Andrej Plenković jedne je večeri zaspao kao bruxelleski “ćato”. Da bi se sutradan probudio kao ostrašćeni anti-bruxelleski suverenist. Možda ne poljskog, ali orbanovskog tipa svakako.

Drži lekcije glavnoj europskoj tužiteljici. Polemizira o tome je li u njezinoj nadležnosti politički vrući slučaj 3D snimanja zgrada nakon potresa, u kojemu je prste imala i ministrica kulture i medija Nina Obuljen Koržinek. I posljednje, ali ne manje važno, grčevito brani pravo da Državno odvjetništvo Republike Hrvatske, a ne Ured europskog tužitelja, istražuje ovaj slučaj. Da saga o premijerovu zaokretu bude potpuna, na čelo DORH-a doveden je HDZ-ov “dečko” Ivan Turudić. Koji bi valjda trebao znati koga može, a koga ne može procesuirati.

To je narativ koji posljednjih tjedana dominira u oporbenim kritikama HDZ-ova premijera. Slučaj Turudić i Plenkovićevo zaoštravanje s Laurom Kövesi došlo im je kao dar s neba. U vrijeme kada su – slabi i razjedinjeni – bili na dnu, Turudić, “lex AP” i rat s glavnom europskom tužiteljicom vratili su ih u život.

Iskorak iz uobičajene retorike

– Skinuo je Andrej Plenković svoju bruxellesku masku i pokazao svima da je politički tiranin koji je spreman nastaviti pokoravati sve i svakoga u Hrvatskoj tko misli svojom glavom. Europske vrijednosti bile su Andreju Plenkoviću samo karijerna putovnica prema Bruxellesu, a on je bio i ostao poslušnik koji će bruxelleske naloge dovesti u pitanje samo ako njegovim osobnim interesima ne odgovaraju, kao u slučaju europskog tužitelja – analizirao je Plenkovićev zaokret njegov najljući protivnik, predsjednik Republike Zoran Milanović.

Neosporno je da je Plenković s Kövesi prvi put iskoračio iz svoje uobičajene retorike. Do sada je s Bruxellesom sve rješavao tihom diplomacijom. Zahvaljujući ulazima koje ima kod predsjednice Europske komisije Ursule von der Leyen, francuskog predsjednika Emmanuela Macrona i među europskim pučanima za Plenkovića u Bruxellesu ništa nije bilo nemoguće. Ako je Hrvatskoj istjecao rok za potrošiti novce iz Fonda solidarnosti namijenjen izgradnji nakon potresa, Plenković bi to riješio. Ako je nešto zapelo s ulaskom u Schengen, Plenković bi to riješio. Ako u Uniji postoje prepreke da Bosna i Hercegovina dobije preporuku za otvaranje pretpristupnih pregovora o ulasku u EU, Plenković bi to riješio.

Ključno je pitanje što je onda bio razlog prilično nervoznog premijerova “uleta” u rat s Kövesi.

Je li Plenković doista ispao iz igre visoke pozicije koje će se u Bruxellesu dijeliti nakon europskih izbora koji se održavaju početkom lipnja? Pa sad u bijesu više nema kočnica, nego puca “ko Maksim po diviziji” kako bi Europi očitao lekciju?

Činjenica jest da se hrvatski premijer u ovome trenutku ne spominje u bruxelleskim igrama prijestolja. Ni za mjesto budućega predsjednika Europskog vijeća, ni za poziciju šefa Europske komisije. Ursula von der Leyen navodno ostaje, a u tom bi slučaju mjesto šefa Europskog vijeća pripalo socijalistima. Estonska premijerka Kaja Kallas, kao rezultat kompromisa postignutog s Macronom, glavna je kandidatkinja kao visoka predsjednica za vanjsku politiku. Predsjednica Europskog parlamenta bi trebala ostati Maltežanka Roberta Metsola.

Ili se radi o...

Prije godinu dana pojavile su se glasine da bi Plenković mogao naslijediti Jensa Stoltenberga na čelu NATO-a, no mjesto glavnog tajnika Sjevernoatlantskog saveza pripalo je nizozemskom premijeru Marku Rutteu.

Plenković je, u situaciji u kojoj su glavne karte već podijeljene, ostao kratkih rukava. Vjerojatno zbog toga i neće nositi HDZ-ovu listu za EU parlament.

No je li to glavni razlog njegova zatezanja konopa s EPPO-om?

Da u igri nije ministrica kulture, možda bi i bio. Ovako Plenković očito po svaku cijenu – pa i po onu da izgubi dio svoje europske patine – želi sačuvati Ninu Obuljen Koržinek od udara europskih istražitelja. I ne samo nju, nego i druge HDZ-ove kapitalce koji bi se jednog dana mogli naći na udaru.

Slučaj Gabrijele Žalac u tom je smislu bio velika pouka. Hrvatski USKOK nije u njezinim postupcima našao kazneno djelo, no europski istražitelji jesu, pa je članica Predsjedništva HDZ-a završila iz rešetaka.

A političar koji ne slovi kao kandidat za visoke pozicije u Uniji može malo i riskirati, zar ne?

