"Hrvatska je imala puno više razloga strahovati za jačanje dolara u vrijeme kada je svoj javni dug emitirala u dolarima, odnosno izdavala dolarske obveznice. Danas smo, kada govorimo o javnom dugu, ali i u cjelini, visoko eurizirana ekonomija, mislim da više ni nemamo dolarskih obveznica u otplati", ocjenjuje bivši ministar financija iz redova SDP-a Boris Lalovac

U posljednjih mjesec dana dolar je u odnosu na kunu, prema srednjem tečaju Hrvatske narodne banke, ojačao 1,7 posto, gotovo dosegavši odnos sedam kuna za dolar. Nastavak je to sada već duljeg trenda jačanja dolara prema kuni, koji na godišnjoj razini ima stopu rasta od 11 posto, ali je, kako pojašnjava bivši ministar financija Boris Lalovac, i dio aktualnog jačanja dolara u odnosu na euro, piše Jutarnji.hr.

- Jačanje dolara u odnosu na kunu treba sagledavati, prije svega, kao dio globalne pojačane potražnje za dolarom koja se prenijela i u nas. Gledajući jučerašnje ili podatke o kupovnom, prodajnom i srednjem tečaju dolara prema kuni od subote, ne vidim tu ništa dramatično jer, primjerice, imali smo za vrijeme prethodne krize s koronom srednji tečaj kune prema dolaru na razinama koje su sada - kazao je Lalovac za Jutarnji.hr. 

Uvijek u krizama, dodaje, špekulantski kapital bježi prema jakim valutama i to se zbog rata u Ukrajini događa i sada.

Javni dug

- Hrvatska je imala puno više razloga strahovati za jačanje dolara u vrijeme kada je svoj javni dug emitirala u dolarima, odnosno izdavala dolarske obveznice. Danas smo, kada govorimo o javnom dugu, ali i u cjelini, visoko eurizirana ekonomija, mislim da više ni nemamo dolarskih obveznica u otplati - ocjenjuje bivši ministar financija iz redova SDP-a. Iz njegovih riječi jasno je da bi Ministarstvo financija itekako moralo voditi računa o jačanju dolara da smo se nastavili zaduživati u dolarima jer bismo po dospijeću duga morali izdvojiti više kuna nego prije jačanja dolara prema kuni.

Na pitanje koji su pojačani izvori potražnje za dolarom u Hrvatskoj, Lalovac navodi kako se može raditi o kupnji energenata na inozemnom tržištu, ali, dodaje, i tu je euro posljednjih godina istisnuo dolar. Kad je u pitanju djelovanje Hrvatske narodne banke u odnosu na aktualne promjene tečaja, naš sugovornik podsjeća da Narodna banka brani tečaj kune u odnosu na euro, a stabilnost eura, dodaje, zadaća je Europske središnje banke.

- Narodna banka nema nikakve alate za djelovanje na tečaj kune prema dolaru niti ima potrebe za tim - zaključuje Boris Lalovac.

Dok je srednji tečaj kune prema dolaru, prema tečajnici HNB-a za 22. travanj, 6,99 kuna za dolar, prodajni je prebacio sedam kuna, a kupovni je 6,79 kuna za dolar.

Krajem prošlog tjedna, prema podacima Bloomberga, kretanja na svjetskim burzama valuta pokazala su tečaj dolara u odnosu na euro od 1,08 dolara za euro.

Promjena politike FED-a

Prije izbijanja rata u Ukrajini odnos spomenutih valuta bio je 1,12 dolara za euro. Analitičari Raiffeisen Banke procjenjuju da se jačanje dolara prema euru koncem prošlog tjedna može pripisati promjenama monetarne politike američkih Federalnih rezervi. Isti izvor za odnos kune i eura krajem prošlog tjedna ocjenjuje da između dvaju valuta nije bilo velikih oscilacija te je tržište zatvoreno na razinama od oko 7,5 kuna za euro.

Euro je koncem prošlog tjedna oslabio u odnosu na dolar na najnižu razinu u posljednje dvije godine. Posljednja tri tjedna dolar neprekidno jača u odnosu na košaricu šest najjačih svjetskih valuta, dio koje je i euro, a od početka godina taj rast iznosi 5,7 posto.

