu za imovinsko-pravne poslove Koraljka Rožanković Uremović, direktor građevinske tvrtke Bramgrad projekt Branko Mihaljević, nekadašnji pročelnik stručne službe gradonačelnika Vidoje Bulum, pročelnik Bandićeva ureda Miro Laco te glavni tajnik Zagrebačkog športskog saveza Zdenko Antunović.
U dodatne tri točke optužnice Uskok uz sve kojima se već sudi spominje i gradonačelnikovog savjetnika Željka Horvata, Ivana Markušića, referenta za javnu nabavu Zagrebačkog holdinga Filipa Čulu.
Optužnicom su bili obuhvaćeni i gradonačelnikov suradnik Dragutin Kosić te bivši direktor zagrebačke plinare Ante Dodig koji su nakon priznanja nedjela i nagodbe s tužiteljstvom sporazumno osuđeni na uvjetne kazne.