Andrej Plenković jedne je večeri zaspao kao bruxelleski “ćato”. Da bi se sutradan probudio kao ostrašćeni anti-bruxelleski suverenist. Možda ne poljskog, ali orbanovskog tipa svakako.

Drži lekcije glavnoj europskoj tužiteljici. Polemizira o tome je li u njezinoj nadležnosti politički vrući slučaj 3D snimanja zgrada nakon potresa, u kojemu je prste imala i ministrica kulture i medija Nina Obuljen Koržinek. I posljednje, ali ne manje važno, grčevito brani pravo da Državno odvjetništvo Republike Hrvatske, a ne Ured europskog tužitelja, istražuje ovaj slučaj. Da saga o premijerovu zaokretu bude potpuna, na čelo DORH-a doveden je HDZ-ov “dečko” Ivan Turudić. Koji bi valjda trebao znati koga može, a koga ne može procesuirati.

To je narativ koji posljednjih tjedana dominira u oporbenim kritikama HDZ-ova premijera. Slučaj Turudić i Plenkovićevo zaoštravanje s Laurom Kövesi došlo im je kao dar s neba. U vrijeme kada su – slabi i razjedinjeni – bili na dnu, Turudić, “lex AP” i rat s glavnom europskom tužiteljicom vratili su ih u život.

Iskorak iz uobičajene retorike

– Skinuo je Andrej Plenković svoju bruxellesku masku i pokazao svima da je politički tiranin koji je spreman nastaviti pokoravati sve i svakoga u Hrvatskoj tko misli svojom glavom. Europske vrijednosti bile su Andreju Plenkoviću samo karijerna putovnica prema Bruxellesu, a on je bio i ostao poslušnik koji će bruxelleske naloge dovesti u pitanje samo ako njegovim osobnim interesima ne odgovaraju, kao u slučaju europskog tužitelja – analizirao je Plenkovićev zaokret njegov najljući protivnik, predsjednik Republike Zoran Milanović.

Neosporno je da je Plenković s Kövesi prvi put iskoračio iz svoje uobičajene retorike. Do sada je s Bruxellesom sve rješavao tihom diplomacijom. Zahvaljujući ulazima koje ima kod predsjednice Europske komisije Ursule von der Leyen, francuskog predsjednika Emmanuela Macrona i među europskim pučanima za Plenkovića u Bruxellesu ništa nije bilo nemoguće. Ako je Hrvatskoj istjecao rok za potrošiti novce iz Fonda solidarnosti namijenjen izgradnji nakon potresa, Plenković bi to riješio. Ako je nešto zapelo s ulaskom u Schengen, Plenković bi to riješio. Ako u Uniji postoje prepreke da Bosna i Hercegovina dobije preporuku za otvaranje pretpristupnih pregovora o ulasku u EU, Plenković bi to riješio.

Ključno je pitanje što je onda bio razlog prilično nervoznog premijerova “uleta” u rat s Kövesi.

Je li Plenković doista ispao iz igre visoke pozicije koje će se u Bruxellesu dijeliti nakon europskih izbora koji se održavaju početkom lipnja? Pa sad u bijesu više nema kočnica, nego puca “ko Maksim po diviziji” kako bi Europi očitao lekciju?

Činjenica jest da se hrvatski premijer u ovome trenutku ne spominje u bruxelleskim igrama prijestolja. Ni za mjesto budućega predsjednika Europskog vijeća, ni za poziciju šefa Europske komisije. Ursula von der Leyen navodno ostaje, a u tom bi slučaju mjesto šefa Europskog vijeća pripalo socijalistima. Estonska premijerka Kaja Kallas, kao rezultat kompromisa postignutog s Macronom, glavna je kandidatkinja kao visoka predsjednica za vanjsku politiku. Predsjednica Europskog parlamenta bi trebala ostati Maltežanka Roberta Metsola.

Ili se radi o...

Prije godinu dana pojavile su se glasine da bi Plenković mogao naslijediti Jensa Stoltenberga na čelu NATO-a, no mjesto glavnog tajnika Sjevernoatlantskog saveza pripalo je nizozemskom premijeru Marku Rutteu.

Plenković je, u situaciji u kojoj su glavne karte već podijeljene, ostao kratkih rukava. Vjerojatno zbog toga i neće nositi HDZ-ovu listu za EU parlament.

No je li to glavni razlog njegova zatezanja konopa s EPPO-om?

Da u igri nije ministrica kulture, možda bi i bio. Ovako Plenković očito po svaku cijenu – pa i po onu da izgubi dio svoje europske patine – želi sačuvati Ninu Obuljen Koržinek od udara europskih istražitelja. I ne samo nju, nego i druge HDZ-ove kapitalce koji bi se jednog dana mogli naći na udaru.

Slučaj Gabrijele Žalac u tom je smislu bio velika pouka. Hrvatski USKOK nije u njezinim postupcima našao kazneno djelo, no europski istražitelji jesu, pa je članica Predsjedništva HDZ-a završila iz rešetaka.

A političar koji ne slovi kao kandidat za visoke pozicije u Uniji može malo i riskirati, zar ne?
