Zbog smrti dječaka Gabrijela Bebića (9) pokrenuta je istraga protiv tri liječnice i jedne medicinske sestre iz Metkovića.

Osumnjičene su za nesavjesno liječnjenje zbog kojeg je došlo do smrtne posljedice za što je zapriječena maksimalna kazna od 12 godina zatvora.

Kako u ovom slučaju tužiteljstvo smatra da su četiri osumnjičenice kazneno djelo počinile iz nehaja prijeti im niža sankcija od jedne do osam godina zatvora.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću je nakon provedenih izvida i pribavljenih potrebnih mišljenja i dokumentacije donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv četiri osobe. Osumnjičene su: medicinska sestra u DZ-u Metković koja je radila u pedijatrijskoj ordinaciji i tri liječnice s Hitne pomoći u Metkoviću.

Kako navode u rješenju, postoji osnovana sumnja da su 9. i 10. prosinca 2018. u Metkoviću u postupku liječenja Gabrijela Bebića propustile adekvatno pregledati dijete i utvrditi ozbiljnost njegovog zdravstvenog stanja te poduzeti daljnje potrebne radnje u cilju hitnog medicinskog premještaja djeteta u Klinički bolnički centar Split na daljnje pretrage i hospitalizaciju.

Rješenje o provođenju istrage doneseno je protiv prvookrivljenice dr. J.V. kao dežurne liječnice Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, Ispostava Metković zbog postupanja 9. prosinca 2018. godine u 10.43 sati.

Zatim protiv drugookrivljenice dr. D.D. kao dežurne liječnice zbog postupanje 10. prosinca u 2.07 sati) te protiv trećeokrivljenice N.T. kao medicinske sestre zaposlene u specijalističkoj pedijatrijskoj ordinaciji zbog postupanja 10. prosinca oko 8.15 sati.

Nadalje, protiv četvrtookrivljenice dr. M.M. kao dežurne liječnice Zavoda za hitnu medicinu zbog postupanja 10. prosinca u 8.30 sati.

Osnovano se sumnja da je zbog propusta četiriju okrivljenica 10. prosinca došlo do daljnjeg teškog pogoršanja djetetovog zdravstvenog stanja, uslijed čega je dijete, unatoč njegovom hitnom smještaju u Kliničkom bolničkom centru Split na Klinici za dječje bolesti, Zavod za intenzivnu pedijatriju s postintenzivnom skrbi te svim poduzetim hitnim liječničkim radnjama i mjerama, preminulo 11. prosinca 2018. u 8,01 sati, tvrdi tužiteljstvo.

Ivana Bebić: Potvrđene su naše sumnje

- Donošenjem odluke o provođenju istrage nad ove četiri ženske osobe, potvrđeno je da su naše sumnje, kako su upravo one nesavjesno liječile naše dijete, bile opravdane. Ja sam od početka govorila, da upravo ove četiri osobe nisu postupile kako su morale i trebale. Nadam se kako će u konačnici istina izići na vidjelo i kako će oni koji su napravili propuste u liječenju našeg djeteta biti sankcionirani, kako bi naš anđeo Gabrijel imao barem malo mira na nebu - kroz suze je nam je u telefonskom razgovoru rekla Ivana Bebić, majka malog Gabrijela.

Zbog smrti dječaka Gabrijela Bebića (9) pokrenuta je istraga protiv tri liječnice i jedne medicinske sestre iz Metkovića.

Osumnjičene su za nesavjesno liječnjenje zbog kojeg je došlo do smrtne posljedice za što je zapriječena maksimalna kazna od 12 godina zatvora.

Kako u ovom slučaju tužiteljstvo smatra da su četiri osumnjičenice kazneno djelo počinile iz nehaja prijeti im niža sankcija od jedne do osam godina zatvora.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću je nakon provedenih izvida i pribavljenih potrebnih mišljenja i dokumentacije donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv četiri osobe. Osumnjičene su: medicinska sestra u DZ-u Metković koja je radila u pedijatrijskoj ordinaciji i tri liječnice s Hitne pomoći u Metkoviću.

Kako navode u rješenju, postoji osnovana sumnja da su 9. i 10. prosinca 2018. u Metkoviću u postupku liječenja Gabrijela Bebića propustile adekvatno pregledati dijete i utvrditi ozbiljnost njegovog zdravstvenog stanja te poduzeti daljnje potrebne radnje u cilju hitnog medicinskog premještaja djeteta u Klinički bolnički centar Split na daljnje pretrage i hospitalizaciju.

Rješenje o provođenju istrage doneseno je protiv prvookrivljenice dr. J.V. kao dežurne liječnice Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, Ispostava Metković zbog postupanja 9. prosinca 2018. godine u 10.43 sati.

Zatim protiv drugookrivljenice dr. D.D. kao dežurne liječnice zbog postupanje 10. prosinca u 2.07 sati) te protiv trećeokrivljenice N.T. kao medicinske sestre zaposlene u specijalističkoj pedijatrijskoj ordinaciji zbog postupanja 10. prosinca oko 8.15 sati.

Nadalje, protiv četvrtookrivljenice dr. M.M. kao dežurne liječnice Zavoda za hitnu medicinu zbog postupanja 10. prosinca u 8.30 sati.

Osnovano se sumnja da je zbog propusta četiriju okrivljenica 10. prosinca došlo do daljnjeg teškog pogoršanja djetetovog zdravstvenog stanja, uslijed čega je dijete, unatoč njegovom hitnom smještaju u Kliničkom bolničkom centru Split na Klinici za dječje bolesti, Zavod za intenzivnu pedijatriju s postintenzivnom skrbi te svim poduzetim hitnim liječničkim radnjama i mjerama, preminulo 11. prosinca 2018. u 8,01 sati, tvrdi tužiteljstvo.

Ivana Bebić: Potvrđene su naše sumnje

- Donošenjem odluke o provođenju istrage nad ove četiri ženske osobe, potvrđeno je da su naše sumnje, kako su upravo one nesavjesno liječile naše dijete, bile opravdane. Ja sam od početka govorila, da upravo ove četiri osobe nisu postupile kako su morale i trebale. Nadam se kako će u konačnici istina izići na vidjelo i kako će oni koji su napravili propuste u liječenju našeg djeteta biti sankcionirani, kako bi naš anđeo Gabrijel imao barem malo mira na nebu - kroz suze je nam je u telefonskom razgovoru rekla Ivana Bebić, majka malog Gabrijela.

Zbog smrti dječaka Gabrijela Bebića (9) pokrenuta je istraga protiv tri liječnice i jedne medicinske sestre iz Metkovića.

Osumnjičene su za nesavjesno liječnjenje zbog kojeg je došlo do smrtne posljedice za što je zapriječena maksimalna kazna od 12 godina zatvora.

Kako u ovom slučaju tužiteljstvo smatra da su četiri osumnjičenice kazneno djelo počinile iz nehaja prijeti im niža sankcija od jedne do osam godina zatvora.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću je nakon provedenih izvida i pribavljenih potrebnih mišljenja i dokumentacije donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv četiri osobe. Osumnjičene su: medicinska sestra u DZ-u Metković koja je radila u pedijatrijskoj ordinaciji i tri liječnice s Hitne pomoći u Metkoviću.
