Bivši čelnik Hrvatske gospodarske komore (HGK) Nadan Vidošević istaknuo je u srijedu u svojoj obrani u aferi Remoker da nije sudjelovao u fiktivnim poslovima i da je lažna tvrdnja 'pokajnika' Davora Komeričkog kako je od njega tražio da opere novac.

''Optužnica je samo paučina, a jasni su mi motivi lažnog svjedočenja Komeričkog koji je nagodbom s tužiteljstvom sa sebe skinuo dva kaznena postupka i deblokirao svoju tvrtku. Nije bilo nikakvih fiktivnih poslova, a Komerički je jedini personalni dokaz kojeg ima tužiteljstvo'', kazao je Vidošević na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu.

Upozorivši sudsko vijeće da će biti ciničan u svojoj ocjeni Uskoka, Vidošević je dodao da se tužiteljstvo postavilo kao hagiograf prema Komeričkom s kojim je, kako tvrdi, imao samo profesionalni odnos, no ne i njegov broj mobitela.

Vidošević je dodao kako tužiteljstvo ''nije razmišljalo kada je osim njega optužilo i ljude koji ne žele da se na njih gleda kao na kriminalce'' te da Uskok ''ne želi prihvatiti da neki ljudi nisu lopovi''. Predsjednik sudskog vijeća Zdravko Majerović je zbog takve ocjene upozorio Vidoševića kako neće tolerirati vrijeđanje stranke u postupku pa se bivši čelnik HGK ispričao tužiteljstvu.

Uz to, Vidošević je tijekom iznošenja obrane višekratno ponovio da on i njegove suradnice nisu nanijeli nikakvu štetu HGK-u i Krašu niti je novac izvlačen iz tih tvrtki. ''Protiv mene nema niti jedan materijalni dokaz, poruka ili SMS koji bi razmjenjivao'', ustvrdio je.

Također je napomenuo da su pojedini mediji prije početka postupka protiv njega ''pripremili baražnu paljbu'' te da se dvije trećine optužnice temelji na njegovoj imovini koju je dio medija prikazao ''karikaturalnim'', a za koju tvrdi da je stekao legalnim putem.

Vidošević je nadodao da mu je u pretrazi stana nestala dokumentacija o umjetninama i izgradnji kuće u Gorskom Kotaru za što je optužio Pnuskok, a zbog čega mu je bila otežana obrana. Ustvrdio je i da je vještačenje njegove imovine ''groteskno''.

Iznošenje obrane četiri godine od početka suđenja 

Svoju obranu Vidošević je počeo iznositi više od četiri godine od početka suđenja u aferi Remorker u kojoj je optužen zbog izvlačenja novca iz institucije kojoj je godinama bio na čelu.

Među optuženima je i Vidoševićeva dugogodišnja najbliža suradnica Zdenka Peternel, a na optuženičkoj klupi su i Josipa Mladinov, Jasna Mikić i Jadranka Ivčić koje su također porekle krivnju.

Preostalih četvero suoptuženika je prije suđenja priznalo nedjela te su osuđeni nakon nagodbe s tužiteljstvom. To su ključni akteri tzv. afere Remorker - Igor Premilovac, koji je prvi progovorio kako je preko svoje češke tvrtke Remorker naplaćivao fiktivne račune i 'oprani' novac uz proviziju vraćao u Hrvatsku te marketinški stručnjak Davor Komerički koji je Vidoševića povezao s lancem izvlačenja novca iz HGK.

Osim njih sporazumno su osuđeni i Vidoševićeva nekretninska savjetnica Vesna Rodić te Jasna Mrakovčić Grubić koja je priznala da je uz Vidoševića iz HGK izvlačila novac lažirajući kupnju umjetničkih slika.

Drugi krak Remorkera protegnuo se do Hrvatskih autocesta, a kao glavni osumnjičenik u tom dijelu istrage optužen je bio bivši HDZ-ov ministar i zadarski gradonačelnik Božidar Kalmeta koji je u rujnu 2019. nepravomoćno oslobođen.

Optužnicom u tzv. aferi Remorker, koju je Uskok protiv Vidoševića i još osam osoba podigao u srpnju 2015., predloženo je da se Vidoševiću oduzme nesrazmjer imovine s primanjima u iznosu od 33,4 milijuna kuna.

No, novo vještačenje pokazuje da je Vidošević 26 nekretnina i 444 umjetnine, vrijednih 22,4 milijuna kuna, stekao legalnim putem pa je sumnjivo ostalo još samo 9,2 milijuna kuna.

Uskok je sredinom prosinca prošle godine odustao od zahtjeva za proširenim oduzimanjem imovinske koristi Vidoševiću i njegovoj obitelji nakon što je utvrđeno da je nesrazmjer u Vidoševićevim prihodima i rashodima manji od protupravne imovinske koristi koja mu se stavlja na teret.

