Premijer Andrej Plenković poručio je u ponedjeljak kako je potez predsjednika Republike Zorana Milanovića, da ne potpiše na vrijeme Zakon o izbornim jedinicama, presedan i za Milanovića kojem ranije nije bio problem uskladiti potpisivanje s datumom stupanja na snagu drugih zakona.

“Zadnji put, kada je Hrvatski sabor 28. lipnja donio Zakon o socijalnoj skrbi, koji je stupao na snagu 1. srpnja, nije mu bio problem to potpisati”, rekao je Plenković u izjavi medijima ispred HNK-a, dodavši da je dosadašnja zakonodavna praksa ranijih predsjednika države, pa i Milanovićeva, bila da se potpisivanje zakona uskladi s datumom stupanja na snagu zakona, kada je on propisan u tekstu.

Milanovićeva politička opstrukcija

Naveo je kako je u vrijeme Milanovićeve vlade tadašnji predsjednik Ivo Josipović 13 puta potpisao zakone u roku kraćem od osam dana, a da je sam Milanović potpisao Zakon o socijalnoj skrbi i Zakon o osobnoj asistenciji, kako bi mogli stupiti na snagu u roku koji je propisan tekstom zakona, što je u ovom slučaju bilo tri dana od njihova izglasavanja u saboru.

“To je njegova recentna praksa. Teza o tome da to nije smio je apsolutna laž, jer on voli lagati”, kazao je Plenković ustvrdivši kako je Milanovićev potez, da Zakon o izbornim jedinicama koji je trebao stupiti na snagu 1. listopada potpiše tek 3. listopada, politička opstrukcija.

Vlada će stoga u proceduru morati uputiti izmjene zakona s izmijenjenom odredbom o danu stupanja na snagu, a Plenković kaže da će to samo povećati trošak rada Hrvatskoj sabora, koji će morati raspravljati o nečemu što se već raspravilo.

Također je komentirao Milanovićevu izjavu da je Plenkovićeva Vlada jedna od najgorih u Europskoj uniji, pri čemu je nabrajao uspjehe svoje vlade i uspoređivao ih s rezultatima Milanovićeve nekadašnje vlade. Tvrdi kako je Milanovićev premijerski mandat bio “apsolutno prazan, ništa”.

“A onda on ima obraza govoriti o bilanci, nama, iza kojih će ostati LNG terminal, Pelješki most, druga cijev tunela Učka, koridor Vc, Rafalei…”, nabrojio je Plenković.

Novinare i novinarske udruge kritizirao je jer nisu reagirali nakon što je jučer Milanović odbio odgovarati na pitanja novinara N1, optuživši ga da nije pravi novinar jer je radio u stranačkoj kampanji Milana Kujundžića (tada predsjedničkog kandidata).

“Da sam to bio ja, sada bi odmah vidjeli reakciju HND-a, pisma Europskoj federaciji novinara. To je prošlo bez reakcije, to je ozbiljna sramota”, rekao je Plenković.

Nema oporbe unutar HDZ-a

Plenković je također novinarima odgovorio da nije pratio izjavu HDZ-ovog osječko-baranjskog župana Ivana Anušića, koji je rekao da predsjednik uprave HEP-a Frane Barbarić šteti ugledu HDZ-a zbog bespravne gradnje. No, poručio je da nema oporbe unutar HDZ-a.

“Mogao je nešto reći o tome na jednom od sastanaka Predsjedništva. Ako ima nešto reći, onda ima svakog ponedjeljka prigodu reći što o tome želi. On nije dolazio na sastanke zadnjih mjesec dana. Ako danas dođe na sastanak, pitat ću ga”, rekao je Plenković.

Na pitanje je li sada trenutak da Barbarić ode iz HDZ-a zbog reputacijske štete, Plenković je ponovio da to ne može biti odluka novinara.

“To nije na vama kad će se to dogoditi, niti je na vodstvu stranke. To je odluka Vlade”, rekao je istaknuvši kako on ne vidi da je Barbarić uteg. Ustvrdio je kako ne brani Barbarića, već samo gleda ulogu HEP-a u energetskoj krizi.

Osvrnuo se i na pregovore Vlade i sindikata državnih i javnih službi, poručivši kako je siguran da će se naći "kvalitetno rješenje", kojim će i sindikati biti zadovoljni.

