Frane Barbarić još uvijek je predsjednik Uprave Hrvatske elektroprivrede (HEP). Andrej Plenković neće ni da čuje za njegovu smjenu, a istog je sluha i Zoran Milanović.

Zgodno je to kako dvojica najvećih oponenata, predsjednik Vlade i predsjednik države koji se otvoreno mrze i časte najgorim mogućim epitetima, zamuknu kad se spomene Frane Barbarić. Niti da izuste onu staru latinsku neka institucije rade svoj posao. A i kako bi izustili kad su institucije, na očiti očaj Loleka i Boleka, već odradile posao te Franu Barbarića, predsjednika Uprave HEP-a, najvećeg i najmoćnijeg državnog poduzeća, proglasile bespravnim graditeljem. A bespravna gradnja kazneno je djelo s propisanom kaznom od šest mjeseci do pet godina zatvora.

U slučaju Frane Barbarića, Državni inspektorat (DIRH) odradio je sve prema pravilima službe. Nedvojbeno je utvrdio da je na Hvaru, u uvali Sinjava, dvadesetak kilometara od Jelse, bespravno sagradio kuću. S jednako bespravnim bazenom. U turističkom žargonu se kaže da je to vila. Bez papira.

Dvaput se oglušio

Državni inspektorat donio je i rješenje o rušenju vile. Na koje se Frane Barbarić već dvaput oglušio, nakon čega mu je DIRH dvaput poslao uplatnicu na novčanu kaznu od 10.000 eura. S upozorenjem kako će mu još samo jednom poslati opomenu, nakon čega, ukoliko se opet ogluši, država pali svoje bagere. O njegovu trošku, naravno.

No, zaboli Franu Barbarića neka stvar i za Državni inspektorat i za njegova rješenja. I za Državno odvjetništvo ga zaboli. Koje ga je nedavno ispitalo u Splitu. Kao da nije. Uostalom, nije on tu da se ispovijeda državi, država je tu radi njega. I njegovih. Po njihovoj je mjeri krojena.

Znamo da smo dosadni, ali pitali smo još jednom Državni inspektorat da nam kažu dokle su došli u postupanju s Barbarićevom bespravnom gradnjom na Hvaru. Jer, nekako nam se čini da presporo sve to ide. Sandučić je pun plavih kuverti, a kuća i dalje stoji.

Niste dosadni, odgovoriše nam. Ali, procedura se mora poštivati. Ukratko, inspekcijski nadzor građevinske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata je u tijeku. Po treći put. Prvi put je inspekcija utvrdila da je Barbarićevo zdanje bespravno. Drugi put je utvrdila kako Barbarić nije postupio po izdanoj opomeni, odnosno kako nije srušio građevinu. I sad je treći put otišla na teren kako bi utvrdila da Barbarić ni nakon druge opomene nije srušio sve ono što je protuzakonito sazidao.

Uskoro, dakle, Barbariću slijedi i treća opomena, ona zadnja, nakon koje će država, o njegovu trošku, obaviti rušenje. Premijer Plenković nešto je manje izravan. Ali i evidentno jednako blagonaklon prema kriminalcu s otoka njegovih predaka. Poglavito kad usporedimo njegovu promptnu i beskrupuloznu reakciju naspram čovjeka s Odjela intenzivne njege.

"Možeš graditi i ulagati, ali moraš ulagati po propisu. Tu postoje određeni pravni koraci koji se poduzimaju pa neka se oni iscrpe, a nakon toga ćemo gledati (...). Kada se sve smiri i razriješi onda ćemo u miru i bez ikakvog pritiska, iritacije ili nekakvog sufliranja sa strane donositi sve odluke. Pustimo još Državni inspektorat neka odradi svoj posao do kraja", kazao je nedavno Plenković.

Pritisak valjda rade mediji. Koji ujedno i iritiraju premijera. Zaboravio je tek jednu sitnicu. Državni inspektorat je svoj posao odavno odradio do kraja, a svi pravni koraci su itekako iscrpljeni. U prijevodu, situacija je i smirena i razriješena, čeka se tek smjena, bez ikakva sufliranja.

"Ako Plenković smijeni Franu Barbarića zamjerit će se Pavlu Vujnovcu, čelniku Prvog plinarskog društva, tvrtke koja je zarobila Hrvatsku, upravo Plenkovića, kojega kontroliraju", stalno ponavlja saborski zastupnik Mosta Nikola Grmoja.

U fokusu mu, naravno, nije samo Barbarićeva bespravna gradnja, nego i takozvana afera "plin za cent", s kojom, složno tvrde Milanović i Plenković, šef HEP-a nema ništa. Dapače, Barbarić je, ako je suditi prema njihovim izjavama, spasio Hrvatsku. I najmanje što je zaslužio jest par pedalja betona na djedovini.

Frane Barbarić još uvijek je predsjednik Uprave Hrvatske elektroprivrede (HEP). Andrej Plenković neće ni da čuje za njegovu smjenu, a istog je sluha i Zoran Milanović.

