Iako "kaska" u obnovi nekretnina stradalih u potresu, Fond za obnovu ipak je uspio "obnoviti" dio Vjesnikova nebodera te bi do rujna u njega trebali preseliti 90-ak zaposlenika. No, ni ta ‘obnova‘ čini se nije išla glatko jer je tjednik Nacional u prosincu prošle godine pisao kako je preseljenje planirano za travanj ove godine, ali ipak će se, očito, dogoditi u rujnu. Na internetskim stranicama Fonda stoji da još rade na adresi u Dežmanovoj, ali da se uskoro sele.

U Fondu smo saznali da su uspjeli urediti oko 300 četvornih metara na drugom katu Vjesnikova nebodera koji je u vlasništvu države, te više neće morati plaćati najam prostora, što su činili u Dežmanovoj ulici.

Trenutno bi se na novu adresu do rujna trebalo preseliti 85 zaposlenika, no planiran je skori dolazak 15-ak novih, a i u budućnosti žele zaposliti još 15 ljudi, pa bi ih u konačnici trebalo biti stotinjak. Tvrde da preseljenje ne bi trebalo dodatno usporiti, već sporu obnovu.

Tjednik Nacional ranije je pisao da je ideja da se u Vjesnikovu neboderu pokrene "one stop shop", odnosno ured za obnovu u kojem bi se sve po pitanju obnove moglo riješiti na jednom mjestu, no to nakon više od dvije godine bez brojnih gradilišta ne zvuči ostvarivo.

Ministarstvo graditeljstva je, naime, novac za preuređenje dijela nebodera osiguralo u sklopu Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti. I dok se obnova gradskim ulicama doslovce ‘valja‘, administracija se gomila, ‘obnavlja‘ urede, širi kapacitete, na njezinu čelu se izmjenjuju ministri, ravnatelji...

Inače, većinski suvlasnici kompleksa sagrađenog na više od 30.000 četvornih metara u sklopu Vjesnikova nebodera, procijenjenog na 80 milijuna eura, osim tiskare Vjesnik d.d., su Konzum plus (slijednik Tiska u sklopu nekad moćnog Agrokora), Republika Hrvatska, VLM Cvjetno nekretnine (osnivač Večernji list) te Allegheny financial, nekretninska tvrtka kojoj je osnivač iz Švicarske, piše Jutarnji list.

Iako "kaska" u obnovi nekretnina stradalih u potresu, Fond za obnovu ipak je uspio "obnoviti" dio Vjesnikova nebodera te bi do rujna u njega trebali preseliti 90-ak zaposlenika. No, ni ta ‘obnova‘ čini se nije išla glatko jer je tjednik Nacional u prosincu prošle godine pisao kako je preseljenje planirano za travanj ove godine, ali ipak će se, očito, dogoditi u rujnu. Na internetskim stranicama Fonda stoji da još rade na adresi u Dežmanovoj, ali da se uskoro sele.

U Fondu smo saznali da su uspjeli urediti oko 300 četvornih metara na drugom katu Vjesnikova nebodera koji je u vlasništvu države, te više neće morati plaćati najam prostora, što su činili u Dežmanovoj ulici.

Trenutno bi se na novu adresu do rujna trebalo preseliti 85 zaposlenika, no planiran je skori dolazak 15-ak novih, a i u budućnosti žele zaposliti još 15 ljudi, pa bi ih u konačnici trebalo biti stotinjak. Tvrde da preseljenje ne bi trebalo dodatno usporiti, već sporu obnovu.

Tjednik Nacional ranije je pisao da je ideja da se u Vjesnikovu neboderu pokrene "one stop shop", odnosno ured za obnovu u kojem bi se sve po pitanju obnove moglo riješiti na jednom mjestu, no to nakon više od dvije godine bez brojnih gradilišta ne zvuči ostvarivo.

Ministarstvo graditeljstva je, naime, novac za preuređenje dijela nebodera osiguralo u sklopu Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti. I dok se obnova gradskim ulicama doslovce ‘valja‘, administracija se gomila, ‘obnavlja‘ urede, širi kapacitete, na njezinu čelu se izmjenjuju ministri, ravnatelji...

Inače, većinski suvlasnici kompleksa sagrađenog na više od 30.000 četvornih metara u sklopu Vjesnikova nebodera, procijenjenog na 80 milijuna eura, osim tiskare Vjesnik d.d., su Konzum plus (slijednik Tiska u sklopu nekad moćnog Agrokora), Republika Hrvatska, VLM Cvjetno nekretnine (osnivač Večernji list) te Allegheny financial, nekretninska tvrtka kojoj je osnivač iz Švicarske, piše Jutarnji list.

Fond za obnovu seli u Vjesnikov neboder: kaska se u obnovi nekretnina stradalih u potresu, ali novu adresu Paladina je pripremio za devedesetak zaposlenika

Iako "kaska" u obnovi nekretnina stradalih u potresu, Fond za obnovu ipak je uspio "obnoviti" dio Vjesnikova nebodera te bi do rujna u njega trebali preseliti 90-ak zaposlenika. No, ni ta ‘obnova‘ čini se nije išla glatko jer je tjednik Nacional u prosincu prošle godine pisao kako je preseljenje planirano za travanj ove godine, ali ipak će se, očito, dogoditi u rujnu. Na internetskim stranicama Fonda stoji da još rade na adresi u Dežmanovoj, ali da se uskoro sele.

U Fondu smo saznali da su uspjeli urediti oko 300 četvornih metara na drugom katu Vjesnikova nebodera koji je u vlasništvu države, te više neće morati plaćati najam prostora, što su činili u Dežmanovoj ulici.

Trenutno bi se na novu adresu do rujna trebalo preseliti 85 zaposlenika, no planiran je skori dolaza...
