Krešimir Milanović ne bježi od sudskih rješenja – reagirao je na jučerašnji tekst u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji brat premijer Zorana Milanovića telefonom, kako je naglasio, neslužbeno.
Reagirajući na informaciju kako ga sud ne može pronaći, Milanović je, uz primjedbu da ne želi dati izjavu, poslao fotografije dokumenta kojim su on i partneri kao ovršenici podnijeli prigovor na rješenje o ovrsi OVRV200/14 od 3. studenoga 2014., a u kojem se navodi kako su 30. studenoga Milanović i partneri primili rješenje o ovrsi OVRV200/14 doneseno od javne bilježnice Željke Picukarić radi prisilne naplate tražbine od 27 milijuna kuna.
Ovrhovoditelj je Nova Ljubljanska banka, a ovršenici Krešimir Milanović, Tomislav Šimunac i Igor Maksimiljanović, što je jedino vidljivo na faksimilu.
No, premijerov brat poslao nam je nepotpuni faksimil iz nekog drugog predmeta, a ne onoga o kojem smo pisali.
Naime, u našem tekstu riječ je o rješenju Općinskoga suda u Dubrovniku o ovrsi Nove Ljubljanske banke nad zemljištem u Dubrovniku Milanovićeve tvrtke “Modestus”.

Željko Soldo potvrdio je kako je po prijedlogu za ovrhu od 25. rujna 2014. godine koji je izjavila Nova Ljubljanska banka protiv tvrtke “Modestus”, Općinski sud donio rješenje o ovrsi 17. listopada 2014. godine pod brojem OVR 722/14, te je iz rješenja citirano: “Rješenjem se dopušta ovrha nad nekretninama upisanima u KO Gruž, na način da će ovrha biti zabilježena, a kasnije utvrđena vrijednost nekretnina i učinjena prodaja na javnoj dražbi i namirenje ovrhovoditelja.”
Sudac Soldo iznio je informaciju i kako ovršenik još nije primio to rješenje, a na koje još ima i pravo žalbe. Objasnio je i kako je dosta složen put otkada je Sud dopustio ovrhu do namirenja ovrhovoditelja.
Milanović se pokušava opravdati faksimilom s oznakom OVR 200/14, iako smo mi objavili priču o ovrsi u predmetu OVR 722/14, na koju se ne odaziva već skoro šest mjeseci.

Krešimir Milanović ne bježi od sudskih rješenja – reagirao je na jučerašnji tekst u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji brat premijer Zorana Milanovića telefonom, kako je naglasio, neslužbeno.
Reagirajući na informaciju kako ga sud ne može pronaći, Milanović je, uz primjedbu da ne želi dati izjavu, poslao fotografije dokumenta kojim su on i partneri kao ovršenici podnijeli prigovor na rješenje o ovrsi OVRV200/14 od 3. studenoga 2014., a u kojem se navodi kako su 30. studenoga Milanović i partneri primili rješenje o ovrsi OVRV200/14 doneseno od javne bilježnice Željke Picukarić radi prisilne naplate tražbine od 27 milijuna kuna.
Ovrhovoditelj je Nova Ljubljanska banka, a ovršenici Krešimir Milanović, Tomislav Šimunac i Igor Maksimiljanović, što je jedino vidljivo na faksimilu.
No, premijerov brat poslao nam je nepotpuni faksimil iz nekog drugog predmeta, a ne onoga o kojem smo pisali.
Naime, u našem tekstu riječ je o rješenju Općinskoga suda u Dubrovniku o ovrsi Nove Ljubljanske banke nad zemljištem u Dubrovniku Milanovićeve tvrtke “Modestus”.

Željko Soldo potvrdio je kako je po prijedlogu za ovrhu od 25. rujna 2014. godine koji je izjavila Nova Ljubljanska banka protiv tvrtke “Modestus”, Općinski sud donio rješenje o ovrsi 17. listopada 2014. godine pod brojem OVR 722/14, te je iz rješenja citirano: “Rješenjem se dopušta ovrha nad nekretninama upisanima u KO Gruž, na način da će ovrha biti zabilježena, a kasnije utvrđena vrijednost nekretnina i učinjena prodaja na javnoj dražbi i namirenje ovrhovoditelja.”
Sudac Soldo iznio je informaciju i kako ovršenik još nije primio to rješenje, a na koje još ima i pravo žalbe. Objasnio je i kako je dosta složen put otkada je Sud dopustio ovrhu do namirenja ovrhovoditelja.
Milanović se pokušava opravdati faksimilom s oznakom OVR 200/14, iako smo mi objavili priču o ovrsi u predmetu OVR 722/14, na koju se ne odaziva već skoro šest mjeseci.
