Hrvatska je od Bugarske unajmila prostor u Bruxellesu u kojem će se smjestiti dodatno osoblje nužno za potrebe predsjedanja Vijećem EU u prvoj polovini 2020., objavio je u srijedu Večernji list, podsjećajući da Hrvatska u tom gradu već plaća najam za Stalno predstavništvo, dok je istovremeno prazna zgrada od 4000 četvornih metara koju je država za više od 11,5 milijuna eura kupila 2013.
Prostor koji je zakupljen za potrebe predsjedanja Vijećem EU koristila je i Bugarska za svoje predsjedanje. Površine je 1830 četvomih metara, a za njega će se plaćati 28.000 eura mjesečno. Prema informacijama Ministarstva vanjskih i europskih poslova (MVEP) za oko 1600 kvadrata prostora koji trenutačno koristi hrvatsko Stalno predstavništvo u tom gradu plaća se najamnina od 17.254 eura, piše Večernji list.
Navode kako je nelogično da dok se unajmljuju novi prostori, "zgrada koju je Hrvatska kupila za više od 11,5 milijuna eura 2013. godine, za mandata ministrice Vesne Pusić, koja se prostire na više od 4000 četvornih metara te je smještena na idealnoj lokaciji u Bruxellesu, u blizini europskih institucija godinama zjapi prazna".
Ističu da ta zgrada ne bi posve pokrila sve hrvatske potrebe za vrijeme predsjedanja, no zasigurno bi pokrila velik dio.
No, politička i pravna, ali i financijska zavrzlama i drama koja prate tu zgradu od same njezine kupovine i dalje traje, navodi Večernji, podsjećajući da nakon poništenog slijedi novi natječaj za uređenje te nekretnine.

Hrvatska je od Bugarske unajmila prostor u Bruxellesu u kojem će se smjestiti dodatno osoblje nužno za potrebe predsjedanja Vijećem EU u prvoj polovini 2020., objavio je u srijedu Večernji list, podsjećajući da Hrvatska u tom gradu već plaća najam za Stalno predstavništvo, dok je istovremeno prazna zgrada od 4000 četvornih metara koju je država za više od 11,5 milijuna eura kupila 2013.
Prostor koji je zakupljen za potrebe predsjedanja Vijećem EU koristila je i Bugarska za svoje predsjedanje. Površine je 1830 četvomih metara, a za njega će se plaćati 28.000 eura mjesečno. Prema informacijama Ministarstva vanjskih i europskih poslova (MVEP) za oko 1600 kvadrata prostora koji trenutačno koristi hrvatsko Stalno predstavništvo u tom gradu plaća se najamnina od 17.254 eura, piše Večernji list.
Navode kako je nelogično da dok se unajmljuju novi prostori, "zgrada koju je Hrvatska kupila za više od 11,5 milijuna eura 2013. godine, za mandata ministrice Vesne Pusić, koja se prostire na više od 4000 četvornih metara te je smještena na idealnoj lokaciji u Bruxellesu, u blizini europskih institucija godinama zjapi prazna".
Ističu da ta zgrada ne bi posve pokrila sve hrvatske potrebe za vrijeme predsjedanja, no zasigurno bi pokrila velik dio.
No, politička i pravna, ali i financijska zavrzlama i drama koja prate tu zgradu od same njezine kupovine i dalje traje, navodi Večernji, podsjećajući da nakon poništenog slijedi novi natječaj za uređenje te nekretnine.
