Mlada A. I., u to vrijeme jedva punoljetna, je obećala R. K. seksualne usluge za iznos od 500 kuna. Dogovorili su se da će se susresti iza trgovine Samatovcima, no umjesto ispunjenja dogovora, A. I. je smislila prijevaru. Tako stoji u presudi koja je donesena ovih dana, za slučaj koji se odvio 2018. godine.

Danas 23-godišnja A. I. je po sastanku "počela milovati po tijelu R. K. i iskoristila njegovu nepažnju te mu otkopčala torbicu oko pojasa i iz iste izvadila novčanik u kojem je bilo 27.000. kuna". Ubrzo nakon toga, novčanik je predala osobi koja je stajala u blizini, a to je bio I. A. Navedeni muškarac je uskoro uhvaćen i poslan u istražni zatvor, dok policija do A. I. neko vrijeme nije mogla doći.

Na kraju je i ona locirana te je do početka suđenja vrijeme provela u istražnom zatvoru, zbog opasnosti od bijega, piše Index.

Sud ju je nedavno osudio na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od jedne godine, uz rok kušnje od četiri godine. Sud je pri donošenju presude uzeo u obzir nekoliko olakotnih okolnosti, uključujući njezino iskreno priznanje i iskrenu kaju zbog počinjenog djela.

U svojoj obrani pred sudom, A. I. je naglasila da je nezaposlena i da joj financijski pomaže baka. Dodala je da joj je centar za socijalni rad oduzeo djecu nakon što je završila u istražnom zatvoru.

S obzirom na njezino trenutačno financijsko stanje, sud ju je oslobodio troškova postupka. Ipak, određeno je da mora vratiti žrtvi iznos od 3583,52 eura, što je kunski ekvivalent ukradenog novca.

Mlada A. I., u to vrijeme jedva punoljetna, je obećala R. K. seksualne usluge za iznos od 500 kuna. Dogovorili su se da će se susresti iza trgovine Samatovcima, no umjesto ispunjenja dogovora, A. I. je smislila prijevaru. Tako stoji u presudi koja je donesena ovih dana, za slučaj koji se odvio 2018. godine.

Danas 23-godišnja A. I. je po sastanku "počela milovati po tijelu R. K. i iskoristila njegovu nepažnju te mu otkopčala torbicu oko pojasa i iz iste izvadila novčanik u kojem je bilo 27.000. kuna". Ubrzo nakon toga, novčanik je predala osobi koja je stajala u blizini, a to je bio I. A. Navedeni muškarac je uskoro uhvaćen i poslan u istražni zatvor, dok policija do A. I. neko vrijeme nije mogla doći.

Na kraju je i ona locirana te je do početka suđenja vrijeme provela u istražnom zatvoru, zbog opasnosti od bijega, piše Index.

Sud ju je nedavno osudio na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od jedne godine, uz rok kušnje od četiri godine. Sud je pri donošenju presude uzeo u obzir nekoliko olakotnih okolnosti, uključujući njezino iskreno priznanje i iskrenu kaju zbog počinjenog djela.

U svojoj obrani pred sudom, A. I. je naglasila da je nezaposlena i da joj financijski pomaže baka. Dodala je da joj je centar za socijalni rad oduzeo djecu nakon što je završila u istražnom zatvoru.

Mlada A. I., u to vrijeme jedva punoljetna, je obećala R. K. seksualne usluge za iznos od 500 kuna. Dogovorili su se da će se susresti iza trgovine Samatovcima, no umjesto ispunjenja dogovora, A. I. je smislila prijevaru. Tako stoji u presudi koja je donesena ovih dana, za slučaj koji se odvio 2018. godine.

Danas 23-godišnja A. I. je po sastanku "počela milovati po tijelu R. K. i iskoristila njegovu nepažnju te mu otkopčala torbicu oko pojasa i iz iste izvadila novčanik u kojem je bilo 27.000. kuna". Ubrzo nakon toga, novčanik je predala osobi koja je stajala u blizini, a to je bio I. A. Navedeni muškarac je uskoro uhvaćen i poslan u istražni zatvor, dok policija do A. I. neko vrijeme nije mogla doći.

Na kraju je i ona locirana te je do početka suđenja vrijeme provela u istražnom zatvoru, zbog opasnosti od bijega, piše Index.

Sud ju je nedavno osudio na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od jedne godine, uz rok kušnje od četiri godine. Sud je pri donošenju presude uzeo u obzir nekoliko olakotnih okolnosti, uključujući njezino iskreno priznanje i iskrenu kaju zbog počinjenog djela.

U svojoj obrani pred sudom, A. I. je naglasila da je nezaposlena i da joj financijski pomaže baka. Dodala je da joj je centar za socijalni rad oduzeo djecu nakon što je završila u istražnom zatvoru.
