U Hrvatskoj je trenutačno najmanje oko 200 tisuća razloga zbog kojih bi se veledrogerije i Ministarstvo zdravstva, odnosno Vlada RH morali dogovoriti oko plaćanja dijela duga veledrogerijama, odnosno oko isporuke lijekova hrvatskim bolnicama.

Naime, toliko u ovom trenutku ima onkoloških bolesnika kojima prema posljednjim informacijama, ako ćemo suditi po KBC-u Split, počinje nedostajati lijekova, odnosno terapije kojom pokušavaju izliječiti svoje zloćudno oboljenje. A, ako ovoj brojci pridodamo bolesnike koji trebaju lijekove u bolnicama, a na svoju sreću nisu onkološki bolesnici, onda brojka "razloga za dogovor" ide u nebo.

Nije zgorega napomenuti da godišnje u RH imamo 24 tisuće novih onkoloških bolesnika, a da ih u istom razdoblju, dakle u godinu dana, od posljedica zloćudne bolesti umre 14 tisuća.

Kriza lijekova

S današnjim danom dugovi za lijekove veledrogerijama iznose više oko 5,5 milijardi kuna duga (oko 733 milijuna eura), što je za nekih milijardu kuna manje negoli prije 10 dana, kada je dug bio oko 6,5 milijardi kuna (oko 855 milijuna eura). Svatko u ovoj šah-mat poziciji drži svoju stranu i ne popušta. Veledrogerije ne žele ni čuti za isplatu dijela duga manjeg od 3,5 milijardi kuna, a Vlada, odnosno Ministarstvo zdravstva ne odstupa od svojih pozicija i do sada je, prema obećanju od prije 10-ak dana, isplatilo "samo" oko 900 milijuna kuna. Svi očekuju sljedeće poteze, a oni koji najviše ispaštaju su bolesnici.

A da je voda prelila čašu kod mnogih naših sugrađana najbolje govori mail koji je jučer dobila redakcija Slobodne Dalmacije, u kojoj suprug jedne stanovnice Dalmatinske zagore ističe da mu supruga u KBC-u Split nije u srijedu dobila lijek za karcinom, a rečeno joj je da ga neće dobiti ni sljedeća dva dana.

Kako bismo provjerili ovu "neprovjerenu" informaciju, nazvali smo splitsku bolnicu u kojoj su nam potvrdili da nedostaje određenih lijekova za onkološke bolesnike i gdje su izrazili nadu kako će oni koji pregovaraju uskoro postići dogovor oko isporuke lijekova.

E, sad se postavlja drugo pitanje, koje je od krucijalne važnosti. Kako se osjećaju svi oni onkološki bolesnici u Hrvatskoj koji su jučer doznali da im bolnice ne mogu dati terapiju jer lijekova nema i da se moraju malo strpjeti? Vjerojatno su se osjećali izdani, izigrani, poniženi..., jer svi oni cijeli svoj život plaćaju taj zdravstveni sustav koji im, u konačnici, kada im je to najpotrebnije, ne može dati lijek jer novca, a potom ni lijekova jednostavno nema.

Da hrvatski zdravstveni sustav u sljedećim danima ne očekuje ništa bolje ili ništa novo u odnosu na prethodne dane, kada je počela zapinjati isporuka lijekova, postajemo svjesni nakon razgovora s Dianom Percač, predsjednicom HUP koordinacije veledrogerija.

- Za sada se ništa ne događa. Na zadnjem sastanku ministar Marić je najavio sastanak za 10-ak dana, znači krajem idućeg tjedna. Mi i dalje stojimo na našoj poziciji i tražimo isplatu 3,5 milijardi kuna duga. Do sada nam je uplaćeno 300 milijuna kuna za bolnice i 600 za ljekarne, ali taj iznos nije dovoljan da platimo svoje obveze. Time stvarni dug nije smanjen, jer su to ubrzano povučena proračunska sredstva, pa strahujemo što će biti sa plaćanjem u travnju, svibnju, lipnju. Zato smo tražili otplatni plan - pojašnjava Percač.

Blokada dobavljača

Zanimalo nas je da li i dalje veledrogerije neće isporučivati lijekove bolnicama?

- Ma, ljudima mora biti jasno da tih lijekova nema ni na našim policama. Sve nas više dobavljača blokira jer im uredno ne plaćamo. Kako mi bolnicama možemo isporučiti lijekove kada ih ni mi nemamo? Dobavljači nas blokiraju, imamo uvjetovane režime plaćanja i onda kada te režime ne poštujemo, blokiraju nas pa nastaje panika. Isplaćenih 900 milijuna kuna nije dostatno da se uspostavi normalan lanac opskrbe - zaključuje Diana Percač.

Izjavu o ovom "neredu sa lijekovima" pokušali smo dobiti i od izv. prof. dr. sc. Vilija Beroša, ministra zdravstva RH, no na naš telefonski poziv i pisani upit nije odgovorio.