"Hrvatska je imala puno više razloga strahovati za jačanje dolara u vrijeme kada je svoj javni dug emitirala u dolarima, odnosno izdavala dolarske obveznice. Danas smo, kada govorimo o javnom dugu, ali i u cjelini, visoko eurizirana ekonomija, mislim da više ni nemamo dolarskih obveznica u otplati", ocjenjuje bivši ministar financija iz redova SDP-a Boris Lalovac

U posljednjih mjesec dana dolar je u odnosu na kunu, prema srednjem tečaju Hrvatske narodne banke, ojačao 1,7 posto, gotovo dosegavši odnos sedam kuna za dolar. Nastavak je to sada već duljeg trenda jačanja dolara prema kuni, koji na godišnjoj razini ima stopu rasta od 11 posto, ali je, kako pojašnjava bivši ministar financija Boris Lalovac, i dio aktualnog jačanja dolara u odnosu na euro, piše Jutarnji.hr.

- Jačanje dolara u odnosu na kunu treba sagledavati, prije svega, kao dio globalne pojačane potražnje za dolarom koja se prenijela i u nas. Gledajući jučerašnje ili podatke o kupovnom, prodajnom i srednjem tečaju dolara prema kuni od subote, ne vidim tu ništa dramatično jer, primjerice, imali smo za vrijeme prethodne krize s koronom srednji tečaj kune prema dolaru na razinama koje su sada - kazao je Lalovac za Jutarnji.hr. 

Uvijek u krizama, dodaje, špekulantski kapital bježi prema jakim valutama i to se zbog rata u Ukrajini događa i sada.

Javni dug

- Hrvatska je imala puno više razloga strahovati za jačanje dolara u vrijeme kada je svoj javni dug emitirala u dolarima, odnosno izdavala dolarske obveznice. Danas smo, kada govorimo o javnom dugu, ali i u cjelini, visoko eurizirana ekonomija, mislim da više ni nemamo dolarskih obveznica u otplati - ocjenjuje bivši ministar financija iz redova SDP-a. Iz njegovih riječi jasno je da bi Ministarstvo financija itekako moralo voditi računa o jačanju dolara da smo se nastavili zaduživati u dolarima jer bismo po dospijeću duga morali izdvojiti više kuna nego prije jačanja dolara prema kuni.

Na pitanje koji su pojačani izvori potražnje za dolarom u Hrvatskoj, Lalovac navodi kako se može raditi o kupnji energenata na inozemnom tržištu, ali, dodaje, i tu je euro posljednjih godina istisnuo dolar. Kad je u pitanju djelovanje Hrvatske narodne banke u odnosu na aktualne promjene tečaja, naš sugovornik podsjeća da Narodna banka brani tečaj kune u odnosu na euro, a stabilnost eura, dodaje, zadaća je Europske središnje banke.

- Narodna banka nema nikakve alate za djelovanje na tečaj kune prema dolaru niti ima potrebe za tim - zaključuje Boris Lalovac.

Dok je srednji tečaj kune prema dolaru, prema tečajnici HNB-a za 22. travanj, 6,99 kuna za dolar, prodajni je prebacio sedam kuna, a kupovni je 6,79 kuna za dolar.

Krajem prošlog tjedna, prema podacima Bloomberga, kretanja na svjetskim burzama valuta pokazala su tečaj dolara u odnosu na euro od 1,08 dolara za euro.

Promjena politike FED-a

Prije izbijanja rata u Ukrajini odnos spomenutih valuta bio je 1,12 dolara za euro. Analitičari Raiffeisen Banke procjenjuju da se jačanje dolara prema euru koncem prošlog tjedna može pripisati promjenama monetarne politike američkih Federalnih rezervi. Isti izvor za odnos kune i eura krajem prošlog tjedna ocjenjuje da između dvaju valuta nije bilo velikih oscilacija te je tržište zatvoreno na razinama od oko 7,5 kuna za euro.

Euro je koncem prošlog tjedna oslabio u odnosu na dolar na najnižu razinu u posljednje dvije godine. Posljednja tri tjedna dolar neprekidno jača u odnosu na košaricu šest najjačih svjetskih valuta, dio koje je i euro, a od početka godina taj rast iznosi 5,7 posto.

"Hrvatska je imala puno više razloga strahovati za jačanje dolara u vrijeme kada je svoj javni dug emitirala u dolarima, odnosno izdavala dolarske obveznice. Danas smo, kada govorimo o javnom dugu, ali i u cjelini, visoko eurizirana ekonomija, mislim da više ni nemamo dolarskih obveznica u otplati", ocjenjuje bivši ministar financija iz redova SDP-a Boris Lalovac

U posljednjih mjesec dana dolar je u odnosu na kunu, prema srednjem tečaju Hrvatske narodne banke, ojačao 1,7 posto, gotovo dosegavši odnos sedam kuna za dolar. Nastavak je to sada već duljeg trenda jačanja dolara prema kuni, koji na godišnjoj razini ima stopu rasta od 11 posto, ali je, kako pojašnjava bivši ministar financija Boris Lalovac, i dio aktualnog jačanja dolara u odnosu na euro, piše Jutarnji.hr.
