USKOK-ova optužnica Stipu Gabrića Jamba tereti za kaznena djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, zlouporabu obavljanja dužnosti državne vlasti, te protuzakonito posredovanja za vrijeme dok je bio gradonačelnik Metkovića, a optužena su i dvojica pročelnika. Materijalna šteta za Metković iznosi više od 600.000 kuna.

Prema optužnici, Jamba se tereti da je 2007. godine od svog pročelnika tražio da na teret gradskog proračuna kupi veći broj sadnica maslina, koje je podijelio tijekom predizborne kampanje za parlamentarne izbore na kojima je bio HSS-ov nositelj liste u X. izbornoj jedinici. Iznos od 170.000 kuna za masline plaćen je iz gradske blagajne.

Uz to mu se na teret stavlja da je naložio da se sredstvima iz gradskog proračuna s 270.000 kuna podmiri nabava sadnica maslina za Neretvansku udrugu maslinara, a nabavljene su od trgovačkog društva u kojem je odgovorna osoba bila njegova supruga.

USKOK Stipu Gabrića Jamba i zbog toga što su se iz gradskog proračuna tijekom nekoliko godina osiguravala sredstav za putovanje članova HSS-a na hodočašće u Mariju Bistricu, na što je potrošenolo 225.000 kuna.

Splitu potvrdilo je optužnicu koju je USKOK podigao protiv Stipe Gabrića Jambe, te bi ubrzo trebalo započeti suđenje koje će voditi sudac Mlađan Prvan, doznaje se danas na tom sudu.

USKOK-ova optužnica Stipu Gabrića Jamba tereti za kaznena djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, zlouporabu obavljanja dužnosti državne vlasti, te protuzakonito posredovanja za vrijeme dok je bio gradonačelnik Metkovića, a optužena su i dvojica pročelnika. Materijalna šteta za Metković iznosi više od 600.000 kuna.

Prema optužnici, Jamba se tereti da je 2007. godine od svog pročelnika tražio da na teret gradskog proračuna kupi veći broj sadnica maslina, koje je podijelio tijekom predizborne kampanje za parlamentarne izbore na kojima je bio HSS-ov nositelj liste u X. izbornoj jedinici. Iznos od 170.000 kuna za masline plaćen je iz gradske blagajne.

Uz to mu se na teret stavlja da je naložio da se sredstvima iz gradskog proračuna s 270.000 kuna podmiri nabava sadnica maslina za Neretvansku udrugu maslinara, a nabavljene su od trgovačkog društva u kojem je odgovorna osoba bila njegova supruga.

USKOK Stipu Gabrića Jamba i zbog toga što su se iz gradskog proračuna tijekom nekoliko godina osiguravala sredstav za putovanje članova HSS-a na hodočašće u Mariju Bistricu, na što je potrošenolo 225.000 kuna.

Vijeće Županijskog suda u Splitu potvrdilo optužnicu USKOK-a protiv Jambe

Vijeće Županijskog suda u Splitu potvrdilo je optužnicu koju je USKOK podigao protiv Stipe Gabrića Jambe, te bi ubrzo trebalo započeti suđenje koje će voditi sudac Mlađan Prvan, doznaje se danas na tom sudu.

USKOK-ova optužnica Stipu Gabrića Jamba tereti za kaznena djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, zlouporabu obavljanja dužnosti državne vlasti, te protuzakonito posredovanja za vrijeme dok je bio gradonačelnik Metkovića, a optužena su i dvojica pročelnika.