Zgodno je to kako dvojica najvećih oponenata, predsjednik Vlade i predsjednik države koji se otvoreno mrze i časte najgorim mogućim epitetima, zamuknu kad se spomene Frane Barbarić. Niti da izuste onu staru latinsku neka institucije rade svoj posao. A i kako bi izustili kad su institucije, na očiti očaj Loleka i Boleka, već odradile posao te Franu Barbarića, predsjednika Uprave HEP-a, najvećeg i najmoćnijeg državnog poduzeća, proglasile bespravnim graditeljem. A bespravna gradnja kazneno je djelo s propisanom kaznom od šest mjeseci do pet godina zatvora.

U slučaju Frane Barbarića, Državni inspektorat (DIRH) odradio je sve prema pravilima službe. Nedvojbeno je utvrdio da je na Hvaru, u uvali Sinjava, dvadesetak kilometara od Jelse, bespravno sagradio kuću. S jednako bespravnim bazenom. U turističkom žargonu se kaže da je to vila. Bez papira.

Dvaput se oglušio

Državni inspektorat donio je i rješenje o rušenju vile. Na koje se Frane Barbarić već dvaput oglušio, nakon čega mu je DIRH dvaput poslao uplatnicu na novčanu kaznu od 10.000 eura. S upozorenjem kako će mu još samo jednom poslati opomenu, nakon čega, ukoliko se opet ogluši, država pali svoje bagere. O njegovu trošku, naravno.

No, zaboli Franu Barbarića neka stvar i za Državni inspektorat i za njegova rješenja. I za Državno odvjetništvo ga zaboli. Koje ga je nedavno ispitalo u Splitu. Kao da nije. Uostalom, nije on tu da se ispovijeda državi, država je tu radi njega. I njegovih. Po njihovoj je mjeri krojena.

Znamo da smo dosadni, ali pitali smo još jednom Državni inspektorat da nam kažu dokle su došli u postupanju s Barbarićevom bespravnom gradnjom na Hvaru. Jer, nekako nam se čini da presporo sve to ide. Sandučić je pun plavih kuverti, a kuća i dalje stoji.

Niste dosadni, odgovoriše nam. Ali, procedura se mora poštivati. Ukratko, inspekcijski nadzor građevinske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata je u tijeku. Po treći put. Prvi put je inspekcija utvrdila da je Barbarićevo zdanje bespravno. Drugi put je utvrdila kako Barbarić nije postupio po izdanoj opomeni, odnosno kako nije srušio građevinu. I sad je treći put otišla na teren kako bi utvrdila da Barbarić ni nakon druge opomene nije srušio sve ono što je protuzakonito sazidao.

Uskoro, dakle, Barbariću slijedi i treća opomena, ona zadnja, nakon koje će država, o njegovu trošku, obaviti rušenje. To uskoro, međutim, uzmite s rezervom, jer treba ispoštovati sve rokove, žalbene i ine, pa potom raspisati natječaj za obavljanje rušenja, a kako i svaki natječaj ima svoj žalbeni rok, tako će bageri teško u uvalu Sinjava prije proljeća. Ako i tada. Jer, ne zaboravimo, Frane Barbarić ima moćne zaštitnike. Koji u njegovoj ilegalnoj raboti ne vide ništa pretjerano sporno.

"Djedovinu koju je imao legaliziranu, išao je širiti za par pedalja. Rekao sam mu to ljetos u Jelsi, da nije normalan jer je od sebe napravio metu, a i inače je meta", objasnio je nedavno Milanović relativizirajući Barbarićev kriminal.

Ni za Predsjednika problema nema

Predsjedniku se očito nije problem družiti s ljudima s one strane zakona, posebice s bespravnim graditeljima, poput Stipe Latkovića. Koji je mala beba naspram predsjednika Uprave HEP-a.

Premijer Plenković nešto je manje izravan. Ali i evidentno jednako blagonaklon prema kriminalcu s otoka njegovih predaka. Poglavito kad usporedimo njegovu promptnu i beskrupuloznu reakciju naspram čovjeka s Odjela intenzivne njege.

"Možeš graditi i ulagati, ali moraš ulagati po propisu. Tu postoje određeni pravni koraci koji se poduzimaju pa neka se oni iscrpe, a nakon toga ćemo gledati (...). Kada se sve smiri i razriješi onda ćemo u miru i bez ikakvog pritiska, iritacije ili nekakvog sufliranja sa strane donositi sve odluke. Pustimo još Državni inspektorat neka odradi svoj posao do kraja", kazao je nedavno Plenković.

Pritisak valjda rade mediji. Koji ujedno i iritiraju premijera. Zaboravio je tek jednu sitnicu. Državni inspektorat je svoj posao odavno odradio do kraja, a svi pravni koraci su itekako iscrpljeni. U prijevodu, situacija je i smirena i razriješena, čeka se tek smjena, bez ikakva sufliranja.

"Ako Plenković smijeni Franu Barbarića zamjerit će se Pavlu Vujnovcu, čelniku Prvog plinarskog društva, tvrtke koja je zarobila Hrvatsku, upravo Plenkovića, kojega kontroliraju", stalno ponavlja saborski zastupnik Mosta Nikola Grmoja.

U fokusu mu, naravno, nije samo Barbarićeva bespravna gradnja, nego i takozvana afera "plin za cent", s kojom, složno tvrde Milanović i Plenković, šef HEP-a nema ništa. Dapače, Barbarić je, ako je suditi prema njihovim izjavama, spasio Hrvatsku. I najmanje što je zaslužio jest par pedalja betona na djedovini.
