Iz analize Europskog sindikalnog instituta (ETUI), neovisnog istraživačkog centra ETUC-a, proizlazi da je oko 9,5 milijuna zaposlenih ljudi već imalo poteškoća s plaćanjem računa za energiju i prije no što je kriza započela. Sada su, pak, troškovi plina i električne energije diljem Europe porasli za 38 posto u usporedbi s prošlom godinom, navodi Faktograf.

Prema ETUC-ovim podacima, broj dana koje osoba na minimalnoj plaći treba raditi kako bi platila račun za energiju drastično je porastao u nekim zemljama. Ističu Estoniju (+26 dana), Nizozemsku (+20 dana), Češku (+17 dana) i Latviju (+16 dana).

U četiri zemlje – Slovačkoj, Grčkoj, Češkoj, Italiji – prosječni godišnji račun za energiju također je sada veći od mjesečne plaće radnika koji zarađuje prosječnu plaću.

ETUC pritom napominje kako se analiza, odnosno dobiveni podaci, odnose na cijenu energenata u srpnju ove godine. U međuvremenu kriza se nastavila produbljivati zbog daljnjeg povećanja cijene energenata i drugih osnovnih stvari poput hrane.

Kako se prije donošenja vladinih mjera s trenutnom krizom nose građani Hrvatske pokazalo je ETUC-ovo istraživanje. Hrvatska je među 16 zemalja EU u kojima radnici na minimalnoj plaći trebaju izdvojiti ekvivalent minimalne plaće ili više kako bi pokrili godišnji trošak za energente (prema srpanjskim cijenama u svakoj državi članici).

Tako radnik na minimalnoj plaći u Hrvatskoj za pokriće godišnjeg troška energije treba raditi 37 dana, jednako kako i radnici na minimalcu u Latviji i Belgiji. U Češkoj radnik na minimalnoj plaći troškove energije može pokriti s 65 dana rada, u Grčkoj i Estoniji s 54 dana rada. S druge strane, u Francuskoj, Rumunjskoj i Mađarskoj trošak energije može se pokriti s mjesečnom minimalnom plaćom.

No, u praksi su ti podaci još porazniji. Naime, u analizi se trošak energenata stavljao u odnos s bruto minimalnim plaćama u svakoj od promatranih zemalja, a ne primanjem kojeg radnik dobije na ruke.

ETUC navodi i podatke o troškovima energije u usporedbi s prosječnim neto primanjima u svim državama članicama s dostupnim podacima. Radnik s prosječnom plaćom u Hrvatskoj godišnji trošak energije, prema cijenama iz srpnja ove godine, pokriva s 27 radnih dana. Više trebaju raditi tek radnici u Slovačkoj i Italiji (cijeli mjesec), Češkoj (33 dana) i Grčkoj (36 dana).

Pritom treba napomenuti kako je ETUC izračun radio uključujući svih 365 dana u godini, a ne samo radne dane. Najmanje radnih dana na trošak energije odlazi radnicima u Litvi (11), Luksemburgu (14), Austriji i Poljskoj (po 17).

"Milijuni zaposlenih ljudi već su se borili s plaćanjem svojih računa prije ove krize, a sada se od njih traži da plate vrtoglave troškove energije s plaćama čija vrijednost pada. Kada vaš račun iznosi više od mjesečne plaće, ne postoji pametan trik za uštedu novca koji će pomoći. Te su cijene sada jednostavno nedostupne milijunima ljudi", poručila je Esther Lynch, zamjenica glavnog tajnika ETUC-a, piše Faktograf.

Iz analize Europskog sindikalnog instituta (ETUI), neovisnog istraživačkog centra ETUC-a, proizlazi da je oko 9,5 milijuna zaposlenih ljudi već imalo poteškoća s plaćanjem računa za energiju i prije no što je kriza započela. Sada su, pak, troškovi plina i električne energije diljem Europe porasli za 38 posto u usporedbi s prošlom godinom, navodi Faktograf.

