Ministar znanosti i obrazovanja Radovan Fuchs boravi u Zadarskoj županiji. Posjetio je Osnovnu školu Voštarnica gdje je svečano otvorena nove školske zgrade koja je sagrađena u sklopu građevine Centar za odgoj, obrazovanje i rehabilitaciju i smještaj osoba s posebnim potrebama "Mocire", piše N1.

Svim učenicima i nastavnicima ministar je zaželio sretan početak školske godine.

Upitan je li zabrinut zbog manjeg broja upisanih prvašića, Fuchs je rekao da ih to brine.

- Brine i Vladu, ali brine i čitav niz sektora. Naravno da jedno društvo čine ljudi i ako nam je natalitet u padu, naravno da to nije dobro ne samo za društveni nego i gospodarski razvoj - rekao je ministar.

Govoreći o psihološkim posljedicama koje su učenici imali zbog nastave online, ministar je kazao da će posljedice otklanjati oni koji su za to školovani, a to su u prvom redu psiholozi.

- Svi oni zagovornici isključivo online nastave, mislim da su se sada uvjerili da tehnologija nikada ne može zamijeniti međusobni kontakt. Zamislite da su djeca bila zatvorena bitno dulje. Djeca su kod nas boravila oko 5 tjedana na nastavi online, za razliku od drugih zemalja u kojima je to bilo više izraženo - istaknuo je Fuchs.

Komentirao je i prijedlog Sindikata Preporod u kojem se preporučuje da se s učenicima prođe gradivo koje nisu uspjeli usvojiti zbog online nastave, a zbog čega su učenici morali uzimati instrukcije, prenosi N1.

- Instrukcije su postojale ranije i prije pandemije. Naravno da zbog boljih uvjeta poučavanja u školama, idemo u reformski zahvat veliki, a to je dogradnja vrtića i škola. Da bi svi išli u predškolu, vi morate svima omogućiti pristup vrtićima. Vi možete mijenjati kurikule i nastavne planove, ali ako vam satnica poučavanja ostaje ista, onda nećete dobiti ono što želite - kaže ministar.

- Reformski proces ide u smjeru da sva djeca idu na cjelodnevnu nastavu, na boravak u školama. On će biti minimalno do 15 sati, a ako lokalna sredina odluči, postoji mogućnost produžetka do 17 sati - prenosi HRT.

Da bi se postigle promjene u sustavu, ministar kaže da moramo imati analizu.

- Upravo zbog toga idemo s nacionalnim ispitima, da vidimo kako tu stojimo. Šteta što nacionalni ispiti nisu uvedeni prije. Samo Hrvatska i Grčka nemaju nacionalne ispite. Agencija za odgoj i obrazovanje je već ranije dobila uputu da osmisli preporuke kako učitelji u prvih mjesec dana trebaju pristupiti provjeri znanja učenika. Ne možete napraviti generalni test, to učitelji moraju identificirati - rekao je Fuchs.

Ministar znanosti i obrazovanja Radovan Fuchs boravi u Zadarskoj županiji. Posjetio je Osnovnu školu Voštarnica gdje je svečano otvorena nove školske zgrade koja je sagrađena u sklopu građevine Centar za odgoj, obrazovanje i rehabilitaciju i smještaj osoba s posebnim potrebama "Mocire", piše N1.

Svim učenicima i nastavnicima ministar je zaželio sretan početak školske godine.

Upitan je li zabrinut zbog manjeg broja upisanih prvašića, Fuchs je rekao da ih to brine.

- Brine i Vladu, ali brine i čitav niz sektora. Naravno da jedno društvo čine ljudi i ako nam je natalitet u padu, naravno da to nije dobro ne samo za društveni nego i gospodarski razvoj - rekao je ministar.

Govoreći o psihološkim posljedicama koje su učenici imali zbog nastave online, ministar je kazao da će posljedice otklanjati oni koji su za to školovani, a to su u prvom redu psiholozi.

- Svi oni zagovornici isključivo online nastave, mislim da su se sada uvjerili da tehnologija nikada ne može zamijeniti međusobni kontakt. Zamislite da su djeca bila zatvorena bitno dulje. Djeca su kod nas boravila oko 5 tjedana na nastavi online, za razliku od drugih zemalja u kojima je to bilo više izraženo - istaknuo je Fuchs.

Komentirao je i prijedlog Sindikata Preporod u kojem se preporučuje da se s učenicima prođe gradivo koje nisu uspjeli usvojiti zbog online nastave, a zbog čega su učenici morali uzimati instrukcije, prenosi N1.

- Instrukcije su postojale ranije i prije pandemije. Naravno da zbog boljih uvjeta poučavanja u školama, idemo u reformski zahvat veliki, a to je dogradnja vrtića i škola. Da bi svi išli u predškolu, vi morate svima omogućiti pristup vrtićima. Vi možete mijenjati kurikule i nastavne planove, ali ako vam satnica poučavanja ostaje ista, onda nećete dobiti ono što želite - kaže ministar.

- Reformski proces ide u smjeru da sva djeca idu na cjelodnevnu nastavu, na boravak u školama. On će biti minimalno do 15 sati, a ako lokalna sredina odluči, postoji mogućnost produžetka do 17 sati - prenosi HRT.

Da bi se postigle promjene u sustavu, ministar kaže da moramo imati analizu.

- Upravo zbog toga idemo s nacionalnim ispitima, da vidimo kako tu stojimo. Šteta što nacionalni ispiti nisu uvedeni prije. Samo Hrvatska i Grčka nemaju nacionalne ispite. Agencija za odgoj i obrazovanje je već ranije dobila uputu da osmisli preporuke kako učitelji u prvih mjesec dana trebaju pristupiti provjeri znanja učenika. Ne možete napraviti generalni test, to učitelji moraju identificirati - rekao je Fuchs.

Ministar znanosti i obrazovanja Radovan Fuchs boravi u Zadarskoj županiji. Posjetio je Osnovnu školu Voštarnica gdje je svečano otvorena nove školske zgrade koja je sagrađena u sklopu građevine Centar za odgoj, obrazovanje i rehabilitaciju i smještaj osoba s posebnim potrebama "Mocire", piše N1.

Svim učenicima i nastavnicima ministar je zaželio sretan početak školske godine.

Upitan je li zabrinut zbog manjeg broja upisanih prvašića, Fuchs je rekao da ih to brine.

- Brine i Vladu, ali brine i čitav niz sektora. Naravno da jedno društvo čine ljudi i ako nam je natalitet u padu, naravno da to nije dobro ne samo za društveni nego i gospodarski razvoj - rekao je ministar.
