Nakon dulje medijske šutnje bivša potpredsjednica Vlade i ministrica gospodarstva Martina Dalić istupila je u Jutarnjem listu i svom bivšem šefu, premijeru Andreju Plenkoviću i bivšim kolegama u Vladi poručila što treba pod hitno poduzeti ako ne želimo da se nakon pandemije Covid-a 19 gospodarstvo potpuno raspadne.
Nadoknada gubitaka za djelatnosti koje su zatvorene je trenutna vatrogasna mjera, ali za spas gospodarstva treba gledati unaprijed i u iduću 2021. godinu ući sa pripremljenim reformama bez kojih je ekonomski oporavak neizvjestan. Ako država, ističe Dalić, pod hitno ne osposobi administraciju, ne uredi stečajeve, ne osigura izvore za dokapitalizaciju poduzeća i poduzme još set mjera, postat će usko grlo i prepreka ekonomskom oporavku Hrvatske nakon što epidemija prođe.
- Treba povećati agilnost i organiziranost administracije u pripremi i realizaciji državnih investicija, naročito EU fondova. Isto vrijedi i za javna poduzeća. Treba povećati njihovu brzinu u realizaciji tih javnih investicija uključujući i obnovu od potresa. Poduzeća će u ovoj krizi biti suočena s potrebom dokapitalizacija.
Naime, naša su poduzeća visoko zadužena i neće se moći u potpunosti financirati u bankama. Bilo bi dobro izgraditi mehanizam kroz koji bi se moglo ulagati u kapital i osigurati brži oporavak. Dio njih će doći u dosta lošu situaciju. Valjalo bi proanalizirati pred stečajne odredbe kako bi se taj postupak pojednostavio i pridonosio sigurnijem opstanku aktivnosti – kaže Martina Dalić.
Prof. dr. Boris Podobnik, prodekan za znanost na Zagrebačkoj školi ekonomije i managementa u startu ističe veliku manu Stožera, a to je nepostojanje eksperata koji bi znali analizirati podatke kako bi se na temelju pravih pokazatelja donosile odluke.

- Tko može reći da se korona širi u kafićima, a ne širi se u industrijskim pogonima i školama – pita Podobnik. Po njemu su sve mjere za iduću godinu već trebale biti na stolu.
- Kakva je razlika između 31. prosinca 2020. godine i 1. siječnja 2021 godine? To je razlika od sekunde. Ako sada imamo velike probleme u četvrtom kvartalu s padom BDP-a, sigurno ćemo ih imati i iduće godine, barem u prvom kvartalu, ali i drugom, a možda i cijelu godinu – kaže Podobnik koji smatra da nas pravi ekonomski problemi tek čekaju.
- Mi smo u konkurentnosti najgori, a po korupciji četvrti najgori. Ne vidim da je naš premijer nešto poduzeo oko toga. Naše vlade jako vole imati kontrolu nad ekonomijom, žele kontrolirati gospodarstvo što je loše. Da je dobro da SDP i HDZ vladaju našim firmama, onda Ina ne bi bila u rukama MOL-a – kaže Podobnik koji smatra da se država treba maknuti od gospodarstva, a tako će riješiti i korupciju.
Martina Dalić ukazuje na to da će se uloga države u gospodarstvu nakon ove krize povećati, i to ne samo kod nas, nego i u drugim zemljama.
- Zato treba efikasnija javna administracija, suradnja s privatnim sektorom i što je najvažnije manje toksičnog političkog rušenja svakog pokušaja aktivne ekonomske politike. Uz takav pristup oporavak bi mogao biti dinamičan i brz, dati energiju i spriječiti post kriznu letargiju – kaže Dalić.

Nakon dulje medijske šutnje bivša potpredsjednica Vlade i ministrica gospodarstva Martina Dalić istupila je u Jutarnjem listu i svom bivšem šefu, premijeru Andreju Plenkoviću i bivšim kolegama u Vladi poručila što treba pod hitno poduzeti ako ne želimo da se nakon pandemije Covid-a 19 gospodarstvo potpuno raspadne.
Nadoknada gubitaka za djelatnosti koje su zatvorene je trenutna vatrogasna mjera, ali za spas gospodarstva treba gledati unaprijed i u iduću 2021. godinu ući sa pripremljenim reformama bez kojih je ekonomski oporavak neizvjestan. Ako država, ističe Dalić, pod hitno ne osposobi administraciju, ne uredi stečajeve, ne osigura izvore za dokapitalizaciju poduzeća i poduzme još set mjera, postat će usko grlo i prepreka ekonomskom oporavku Hrvatske nakon što epidemija prođe.
- Treba povećati agilnost i organiziranost administracije u pripremi i realizaciji državnih investicija, naročito EU fondova. Isto vrijedi i za javna poduzeća. Treba povećati njihovu brzinu u realizaciji tih javnih investicija uključujući i obnovu od potresa. Poduzeća će u ovoj krizi biti suočena s potrebom dokapitalizacija.
Naime, naša su poduzeća visoko zadužena i neće se moći u potpunosti financirati u bankama. Bilo bi dobro izgraditi mehanizam kroz koji bi se moglo ulagati u kapital i osigurati brži oporavak. Dio njih će doći u dosta lošu situaciju. Valjalo bi proanalizirati pred stečajne odredbe kako bi se taj postupak pojednostavio i pridonosio sigurnijem opstanku aktivnosti – kaže Martina Dalić.
Prof. dr. Boris Podobnik, prodekan za znanost na Zagrebačkoj školi ekonomije i managementa u startu ističe veliku manu Stožera, a to je nepostojanje eksperata koji bi znali analizirati podatke kako bi se na temelju pravih pokazatelja donosile odluke.

Ako sada imamo velike probleme u četvrtom kvartalu s padom BDP-a, sigurno ćemo ih imati i iduće godine, barem u prvom kvartalu, ali i drugom, a možda i cijelu godinu – kaže Podobnik koji smatra da nas pravi ekonomski problemi tek čekaju.
- Mi smo u konkurentnosti najgori, a po korupciji četvrti najgori. Ne vidim da je naš premijer nešto poduzeo oko toga. Naše vlade jako vole imati kontrolu nad ekonomijom, žele kontrolirati gospodarstvo što je loše. Da je dobro da SDP i HDZ vladaju našim firmama, onda Ina ne bi bila u rukama MOL-a – kaže Podobnik koji smatra da se država treba maknuti od gospodarstva, a tako će riješiti i korupciju.
Martina Dalić ukazuje na to da će se uloga države u gospodarstvu nakon ove krize povećati, i to ne samo kod nas, nego i u drugim zemljama.
- Zato treba efikasnija javna administracija, suradnja s privatnim sektorom i što je najvažnije manje toksičnog političkog rušenja svakog pokušaja aktivne ekonomske politike. Uz takav pristup oporavak bi mogao biti dinamičan i brz, dati energiju i spriječiti post kriznu letargiju – kaže Dalić.
