"Hrvatska vlada i MVEP nastavljaju raditi na rješavanju slučaja otetog hrvatskog državljanina. Sve države kojima smo se obratili za pomoć su se odazvale", priopćio je MVEP ne navodeći o kojim se državama radi.

"Koristimo sve mehanizme koji nam stoje na raspolaganju, no kao i do sada, zbog osjetljivosti situacije, nismo u mogućnosti objavljivati više detalja", dodaje Ministarstvo i ponavlja molbu i apel da se ne objavljuju nepotvrđene i neprovjerene informacije o slučaju.

Sudbina Tomislava Salopeka i dalje je neizvjesna, nekoliko dana pošto je istekao ultimatum Pokrajine Sinaj, egipatskog ogranka IS-a.

Salopek je otet 22. srpnja ujutro na području Kaira dok je službenim automobilom putovao na posao. Radio je za francusku grupu Compagnie Generale de Geophysique (CGG).

Islamistički militanti objavili su 5. kolovoza snimku na kojoj Salopek kleči u pustinji uz maskiranog muškarca s nožem u ruci i čita s lista papira da će ga otmičari smaknuti u roku od 48 sati ako egipatska vlada ne oslobodi uhićene muslimanke.

Otmičari se poslije toga nisu oglasili, a egipatske snage sigurnosti pokrenule su za njim opsežnu potragu.

je ponovilo da vlada u suradnji s drugim zemljama kontinuirano čini sve što može da riješi slučaj otetog Tomislava Salopeka u Egiptu, ali novih informacija za javnost o njegovoj sudbini nema.

"Hrvatska vlada i MVEP nastavljaju raditi na rješavanju slučaja otetog hrvatskog državljanina. Sve države kojima smo se obratili za pomoć su se odazvale", priopćio je MVEP ne navodeći o kojim se državama radi.

"Koristimo sve mehanizme koji nam stoje na raspolaganju, no kao i do sada, zbog osjetljivosti situacije, nismo u mogućnosti objavljivati više detalja", dodaje Ministarstvo i ponavlja molbu i apel da se ne objavljuju nepotvrđene i neprovjerene informacije o slučaju.

Sudbina Tomislava Salopeka i dalje je neizvjesna, nekoliko dana pošto je istekao ultimatum Pokrajine Sinaj, egipatskog ogranka IS-a.

Salopek je otet 22. srpnja ujutro na području Kaira dok je službenim automobilom putovao na posao. Radio je za francusku grupu Compagnie Generale de Geophysique (CGG).

Islamistički militanti objavili su 5. kolovoza snimku na kojoj Salopek kleči u pustinji uz maskiranog muškarca s nožem u ruci i čita s lista papira da će ga otmičari smaknuti u roku od 48 sati ako egipatska vlada ne oslobodi uhićene muslimanke.

Otmičari se poslije toga nisu oglasili, a egipatske snage sigurnosti pokrenule su za njim opsežnu potragu.

Ministarstvo vanjskih i europskih poslova (MVEP) i u utorak je ponovilo da vlada u suradnji s drugim zemljama kontinuirano čini sve što može da riješi slučaj otetog Tomislava Salopeka u Egiptu, ali novih informacija za javnost o njegovoj sudbini nema.
