Boris Lalovac, bivši ministar financija i saborski zastupnik SDP-a,  komentirao je rast cijena u Hrvatskoj na N1 televiziji.

Podsjetimo, cijene dobara i usluga za osobnu potrošnju, mjerene indeksom potrošačkih cijena, prema prvoj procjeni Državnog zavoda za statistiku, u ožujku 2024. u odnosu na ožujak 2023. u prosjeku su više za 4,1 posto.

Rast cijena komentirao je i ministar financija Marko Primorac i rekao: “Svi smo zabrinuti, ali ne bih rekao da su to enormni udari. Povećanje cijena od 4,1 posto nije enormno. Nismo zadovoljni i zato nastavljamo s mjerama. S time se treba nositi, imamo ograničen manevarski prostor.”

Boris Lalovac kazao je kako je ministar u pravu kada kaže da je to monetarni problem, ali se zapitao kako onda imamo podatak da desetak zemlja u eurozoni ima inflaciju od 0,5 do 1 posto.

“Ono što je činjenica je da nam uvijek pred turističku sezonu cijene idu gore, to je kod nas postao standard. Cijene sigurno idu gore na ljeto, taj se dio neće zaustaviti. Potrebne su kvalitetnije analize Hrvatske narodne banke da vidimo što su stvarni uzroci”, objasnio je.

“Jako je bitno vidjeti ulaze li u statistiku i cijene najmova stana, cijene kupljene nekretnine ne ulaze u inflaciju, a cijene najma da. Cijene najma su drastično rasle, a Vlada nije imala ni jednu mjeru prema cijenama stanova”, dodao je Lalovac.

Lalovac je rekao da netko mora dati odgovor na pitanje što se to događa s rastom cijena jer nismo dobili dobro obrazloženje od Hrvatske narodne banke, prvenstveno.

Zastupnik se osvrnuo i na porez na nekretnine: “U 2022. i 2023, godini 25.600 nekretnina kupili su stranci. U zadnjih deset godina stranci su u Hrvatskoj kupili 77.000 nekretnina, platili sedam milijardi eura. Pogledajte što nam se događa na tržištu, imate apsolutnu ludost. Mladi odlaze, pada broj stanovnika, a raste cijena nekretnina, to ne može objasniti ni jedan ekonomist.”

“Moramo se ozbiljno pozabaviti time, to je ogroman posao i teret za društvo. Mladi ljudi ne mogu iznajmiti stan ispod 800 eura, a imamo 600.000 praznih nekretnina. U Hrvatskoj ne vrijede nikakvi ekonomski zakoni”, dodao je Lalovac za N1.

Boris Lalovac, bivši ministar financija i saborski zastupnik SDP-a,  komentirao je rast cijena u Hrvatskoj na N1 televiziji.

Podsjetimo, cijene dobara i usluga za osobnu potrošnju, mjerene indeksom potrošačkih cijena, prema prvoj procjeni Državnog zavoda za statistiku, u ožujku 2024. u odnosu na ožujak 2023. u prosjeku su više za 4,1 posto.

Rast cijena komentirao je i ministar financija Marko Primorac i rekao: “Svi smo zabrinuti, ali ne bih rekao da su to enormni udari. Povećanje cijena od 4,1 posto nije enormno. Nismo zadovoljni i zato nastavljamo s mjerama. S time se treba nositi, imamo ograničen manevarski prostor.”

Boris Lalovac kazao je kako je ministar u pravu kada kaže da je to monetarni problem, ali se zapitao kako onda imamo podatak da desetak zemlja u eurozoni ima inflaciju od 0,5 do 1 posto.

“Ono što je činjenica je da nam uvijek pred turističku sezonu cijene idu gore, to je kod nas postao standard. Cijene sigurno idu gore na ljeto, taj se dio neće zaustaviti. Potrebne su kvalitetnije analize Hrvatske narodne banke da vidimo što su stvarni uzroci”, objasnio je.

“Jako je bitno vidjeti ulaze li u statistiku i cijene najmova stana, cijene kupljene nekretnine ne ulaze u inflaciju, a cijene najma da. Cijene najma su drastično rasle, a Vlada nije imala ni jednu mjeru prema cijenama stanova”, dodao je Lalovac.

Lalovac je rekao da netko mora dati odgovor na pitanje što se to događa s rastom cijena jer nismo dobili dobro obrazloženje od Hrvatske narodne banke, prvenstveno.

Zastupnik se osvrnuo i na porez na nekretnine: “U 2022. i 2023, godini 25.600 nekretnina kupili su stranci. U zadnjih deset godina stranci su u Hrvatskoj kupili 77.000 nekretnina, platili sedam milijardi eura. Pogledajte što nam se događa na tržištu, imate apsolutnu ludost. Mladi odlaze, pada broj stanovnika, a raste cijena nekretnina, to ne može objasniti ni jedan ekonomist.”

“Moramo se ozbiljno pozabaviti time, to je ogroman posao i teret za društvo. Mladi ljudi ne mogu iznajmiti stan ispod 800 eura, a imamo 600.000 praznih nekretnina. U Hrvatskoj ne vrijede nikakvi ekonomski zakoni”, dodao je Lalovac za N1.
