Bez novih stanovnika i dovođenja radnika iz inozemstva Hrvatska se teško može održati kao socijalna država, čulo se na nedavnoj konferenciji “Kako politikama rada i kontinuiranim ulaganjem u obrazovanje potaknuti gospodarski razvoj” na Veleučilištu Lavoslava Ružičke u Vukovaru.

Predsjednik Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca Damir Zorić ocijenio je da dobar dio danas nezaposlenih osoba u Hrvatskoj ulazi u kategoriju teško zapošljivih i onih na koje tržište rada teško može računati.

”Drugi dio problema je odlazak mladih, a treći problem uvoz radne snage. Prošle godine Hrvatska izdala oko 100.000 radnih dozvola strancima, a ove godine smo negdje već oko sredine godine dosegnuli taj broj”, naveo je Zorić, dodajući kako još uvijek većina stranaca u Hrvatsku dolazi raditi iz susjednih zemalja, ali se i taj “bazen” već pomalo ispraznio.

Po njegovim riječima, Hrvatska se stoga sve više okreće Indiji, Rumunjskoj, Ukrajini, odakle dolazi uglavnom nižeobrazovana radna snaga.

”Nažalost, još nismo dovoljno atraktivni za visokoobrazovane kadrove, jer s našim plaćama teško možemo ispuniti njihove zahtjeve”, rekao je, dodajući kako je nužno rad u Hrvatskoj učiniti jeftinijim na način da ljudi neto dobivaju više, a da se smanji onaj dio koji uzima država. Ocijenio je kako se Hrvatska bez novih stanovnika i dovođenja ljudi iz inozemstva teško može održati kao socijalna država.

Državni tajnik u Ministarstvu rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike Ivan Vidiš važnim je ocijenio sudjelovanje ministarstva u stvaranju portala za napredno praćenje tržišta rada i obrazovanja, istraživačkog alata koji na jednom mjestu objedinjuje sve podatke na tržištu rada, od podataka o zaposlenosti i nezaposlenosti u sektoru do podataka o srednjoškolskom i visokoškolskom obrazovanju za zanimanja u tom sektoru, kao i podatke o radnoj snazi i potrebama poslodavaca.

”Ono što naše ministarstvo radi je da na temelju tih vrlo naprednih alata šalje signal sustavu obrazovanja koja zanimanja su tražena, u kojem dijelu Hrvatske i što je potrebno da nam obrazovni sustav bude produktivan”, kazao je, dodajući da je moguće stvoriti okvir u kojem i roditelji i djeca mogu dobiti podatke koja zanimanja su tražena.

Dekan vukovarskog Veleučilišta Lavoslava Ružičke Željko Sudarić naveo je kako je to veleučilište u zadnje četiri godine uložilo više od 100 milijuna kuna u infrastrukturu i ljudske potencijale.

”Kontinuirano radimo i s poslodavcima kako bi im isporučili obrazovane kadrove pripremljene za tržište rada”, kazao je Sudarić.

Bez novih stanovnika i dovođenja radnika iz inozemstva Hrvatska se teško može održati kao socijalna država, čulo se na nedavnoj konferenciji “Kako politikama rada i kontinuiranim ulaganjem u obrazovanje potaknuti gospodarski razvoj” na Veleučilištu Lavoslava Ružičke u Vukovaru.

Predsjednik Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca Damir Zorić ocijenio je da dobar dio danas nezaposlenih osoba u Hrvatskoj ulazi u kategoriju teško zapošljivih i onih na koje tržište rada teško može računati.

”Drugi dio problema je odlazak mladih, a treći problem uvoz radne snage. Prošle godine Hrvatska izdala oko 100.000 radnih dozvola strancima, a ove godine smo negdje već oko sredine godine dosegnuli taj broj”, naveo je Zorić, dodajući kako još uvijek većina stranaca u Hrvatsku dolazi raditi iz susjednih zemalja, ali se i taj “bazen” već pomalo ispraznio.

Po njegovim riječima, Hrvatska se stoga sve više okreće Indiji, Rumunjskoj, Ukrajini, odakle dolazi uglavnom nižeobrazovana radna snaga.

”Nažalost, još nismo dovoljno atraktivni za visokoobrazovane kadrove, jer s našim plaćama teško možemo ispuniti njihove zahtjeve”, rekao je, dodajući kako je nužno rad u Hrvatskoj učiniti jeftinijim na način da ljudi neto dobivaju više, a da se smanji onaj dio koji uzima država. Ocijenio je kako se Hrvatska bez novih stanovnika i dovođenja ljudi iz inozemstva teško može održati kao socijalna država.

Državni tajnik u Ministarstvu rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike Ivan Vidiš važnim je ocijenio sudjelovanje ministarstva u stvaranju portala za napredno praćenje tržišta rada i obrazovanja, istraživačkog alata koji na jednom mjestu objedinjuje sve podatke na tržištu rada, od podataka o zaposlenosti i nezaposlenosti u sektoru do podataka o srednjoškolskom i visokoškolskom obrazovanju za zanimanja u tom sektoru, kao i podatke o radnoj snazi i potrebama poslodavaca.

”Ono što naše ministarstvo radi je da na temelju tih vrlo naprednih alata šalje signal sustavu obrazovanja koja zanimanja su tražena, u kojem dijelu Hrvatske i što je potrebno da nam obrazovni sustav bude produktivan”, kazao je, dodajući da je moguće stvoriti okvir u kojem i roditelji i djeca mogu dobiti podatke koja zanimanja su tražena.

Dekan vukovarskog Veleučilišta Lavoslava Ružičke Željko Sudarić naveo je kako je to veleučilište u zadnje četiri godine uložilo više od 100 milijuna kuna u infrastrukturu i ljudske potencijale.

”Kontinuirano radimo i s poslodavcima kako bi im isporučili obrazovane kadrove pripremljene za tržište rada”, kazao je Sudarić.

Bez novih stanovnika i dovođenja radnika iz inozemstva Hrvatska se teško može održati kao socijalna država, čulo se na nedavnoj konferenciji “Kako politikama rada i kontinuiranim ulaganjem u obrazovanje potaknuti gospodarski razvoj” na Veleučilištu Lavoslava Ružičke u Vukovaru.

Predsjednik Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca Damir Zorić ocijenio je da dobar dio danas nezaposlenih osoba u Hrvatskoj ulazi u kategoriju teško zapošljivih i onih na koje tržište rada teško može računati.

”Drugi dio problema je odlazak mladih, a treći problem uvoz radne snage. Prošle godine Hrvatska izdala oko 100.000 radnih dozvola strancima, a ove godine smo negdje već oko sredine godine dosegnuli taj broj”, naveo je Zorić, dodajući kako još uvijek većina stranaca u Hrvatsku dolazi raditi iz sus...
