Jura (60) je proglašen krivim i osuđen jer je mrtav pijan u pol bijela dana automobilom išao na benzinsku po gorivo za motorku.

Bio je toliko pijan da uopće nije vidio policajca koji mu je mahao svjetlećom tablicom “Stop policija”, već je samo produžio, pa se policija dala u potjeru.

Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo sredinom ožujka u 10.40 sati u Ulici Nikole Tesle u Križevcima. Jura je upravljao automobilom križevačke registracije i “nije stao na znak policijskog službenika i zahtjev za zaustavljanjem vozila izražen pomoću svjetlosne tablice Stop-policija”, piše Danica.hr.

“On je bez zaustavljanja nastavio vožnju Ulicom Nikole Tesle. Osim toga, upravljao je vozilom za vrijeme dok mu je pravomoćnim i izvršnim rješenjem Policijske postaje Križevci vozačka dozvola oduzeta zbog neobavljanja izvanrednog nadzornog liječničkog pregleda.

Iste je zgode upravljao navedenim vozilom pod utjecajem alkohola pri koncentraciji od 2,25 promila o čemu je sastavljen zapisnik koji je okrivljenik uredno potpisao. Za vrijeme vožnje nije bio vezan sigurnosnim pojasom”, navodi prekršajna sutkinja u presudi.

Jura se pak na sudu branio kako nije istina da se policiji nije zaustavio i nije istina da nije bio vezan.

“Vozio sam se tog dana na benzinsku postaju po gorivo za motornu pilu. Na oko 200 metara od benzinske zaustavila me policija koju nisam na vrijeme uočio jer mi je policijsko vozilo bilo nevidljivo.

Kad sam ga u retrovizoru uočio, namjeravao sam se vratiti okrećući se na benzinskoj pumpi, ali tada je ispred mene stalo to policijsko vozilo pa sam ja otkopčao sigurnosni pojas i izašao iz vozila”, tvrdi Jura.

No, opovrgava ga iskaz policajca koji je i na sudu ponovio kako su ga zaustavljali, ali nije stao.

“Da, ja sam to vidio vlastitim očima, a vozač nas nije niti vidio. U cijelosti ostajem kod svojeg iskaza i tvrdim da je vozač počinio sve prekršaje koji mu se stavljaju na teret”, naveo je policajac.

Prekršajna je sutkinja Juru kaznila s ukupno 1585 eura, od čega mu se oduzima 40 eura jer je jedan dan proveo u policijskom pritvoru. Dobio je i tromjesečnu zabranu upravljanja automobilom. Inače, to je prvi put da su ga ulovili pijanog za volanom.

Jura (60) je proglašen krivim i osuđen jer je mrtav pijan u pol bijela dana automobilom išao na benzinsku po gorivo za motorku.

Bio je toliko pijan da uopće nije vidio policajca koji mu je mahao svjetlećom tablicom “Stop policija”, već je samo produžio, pa se policija dala u potjeru.

Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo sredinom ožujka u 10.40 sati u Ulici Nikole Tesle u Križevcima. Jura je upravljao automobilom križevačke registracije i “nije stao na znak policijskog službenika i zahtjev za zaustavljanjem vozila izražen pomoću svjetlosne tablice Stop-policija”, piše Danica.hr.

“On je bez zaustavljanja nastavio vožnju Ulicom Nikole Tesle. Osim toga, upravljao je vozilom za vrijeme dok mu je pravomoćnim i izvršnim rješenjem Policijske postaje Križevci vozačka dozvola oduzeta zbog neobavljanja izvanrednog nadzornog liječničkog pregleda.

Iste je zgode upravljao navedenim vozilom pod utjecajem alkohola pri koncentraciji od 2,25 promila o čemu je sastavljen zapisnik koji je okrivljenik uredno potpisao. Za vrijeme vožnje nije bio vezan sigurnosnim pojasom”, navodi prekršajna sutkinja u presudi.

Jura se pak na sudu branio kako nije istina da se policiji nije zaustavio i nije istina da nije bio vezan.

“Vozio sam se tog dana na benzinsku postaju po gorivo za motornu pilu. Na oko 200 metara od benzinske zaustavila me policija koju nisam na vrijeme uočio jer mi je policijsko vozilo bilo nevidljivo.

“Da, ja sam to vidio vlastitim očima, a vozač nas nije niti vidio. U cijelosti ostajem kod svojeg iskaza i tvrdim da je vozač počinio sve prekršaje koji mu se stavljaju na teret”, naveo je policajac.

Prekršajna je sutkinja Juru kaznila s ukupno 1585 eura, od čega mu se oduzima 40 eura jer je jedan dan proveo u policijskom pritvoru. Dobio je i tromjesečnu zabranu upravljanja automobilom. Inače, to je prvi put da su ga ulovili pijanog za volanom.

Jura (60) je proglašen krivim i osuđen jer je mrtav pijan u pol bijela dana automobilom išao na benzinsku po gorivo za motorku.

Bio je toliko pijan da uopće nije vidio policajca koji mu je mahao svjetlećom tablicom “Stop policija”, već je samo produžio, pa se policija dala u potjeru.

Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo sredinom ožujka u 10.40 sati u Ulici Nikole Tesle u Križevcima. Jura je upravljao automobilom križevačke registracije i “nije stao na znak policijskog službenika i zahtjev za zaustavljanjem vozila izražen pomoću svjetlosne tablice Stop-policija”, piše Danica.hr.

“On je bez zaustavljanja nastavio vožnju Ulicom Nikole Tesle. Osim toga, upravljao je vozilom za vrijeme dok mu je pravomoćnim i izvršnim rješenjem Policijske postaje Križevci vozačka dozvola oduzeta zbog neobavljanja izvanrednog nadzornog liječničkog pregleda.

Iste je zgode upravljao navedenim vozilom pod utjecajem alkohola pri koncentraciji od 2,25 promila o čemu je sastavljen zapisnik koji je okrivljenik uredno potpisao. Za vrijeme vožnje nije bio vezan sigurnosnim pojasom”, navodi prekršajna sutkinja u presudi.

Jura se pak na sudu branio kako nije istina da se policiji nije zaustavio i nije istina da nije bio vezan.

“Vozio sam se tog dana na benzinsku postaju po gorivo za motornu pilu. Na oko 200 metara od benzinske zaustavila me policija koju nisam na vrijeme uočio jer mi je policijsko vozilo bilo nevidljivo.