Prema ETUC-ovim podacima, broj dana koje osoba na minimalnoj plaći treba raditi kako bi platila račun za energiju drastično je porastao u nekim zemljama. Ističu Estoniju (+26 dana), Nizozemsku (+20 dana), Češku (+17 dana) i Latviju (+16 dana).

U četiri zemlje – Slovačkoj, Grčkoj, Češkoj, Italiji – prosječni godišnji račun za energiju također je sada veći od mjesečne plaće radnika koji zarađuje prosječnu plaću.

ETUC pritom napominje kako se analiza, odnosno dobiveni podaci, odnose na cijenu energenata u srpnju ove godine. U međuvremenu kriza se nastavila produbljivati zbog daljnjeg povećanja cijene energenata i drugih osnovnih stvari poput hrane.

Kako se prije donošenja vladinih mjera s trenutnom krizom nose građani Hrvatske pokazalo je ETUC-ovo istraživanje. Hrvatska je među 16 zemalja EU u kojima radnici na minimalnoj plaći trebaju izdvojiti ekvivalent minimalne plaće ili više kako bi pokrili godišnji trošak za energente (prema srpanjskim cijenama u svakoj državi članici).

Tako radnik na minimalnoj plaći u Hrvatskoj za pokriće godišnjeg troška energije treba raditi 37 dana, jednako kako i radnici na minimalcu u Latviji i Belgiji. U Češkoj radnik na minimalnoj plaći troškove energije može pokriti s 65 dana rada, u Grčkoj i Estoniji s 54 dana rada. S druge strane, u Francuskoj, Rumunjskoj i Mađarskoj trošak energije može se pokriti s mjesečnom minimalnom plaćom.

No, u praksi su ti podaci još porazniji. Naime, u analizi se trošak energenata stavljao u odnos s bruto minimalnim plaćama u svakoj od promatranih zemalja, a ne primanjem kojeg radnik dobije na ruke.

ETUC navodi i podatke o troškovima energije u usporedbi s prosječnim neto primanjima u svim državama članicama s dostupnim podacima. Radnik s prosječnom plaćom u Hrvatskoj godišnji trošak energije, prema cijenama iz srpnja ove godine, pokriva s 27 radnih dana. Više trebaju raditi tek radnici u Slovačkoj i Italiji (cijeli mjesec), Češkoj (33 dana) i Grčkoj (36 dana).

Pritom treba napomenuti kako je ETUC izračun radio uključujući svih 365 dana u godini, a ne samo radne dane. Najmanje radnih dana na trošak energije odlazi radnicima u Litvi (11), Luksemburgu (14), Austriji i Poljskoj (po 17).

"Milijuni zaposlenih ljudi već su se borili s plaćanjem svojih računa prije ove krize, a sada se od njih traži da plate vrtoglave troškove energije s plaćama čija vrijednost pada. Kada vaš račun iznosi više od mjesečne plaće, ne postoji pametan trik za uštedu novca koji će pomoći. Te su cijene sada jednostavno nedostupne milijunima ljudi", poručila je Esther Lynch, zamjenica glavnog tajnika ETUC-a, piše Faktograf.

Iz analize Europskog sindikalnog instituta (ETUI), neovisnog istraživačkog centra ETUC-a, proizlazi da je oko 9,5 milijuna zaposlenih ljudi već imalo poteškoća s plaćanjem računa za energiju i prije no što je kriza započela. Sada su, pak, troškovi plina i električne energije diljem Europe porasli za 38 posto u usporedbi s prošlom godinom, navodi Faktograf.

Prema ETUC-ovim podacima, broj dana koje osoba na minimalnoj plaći treba raditi kako bi platila račun za energiju drastično je porastao u nekim zemljama. Ističu Estoniju (+26 dana), Nizozemsku (+20 dana), Češku (+17 dana) i Latviju (+16 dana).

U četiri zemlje – Slovačkoj, Grčkoj, Češkoj, Italiji – prosječni godišnji račun za energiju također je sada veći od mjesečne plaće radnika koji zarađuje prosječnu plaću....