Bivši čelnik Hrvatske gospodarske komore (HGK) Nadan Vidošević istaknuo je u srijedu u svojoj obrani u aferi Remoker da nije sudjelovao u fiktivnim poslovima i da je lažna tvrdnja 'pokajnika' Davora Komeričkog kako je od njega tražio da opere novac.

''Optužnica je samo paučina, a jasni su mi motivi lažnog svjedočenja Komeričkog koji je nagodbom s tužiteljstvom sa sebe skinuo dva kaznena postupka i deblokirao svoju tvrtku. Nije bilo nikakvih fiktivnih poslova, a Komerički je jedini personalni dokaz kojeg ima tužiteljstvo'', kazao je Vidošević na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu.

Upozorivši sudsko vijeće da će biti ciničan u svojoj ocjeni Uskoka, Vidošević je dodao da se tužiteljstvo postavilo kao hagiograf prema Komeričkom s kojim je, kako tvrdi, imao samo profesionalni odnos, no ne i njegov broj mobitela.

Vidošević je dodao kako tužiteljstvo ''nije razmišljalo kada je osim njega optužilo i ljude koji ne žele da se na njih gleda kao na kriminalce'' te da Uskok ''ne želi prihvatiti da neki ljudi nisu lopovi''. Predsjednik sudskog vijeća Zdravko Majerović je zbog takve ocjene upozorio Vidoševića kako neće tolerirati vrijeđanje stranke u postupku pa se bivši čelnik HGK ispričao tužiteljstvu.

Uz to, Vidošević je tijekom iznošenja obrane višekratno ponovio da on i njegove suradnice nisu nanijeli nikakvu štetu HGK-u i Krašu niti je novac izvlačen iz tih tvrtki. ''Protiv mene nema niti jedan materijalni dokaz, poruka ili SMS koji bi razmjenjivao'', ustvrdio je.

Također je napomenuo da su pojedini mediji prije početka postupka protiv njega ''pripremili baražnu paljbu'' te da se dvije trećine optužnice temelji na njegovoj imovini koju je dio medija prikazao ''karikaturalnim'', a za koju tvrdi da je stekao legalnim putem.

Vidošević je nadodao da mu je u pretrazi stana nestala dokumentacija o umjetninama i izgradnji kuće u Gorskom Kotaru za što je optužio Pnuskok, a zbog čega mu je bila otežana obrana. Ustvrdio je i da je vještačenje njegove imovine ''groteskno''.

Iznošenje obrane četiri godine od početka suđenja 

Svoju obranu Vidošević je počeo iznositi više od četiri godine od početka suđenja u aferi Remorker u kojoj je optužen zbog izvlačenja novca iz institucije kojoj je godinama bio na čelu.

Među optuženima je i Vidoševićeva dugogodišnja najbliža suradnica Zdenka Peternel, a na optuženičkoj klupi su i Josipa Mladinov, Jasna Mikić i Jadranka Ivčić koje su također porekle krivnju.

Preostalih četvero suoptuženika je prije suđenja priznalo nedjela te su osuđeni nakon nagodbe s tužiteljstvom. To su ključni akteri tzv. afere Remorker - Igor Premilovac, koji je prvi progovorio kako je preko svoje češke tvrtke Remorker naplaćivao fiktivne račune i 'oprani' novac uz proviziju vraćao u Hrvatsku te marketinški stručnjak Davor Komerički koji je Vidoševića povezao s lancem izvlačenja novca iz HGK.

Osim njih sporazumno su osuđeni i Vidoševićeva nekretninska savjetnica Vesna Rodić te Jasna Mrakovčić Grubić koja je priznala da je uz Vidoševića iz HGK izvlačila novac lažirajući kupnju umjetničkih slika.

Drugi krak Remorkera protegnuo se do Hrvatskih autocesta, a kao glavni osumnjičenik u tom dijelu istrage optužen je bio bivši HDZ-ov ministar i zadarski gradonačelnik Božidar Kalmeta koji je u rujnu 2019. nepravomoćno oslobođen.

Optužnicom u tzv. aferi Remorker, koju je Uskok protiv Vidoševića i još osam osoba podigao u srpnju 2015., predloženo je da se Vidoševiću oduzme nesrazmjer imovine s primanjima u iznosu od 33,4 milijuna kuna.

No, novo vještačenje pokazuje da je Vidošević 26 nekretnina i 444 umjetnine, vrijednih 22,4 milijuna kuna, stekao legalnim putem pa je sumnjivo ostalo još samo 9,2 milijuna kuna.

Uskok je sredinom prosinca prošle godine odustao od zahtjeva za proširenim oduzimanjem imovinske koristi Vidoševiću i njegovoj obitelji nakon što je utvrđeno da je nesrazmjer u Vidoševićevim prihodima i rashodima manji od protupravne imovinske koristi koja mu se stavlja na teret.