Premijer Andrej Plenković poručio je u ponedjeljak kako je potez predsjednika Republike Zorana Milanovića, da ne potpiše na vrijeme Zakon o izbornim jedinicama, presedan i za Milanovića kojem ranije nije bio problem uskladiti potpisivanje s datumom stupanja na snagu drugih zakona.

“Zadnji put, kada je Hrvatski sabor 28. lipnja donio Zakon o socijalnoj skrbi, koji je stupao na snagu 1. srpnja, nije mu bio problem to potpisati”, rekao je Plenković u izjavi medijima ispred HNK-a, dodavši da je dosadašnja zakonodavna praksa ranijih predsjednika države, pa i Milanovićeva, bila da se potpisivanje zakona uskladi s datumom stupanja na snagu zakona, kada je on propisan u tekstu.

Milanovićeva politička opstrukcija

Naveo je kako je u vrijeme Milanovićeve vlade tadašnji predsjednik Ivo Josipović 13 puta potpisao zakone u roku kraćem od osam dana, a da je sam Milanović potpisao Zakon o socijalnoj skrbi i Zakon o osobnoj asistenciji, kako bi mogli stupiti na snagu u roku koji je propisan tekstom zakona, što je u ovom slučaju bilo tri dana od njihova izglasavanja u saboru.

“To je njegova recentna praksa. Teza o tome da to nije smio je apsolutna laž, jer on voli lagati”, kazao je Plenković ustvrdivši kako je Milanovićev potez, da Zakon o izbornim jedinicama koji je trebao stupiti na snagu 1. listopada potpiše tek 3. listopada, politička opstrukcija.

Vlada će stoga u proceduru morati uputiti izmjene zakona s izmijenjenom odredbom o danu stupanja na snagu, a Plenković kaže da će to samo povećati trošak rada Hrvatskoj sabora, koji će morati raspravljati o nečemu što se već raspravilo.

Također je komentirao Milanovićevu izjavu da je Plenkovićeva Vlada jedna od najgorih u Europskoj uniji, pri čemu je nabrajao uspjehe svoje vlade i uspoređivao ih s rezultatima Milanovićeve nekadašnje vlade. Tvrdi kako je Milanovićev premijerski mandat bio “apsolutno prazan, ništa”.

“A onda on ima obraza govoriti o bilanci, nama, iza kojih će ostati LNG terminal, Pelješki most, druga cijev tunela Učka, koridor Vc, Rafalei…”, nabrojio je Plenković.

Novinare i novinarske udruge kritizirao je jer nisu reagirali nakon što je jučer Milanović odbio odgovarati na pitanja novinara N1, optuživši ga da nije pravi novinar jer je radio u stranačkoj kampanji Milana Kujundžića (tada predsjedničkog kandidata).

“Da sam to bio ja, sada bi odmah vidjeli reakciju HND-a, pisma Europskoj federaciji novinara. To je prošlo bez reakcije, to je ozbiljna sramota”, rekao je Plenković.

Nema oporbe unutar HDZ-a

Plenković je također novinarima odgovorio da nije pratio izjavu HDZ-ovog osječko-baranjskog župana Ivana Anušića, koji je rekao da predsjednik uprave HEP-a Frane Barbarić šteti ugledu HDZ-a zbog bespravne gradnje. No, poručio je da nema oporbe unutar HDZ-a.

“Mogao je nešto reći o tome na jednom od sastanaka Predsjedništva. Ako ima nešto reći, onda ima svakog ponedjeljka prigodu reći što o tome želi. On nije dolazio na sastanke zadnjih mjesec dana. Ako danas dođe na sastanak, pitat ću ga”, rekao je Plenković.

Na pitanje je li sada trenutak da Barbarić ode iz HDZ-a zbog reputacijske štete, Plenković je ponovio da to ne može biti odluka novinara.

“To nije na vama kad će se to dogoditi, niti je na vodstvu stranke. To je odluka Vlade”, rekao je istaknuvši kako on ne vidi da je Barbarić uteg. Ustvrdio je kako ne brani Barbarića, već samo gleda ulogu HEP-a u energetskoj krizi.

Osvrnuo se i na pregovore Vlade i sindikata državnih i javnih službi, poručivši kako je siguran da će se naći "kvalitetno rješenje", kojim će i sindikati biti zadovoljni.