U Hrvatskoj je trenutačno najmanje oko 200 tisuća razloga zbog kojih bi se veledrogerije i Ministarstvo zdravstva, odnosno Vlada RH morali dogovoriti oko plaćanja dijela duga veledrogerijama, odnosno oko isporuke lijekova hrvatskim bolnicama.

Naime, toliko u ovom trenutku ima onkoloških bolesnika kojima prema posljednjim informacijama, ako ćemo suditi po KBC-u Split, počinje nedostajati lijekova, odnosno terapije kojom pokušavaju izliječiti svoje zloćudno oboljenje. A, ako ovoj brojci pridodamo bolesnike koji trebaju lijekove u bolnicama, a na svoju sreću nisu onkološki bolesnici, onda brojka "razloga za dogovor" ide u nebo.

Nije zgorega napomenuti da godišnje u RH imamo 24 tisuće novih onkoloških bolesnika, a da ih u istom razdoblju, dakle u godinu dana, od posljedica zloćudne bolesti umre 14 tisuća.

Kriza lijekova

S današnjim danom dugovi za lijekove veledrogerijama iznose više oko 5,5 milijardi kuna duga (oko 733 milijuna eura), što je za nekih milijardu kuna manje negoli prije 10 dana, kada je dug bio oko 6,5 milijardi kuna (oko 855 milijuna eura). Svatko u ovoj šah-mat poziciji drži svoju stranu i ne popušta. Veledrogerije ne žele ni čuti za isplatu dijela duga manjeg od 3,5 milijardi kuna, a Vlada, odnosno Ministarstvo zdravstva ne odstupa od svojih pozicija i do sada je, prema obećanju od prije 10-ak dana, isplatilo "samo" oko 900 milijuna kuna. Svi očekuju sljedeće poteze, a oni koji najviše ispaštaju su bolesnici.

A da je voda prelila čašu kod mnogih naših sugrađana najbolje govori mail koji je jučer dobila redakcija Slobodne Dalmacije, u kojoj suprug jedne stanovnice Dalmatinske zagore ističe da mu supruga u KBC-u Split nije u srijedu dobila lijek za karcinom, a rečeno joj je da ga neće dobiti ni sljedeća dva dana.

Kako bismo provjerili ovu "neprovjerenu" informaciju, nazvali smo splitsku bolnicu u kojoj su nam potvrdili da nedostaje određenih lijekova za onkološke bolesnike i gdje su izrazili nadu kako će oni koji pregovaraju uskoro postići dogovor oko isporuke lijekova.

E, sad se postavlja drugo pitanje, koje je od krucijalne važnosti. Kako se osjećaju svi oni onkološki bolesnici u Hrvatskoj koji su jučer doznali da im bolnice ne mogu dati terapiju jer lijekova nema i da se moraju malo strpjeti? Vjerojatno su se osjećali izdani, izigrani, poniženi..., jer svi oni cijeli svoj život plaćaju taj zdravstveni sustav koji im, u konačnici, kada im je to najpotrebnije, ne može dati lijek jer novca, a potom ni lijekova jednostavno nema.

Da hrvatski zdravstveni sustav u sljedećim danima ne očekuje ništa bolje ili ništa novo u odnosu na prethodne dane, kada je počela zapinjati isporuka lijekova, postajemo svjesni nakon razgovora s Dianom Percač, predsjednicom HUP koordinacije veledrogerija.

- Za sada se ništa ne događa. Na zadnjem sastanku ministar Marić je najavio sastanak za 10-ak dana, znači krajem idućeg tjedna. Mi i dalje stojimo na našoj poziciji i tražimo isplatu 3,5 milijardi kuna duga. Do sada nam je uplaćeno 300 milijuna kuna za bolnice i 600 za ljekarne, ali taj iznos nije dovoljan da platimo svoje obveze. Time stvarni dug nije smanjen, jer su to ubrzano povučena proračunska sredstva, pa strahujemo što će biti sa plaćanjem u travnju, svibnju, lipnju. Zato smo tražili otplatni plan - pojašnjava Percač.

Blokada dobavljača

Zanimalo nas je da li i dalje veledrogerije neće isporučivati lijekove bolnicama?

- Ma, ljudima mora biti jasno da tih lijekova nema ni na našim policama. Sve nas više dobavljača blokira jer im uredno ne plaćamo. Kako mi bolnicama možemo isporučiti lijekove kada ih ni mi nemamo? Dobavljači nas blokiraju, imamo uvjetovane režime plaćanja i onda kada te režime ne poštujemo, blokiraju nas pa nastaje panika. Isplaćenih 900 milijuna kuna nije dostatno da se uspostavi normalan lanac opskrbe - zaključuje Diana Percač.

Izjavu o ovom "neredu sa lijekovima" pokušali smo dobiti i od izv. prof. dr. sc. Vilija Beroša, ministra zdravstva RH, no na naš telefonski poziv i pisani upit nije odgovorio.
