Nakon smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića, novinarka i njegova životna partnerica Andrea Topić objavila je da hitna pomoć nije htjela Matijanića odvesti u bolnicu. Rekla je kako nisu reagirali ni hitna infektološka ambulanta niti dežurni liječnik, te da je dva dana prije Matijaniću u bolnici rečeno kako je u Hrvatskoj nestašica lijeka za sprječavanje težih posljedica covida koji se daju pacijentima kao što je on. O ovom slučaju novinari N1 razgovarali su s bivšim ministrom rada Mirandom Mrsićem, prenosi Jutarnji list.

"Te se upale javljaju nakon infekcije koronom i zahtijevaju bolničku skrb – agresivnu, da se spasi život. On bez hospitalizacije nije imao šanse da savlada koronu. Šanse bi u bolnici imao, ali ne može se gatati kolike – ovako šanse nije imao.

Da je Hitna koja je došla u kućni posjet odvela Matijanića u Hitni prijem, snimili bi EKG, pluća… Ovako je bilo nemoguće dijagnosticirati promjene koje su se događale. Da se slušao pacijent, znalo bi se da on ne tolerira nikakav napor, pacijenta bi se moralo hospitalizirati i pokušati mu spasiti život", kazao je Mirando Mrsić.

Odvesti ga na hitni prijem, pregledati…

Danak moderne medicine je da smo počeli robovati slikama, strojevima, nalazima, a ne pacijentima. Čuje se – onaj na tom krevetu s tom slikom krvnom – a ne gleda se pacijent. Pacijent je prvi, u fokusu liječnika, kako bi se što prije dijagnosticiralo i izliječilo. Štamparov model u kojem je pacijent na prvom mjestu razrušava se od devedesetih, ali se ipak i dalje održava", kazao je Mrsić.

Građani imaju sve manje povjerenja u zdravstveni sustav

Naglasio je kako je najgore što bi se moglo dogoditi da krene hajka na zdravstvene djelatnike.

"Potrebno je mijenjati način na koji sustav funkcionira. Sustav se sada bazira na tome da telefonski nazovete liječnika, iznesete simptome, pa se odlučuje jeste li za hospitalizaciju ili ne. Štamparov model je takav da se pacijenta pregleda bilo gdje – u kućnoj posjeti, ordinaciji obiteljske medicine, hitnoj službi i potom procijeni njegovo stanje. Građani imaju sve manje povjerenja u zdravstveni sustav, a to nije dobro ni za njih, ni za medicinu, za struku", zaključio je Mrsić za N1, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Nakon smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića, novinarka i njegova životna partnerica Andrea Topić objavila je da hitna pomoć nije htjela Matijanića odvesti u bolnicu. Rekla je kako nisu reagirali ni hitna infektološka ambulanta niti dežurni liječnik, te da je dva dana prije Matijaniću u bolnici rečeno kako je u Hrvatskoj nestašica lijeka za sprječavanje težih posljedica covida koji se daju pacijentima kao što je on. O ovom slučaju novinari N1 razgovarali su s bivšim ministrom rada Mirandom Mrsićem, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Matijanić je imao upalu pluća i upalu srčanog mišića nakon infekcije koronavirusom.

Da je Hitna koja je došla u kućni posjet odvela Matijanića u Hitni prijem, snimili bi EKG, pluća… Ovako je bilo nemoguće dijagnosticirati promjene koje su se događale. Da se slušao pacijent, znalo bi se da on ne tolerira nikakav napor, pacijenta bi se moralo hospitalizirati i pokušati mu spasiti život", kazao je Mirando Mrsić.

Danak moderne medicine je da smo počeli robovati slikama, strojevima, nalazima, a ne pacijentima. Čuje se – onaj na tom krevetu s tom slikom krvnom – a ne gleda se pacijent. Pacijent je prvi, u fokusu liječnika, kako bi se što prije dijagnosticiralo i izliječilo. Štamparov model u kojem je pacijent na prvom mjestu razrušava se od devedesetih, ali se ipak i dalje održava", kazao je Mrsić.

Građani imaju sve manje povjerenja u zdravstveni sustav

Naglasio je kako je najgore što bi se moglo dogoditi da krene hajka na zdravstvene djelatnike.

"Potrebno je mijenjati način na koji sustav funkcionira. Sustav se sada bazira na tome da telefonski nazovete liječnika, iznesete simptome, pa se odlučuje jeste li za hospitalizaciju ili ne. Štamparov model je takav da se pacijenta pregleda bilo gdje – u kućnoj posjeti, ordinaciji obiteljske medicine, hitnoj službi i potom procijeni njegovo stanje. Građani imaju sve manje povjerenja u zdravstveni sustav, a to nije dobro ni za njih, ni za medicinu, za struku", zaključio je Mrsić za N1, prenosi Jutarnji list.
