U apartmanu na Zenti u kojem je 26-godišnji mladić iz Splita zadobio iz revolvera po život opasnu ranu glave osim njega je bilo još sedam osoba. Jedan od njih je Josip Čubelić (35), zvani Čuba, otprije poznat poliicji i pravosuđu po pokušaju ubojstva.

Među ostalima je bilo osoba koje su dio svijeta narko trgovine, a pojedine povezuju i s dobavljačima droge iz Crne Gore. U noći s utorka na srijedu oko 2.30 sati muško društvo je, prema njihovoj verziji, kratilo vrijeme ruskim ruletom.

Kada je opasna igra krenula po zlu, nakon što je 26-godišnjak ranjen metkom u glavu, dvojica su ga iznjela iz apartmana te je prevezen u KBC Split. Teška ozljeda mu je sanirana, ali mu je stanje i dalje ozbiljno.

Svi iz apartmana su privedeni u službene prostorije te se provodi kriminalističko istraživanje. Nitko za sada nije osumnjičen za kazneno djelo.

U srijedu ujutro ulaz u luksuzni apartman su čuvali temeljni policajci dok su očevid unutra obavljali kriminalistički inspektori. S njima je bio jedan od muškaraca koji su noćas bili u apartmanu.

Nakon rekonstrukcije na mjestu događaja, unutar objekta, izašli su s njim vani i razgovarali još kraće vrijeme na parkiralištu. Iznad ulaza u apartman je nadzorna kamera, ali je pitanje je li noćas bila uključena.

Naime, izgleda kako su iste osobe česti gosti, a nisu ljubitelji fotografiranja i kamera. Od susjeda saznajemo kako je apartman i prije iznajmljivan za noćne provode.

- Nije do sada bilo ovakvih stvari, ali znam da često dolazi veće društvo, rekla mi je nevjesta. Valjda im odgovara im ulaz s ulice i što imaju privatnost.

U prizemlju zgrade je kafić, ali nema nikada nereda u njemu. Evio ja i sad idem popit kavu tamo - kazao nam je ljubazni gospodin koji je došetao sunčanom stranom ulice.

I s druge strane saznajemo da je ista ekipa imala običaj dolaziti u apartman u sitnim satima i boraviti do odlaska na spavanje. Josip Čubelić je nedavno je prijavljen i zbog obračuna šakama pred poznatim lokalom na splitskim Gripama, ali je u obrani pred dežurnim sucem negirao sudjelovanje u tučnjavi.

Kako nema snimke koja potvrđuje da je bio tamo, pušten je na slobodu nakon što je oslobođen krivnje zbog nedostatka dokaza. U apartmanu na Zenti je bio još jedan mladić koji je prijavljen za tučnjavu na Gripama. Iz Solina je i nema još kriminalni dosje.

Bez obzira što se društvo iz aparmana čvrsto drži priče o ruskom ruletu, policija istražuje sve mogućnosti i ne uzima zdravo za gotovo njihove iskaze. Sumnja se na konzumaciju opijata, ali ako ih je i bilo sve je uklonjeno prije dolaska službenih osoba.

Jedini mogući trag uzimanja zabranjenih tvari bit će u toksikološkim nalazima krvi i urina. Kriminalističko istraživanje provodi se u koordinaciji sa Županijskim državnim odvjetništvom Split.

U apartmanu na Zenti u kojem je 26-godišnji mladić iz Splita zadobio iz revolvera po život opasnu ranu glave osim njega je bilo još sedam osoba. Jedan od njih je Josip Čubelić (35), zvani Čuba, otprije poznat poliicji i pravosuđu po pokušaju ubojstva.

Među ostalima je bilo osoba koje su dio svijeta narko trgovine, a pojedine povezuju i s dobavljačima droge iz Crne Gore. U noći s utorka na srijedu oko 2.30 sati muško društvo je, prema njihovoj verziji, kratilo vrijeme ruskim ruletom.

Kada je opasna igra krenula po zlu, nakon što je 26-godišnjak ranjen metkom u glavu, dvojica su ga iznjela iz apartmana te je prevezen u KBC Split. Teška ozljeda mu je sanirana, ali mu je stanje i dalje ozbiljno.

Svi iz apartmana su privedeni u službene prostorije te se provodi kriminalističko istraživanje. Nitko za sada nije osumnjičen za kazneno djelo.

U srijedu ujutro ulaz u luksuzni apartman su čuvali temeljni policajci dok su očevid unutra obavljali kriminalistički inspektori. S njima je bio jedan od muškaraca koji su noćas bili u apartmanu.

Nakon rekonstrukcije na mjestu događaja, unutar objekta, izašli su s njim vani i razgovarali još kraće vrijeme na parkiralištu. Iznad ulaza u apartman je nadzorna kamera, ali je pitanje je li noćas bila uključena.

Naime, izgleda kako su iste osobe česti gosti, a nisu ljubitelji fotografiranja i kamera. Od susjeda saznajemo kako je apartman i prije iznajmljivan za noćne provode.

- Nije do sada bilo ovakvih stvari, ali znam da često dolazi veće društvo, rekla mi je nevjesta. Valjda im odgovara im ulaz s ulice i što imaju privatnost.

U prizemlju zgrade je kafić, ali nema nikada nereda u njemu. Evio ja i sad idem popit kavu tamo - kazao nam je ljubazni gospodin koji je došetao sunčanom stranom ulice.

I s druge strane saznajemo da je ista ekipa imala običaj dolaziti u apartman u sitnim satima i boraviti do odlaska na spavanje. Josip Čubelić je nedavno je prijavljen i zbog obračuna šakama pred poznatim lokalom na splitskim Gripama, ali je u obrani pred dežurnim sucem negirao sudjelovanje u tučnjavi.

Kako nema snimke koja potvrđuje da je bio tamo, pušten je na slobodu nakon što je oslobođen krivnje zbog nedostatka dokaza. U apartmanu na Zenti je bio još jedan mladić koji je prijavljen za tučnjavu na Gripama. Iz Solina je i nema još kriminalni dosje.

Bez obzira što se društvo iz aparmana čvrsto drži priče o ruskom ruletu, policija istražuje sve mogućnosti i ne uzima zdravo za gotovo njihove iskaze. Sumnja se na konzumaciju opijata, ali ako ih je i bilo sve je uklonjeno prije dolaska službenih osoba.

Jedini mogući trag uzimanja zabranjenih tvari bit će u toksikološkim nalazima krvi i urina. Kriminalističko istraživanje provodi se u koordinaciji sa Županijskim državnim odvjetništvom Split.
