Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost raspisao je javnim poziv za deset tisuća obiteljskih kuća na kojima će se, uz pomoć bespovratnih državnih kuna mijenjati vanjska stolarija (vrata i prozori), toplinski izolirana fasada, izolacija krovišta, stropa i podova te sufinanciranje nabavke kotlova za plinsko grijanje ili za grijanje biomasom.

Građani će moći ostvariti 40, 60 ili 80 posto bespovratnih sredstava, ovisno o mjestu stanovanja.

Da bi “upali” u program poboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti obiteljske kuće moraju biti legalno izgrađene a vlasnici trebaju imati na toj adresi mjesto prebivališta. Prvi korak je kontakt s ovlaštenim certifikatorima, popis kojih je objavljen skupa s javnim pozivom po županijama.

Međutim, nije sve tako idealno kako izgleda.

Naime, ukoliko vlasnik kuće odustane od izvođenja radova dužan je ovlaštenom certifikatoru koji mu je napravio projekt isplatiti polovicu iznosa. Za obiteljske kuće 200 do 400 metara kvadratnih bruto građevinske površine, kakvih je najviše, vlasnik će certifikatoru platiti 1250 kuna.

U ovom projektu najveća je uloga ovlaštenog certifikatora, koji će prilikom pregleda kuće ocijeniti i odlučiti kakva je fasada potrebna, prema utvrđenim parametrima.

Primjerice, ako certifikator odluči da je za neku kuću potrebna fasada do deset centimetara vlasnik će to morati prihvatiti iako bi se on možda zadovoljio fasadom od pet centimetara.

Tako bi radovi u konačnici mogli biti poprilično skuplji, a broj zainteresiranih za energetsku obnovu obiteljskih kuća znatno manji od deset tisuća, koliko ih je planirao Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost.

Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost raspisao je javnim poziv za deset tisuća obiteljskih kuća na kojima će se, uz pomoć bespovratnih državnih kuna mijenjati vanjska stolarija (vrata i prozori), toplinski izolirana fasada, izolacija krovišta, stropa i podova te sufinanciranje nabavke kotlova za plinsko grijanje ili za grijanje biomasom.

Građani će moći ostvariti 40, 60 ili 80 posto bespovratnih sredstava, ovisno o mjestu stanovanja.

Da bi “upali” u program poboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti obiteljske kuće moraju biti legalno izgrađene a vlasnici trebaju imati na toj adresi mjesto prebivališta. Prvi korak je kontakt s ovlaštenim certifikatorima, popis kojih je objavljen skupa s javnim pozivom po županijama.

Međutim, nije sve tako idealno kako izgleda.

Naime, ukoliko vlasnik kuće odustane od izvođenja radova dužan je ovlaštenom certifikatoru koji mu je napravio projekt isplatiti polovicu iznosa. Za obiteljske kuće 200 do 400 metara kvadratnih bruto građevinske površine, kakvih je najviše, vlasnik će certifikatoru platiti 1250 kuna.

U ovom projektu najveća je uloga ovlaštenog certifikatora, koji će prilikom pregleda kuće ocijeniti i odlučiti kakva je fasada potrebna, prema utvrđenim parametrima.

Primjerice, ako certifikator odluči da je za neku kuću potrebna fasada do deset centimetara vlasnik će to morati prihvatiti iako bi se on možda zadovoljio fasadom od pet centimetara.

Tako bi radovi u konačnici mogli biti poprilično skuplji, a broj zainteresiranih za energetsku obnovu obiteljskih kuća znatno manji od deset tisuća, koliko ih je planirao Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost.
