Nova ljevica zatražila je u utorak transparentnu raspodjelu cjepiva protiv gripe te jasne odgovore ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša vezano za pitanje određivanja prioriteta u raspodjeli cjepiva u situaciji kada ga nema dovoljno ni za ugrožene građane.
"U situaciji u kojoj se građane konstantno poziva na odgovornost, apeliramo na Ministarstvo zdravstva i ministra zdravstva da ne zavaravaju javnost najavama kako će cjepiva biti dovoljno za sve nego da transparentnom raspodjelom cjepiva protiv gripe u sezoni 2020./2021. preuzmu odgovornost za zdravlje i procijepljenost hrvatskih građana", istaknula je predsjednica Nove ljevice Ivana Kekin.
Dodala je da se već nekoliko mjeseci govori o osobitoj važnosti cijepljenja protiv gripe u ovoj sezoni cijepljenja, posebno kako bi se izbjegle potencijalno pogubne komplikacije istodobnog obolijevanja od gripe i covida-19, no da posljednjih dana dolaze vijesti kako je upitno hoće li biti dovoljno cjepiva i za ugrožene skupine, a kamoli za ostale građane.
Tako je Kekin podsjetila na Beroševu izjavu od prije par dana kada je izrazio uvjerenje da će cjepiva biti dovoljno za sve one koji će se željeti cijepiti, a da sada ljekarne izvješćuju kako su dosad dobivene zalihe cjepiva rasprodane, da je pritisak građana velik te da je izvjesno da će se i dodatno naručene količine cjepiva rasprodati prije nego što svi zainteresirani građani uspiju doći do cjepiva.
Upozorila je da je iz razgovora s liječnicima obiteljske medicine jasno da ne znaju kojim količinama cjepiva za ugrožene skupine raspolažu, odnosno ne znaju hoće li dobiti dovoljno za sve pacijente koji imaju pravo na besplatno cjepivo.
Dodatno im posao otežava činjenica da se ove godine, za razliku od prethodnih, navodi Kekin, u ljekarnama inzistira na liječničkom receptu, kojeg liječnici u ljekarne ne mogu poslati putem Centralnog zdravstvenog informacijskog sustava Republike Hrvatske (CEZIH) nego ga pacijenti moraju osobno podići, opterećujući time ionako preopterećene ambulante liječnika obiteljske medicine u vrijeme pandemije.
"Valja napomenuti da dodatni dolasci pacijenata u ambulante obiteljske medicine pridonose potencijalnom širenju covida-19", istaknula je Kekin.
Također, raspolaže informacijama da su pojedine privatne tvrtke naručile veće količine cjepiva za svoje zaposlenike, što potencijalno dovodi do situacije da neugroženi zaposlenik/ica privatne tvrtke ima prednost pri dobivanju cjepiva pred kroničnim bolesnikom.
Ministru je postavila pitanje po kakvim su se algoritmima određivali prioriteti u raspodjeli cjepiva protiv gripe u sezoni kada je cjepiva očito nedovoljno, a zna se da je cijepljenje protiv gripe od osobite važnosti.
"Ako se neadekvatno i nejasno određuju prioriteti u cijepljenju protiv gripe, kako možemo imati povjerenja u sustav da će ispravno odrediti prioritete u provedbi, nadamo se što skorijeg, cijepljenja protiv covida-19? Osobito ako znamo da će i količine budućeg spasonosnog cjepiva biti izuzetno ograničene", upitala je Kekin.

Nova ljevica zatražila je u utorak transparentnu raspodjelu cjepiva protiv gripe te jasne odgovore ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša vezano za pitanje određivanja prioriteta u raspodjeli cjepiva u situaciji kada ga nema dovoljno ni za ugrožene građane.
"U situaciji u kojoj se građane konstantno poziva na odgovornost, apeliramo na Ministarstvo zdravstva i ministra zdravstva da ne zavaravaju javnost najavama kako će cjepiva biti dovoljno za sve nego da transparentnom raspodjelom cjepiva protiv gripe u sezoni 2020./2021. preuzmu odgovornost za zdravlje i procijepljenost hrvatskih građana", istaknula je predsjednica Nove ljevice Ivana Kekin.
Dodala je da se već nekoliko mjeseci govori o osobitoj važnosti cijepljenja protiv gripe u ovoj sezoni cijepljenja, posebno kako bi se izbjegle potencijalno pogubne komplikacije istodobnog obolijevanja od gripe i covida-19, no da posljednjih dana dolaze vijesti kako je upitno hoće li biti dovoljno cjepiva i za ugrožene skupine, a kamoli za ostale građane.
Tako je Kekin podsjetila na Beroševu izjavu od prije par dana kada je izrazio uvjerenje da će cjepiva biti dovoljno za sve one koji će se željeti cijepiti, a da sada ljekarne izvješćuju kako su dosad dobivene zalihe cjepiva rasprodane, da je pritisak građana velik te da je izvjesno da će se i dodatno naručene količine cjepiva rasprodati prije nego što svi zainteresirani građani uspiju doći do cjepiva.
Upozorila je da je iz razgovora s liječnicima obiteljske medicine jasno da ne znaju kojim količinama cjepiva za ugrožene skupine raspolažu, odnosno ne znaju hoće li dobiti dovoljno za sve pacijente koji imaju pravo na besplatno cjepivo.
Dodatno im posao otežava činjenica da se ove godine, za razliku od prethodnih, navodi Kekin, u ljekarnama inzistira na liječničkom receptu, kojeg liječnici u ljekarne ne mogu poslati putem Centralnog zdravstvenog informacijskog sustava Republike Hrvatske (CEZIH) nego ga pacijenti moraju osobno podići, opterećujući time ionako preopterećene ambulante liječnika obiteljske medicine u vrijeme pandemije.
"Valja napomenuti da dodatni dolasci pacijenata u ambulante obiteljske medicine pridonose potencijalnom širenju covida-19", istaknula je Kekin.
Također, raspolaže informacijama da su pojedine privatne tvrtke naručile veće količine cjepiva za svoje zaposlenike, što potencijalno dovodi do situacije da neugroženi zaposlenik/ica privatne tvrtke ima prednost pri dobivanju cjepiva pred kroničnim bolesnikom.
Ministru je postavila pitanje po kakvim su se algoritmima određivali prioriteti u raspodjeli cjepiva protiv gripe u sezoni kada je cjepiva očito nedovoljno, a zna se da je cijepljenje protiv gripe od osobite važnosti.
"Ako se neadekvatno i nejasno određuju prioriteti u cijepljenju protiv gripe, kako možemo imati povjerenja u sustav da će ispravno odrediti prioritete u provedbi, nadamo se što skorijeg, cijepljenja protiv covida-19? Osobito ako znamo da će i količine budućeg spasonosnog cjepiva biti izuzetno ograničene", upitala je Kekin.
