Igor Severinac za portal Telegram je ispričao kako je njegova supruga Dijana Ramić Severinac, liječnica iz Zagreba, početkom godine preminula nakon estetskog zahvata liposukcije koji je obavila u privatnoj zagrebačkoj poliklinici, Specijalnoj bolnici Arithera.

Obdukcijom je potvrđeno da je Dijana Ramić Severinac umrla od masivne plućne embolije.

Kazao je kako je njezina operacija bila zakazana za osam sati ujutro te da je trebala biti prva pacijentica toga dana. Oko 11 je nazvao bolnicu, ali nije dobio odgovor pa se sa suprugom čuo tek dan nakon kada mu je rekla da se ne osjeća dobro. Istoga dana dobio je poruku od nje u kojoj je rekla kako se ne osjeća dobro te da se ne može smiriti i da ima problema s disanjem. 

Službeni bolnički podaci otkrili su kako je Dijana Ramić Severinac kolabirala u subotu 27. veljače, a u podacima nema toga da je nekoliko puta gubila svijest što je u porukama kazala suprugu. 

- Svi ti simptomi koje je Dijana prijavljivala i ono što je izmjereno bili su jasni pokazatelj plućne embolije, školski primjer, onako kako ih literatura opisuje. Pad tlaka i povećanje pulsa uz anksioznost, uz činjenicu da je rađena liposukcija kod koje je vjerojatnost plućne embolije iznimno velika morali su potaknuti liječnike da reagiraju ranije. Morali su odmah posumnjati na mogućnost plućne embolije. Umjesto toga oni su joj samo davali lijekove za te simptome i time zapravo kamuflirali pravo stanje, samo su sanirali posljedice, ali ne i uzrok- rekao je za spomenuti portal.

Upit o ovom slučaju RTL je poslao Specijalnoj bolnici Arithera. Odgovor koji potpisuje ravnateljica bolnice Arijana Hegediš Došen prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Izvještavamo Vas da Specijalna bolnica Arithera kao zdravstvena institucija prema članku 21. Zakona o liječništvu i članku 2. st. 14. Kodeksa medicinske etike i deontologije, ne smije objavljivati i javno iznositi informacije o zdravstvenom stanju, tijeku i ishodu liječenja pacijenata bez pisane dozvole najužih članova obitelji. Kako u slučaju preminule pacijentice takvu suglasnost nemamo, informacije o konkretnom slučaju nismo Vam u mogućnosti prenijeti.

Specijalna bolnica Arithera posluje 23 godine. Tijekom zadnjih 6 godina učinjeno je 3220 zahtjevnih operacijskih zahvata iz područja ortopedije i spinalne kirurgije, abdominalne i plastično-rekonstrukcijske kirurgije.

Željeli bi iznijeti nekoliko podataka koji govore o razini i kvaliteti zdravstvene zaštite koju pružamo u Specijalnoj bolnici Arithera*:

To je posebno izraženo kada se radi o pacijentu(ici) koji je ujedno i sam liječnik, što je upravo činjenica u slučaju koji navodite u Vašem upitu.

Naš tim dogovara pružanje medicinske usluge s pacijentom kroz partnersku, jasnu i sadržajnu komunikaciju, vodeći računa o potpunom razumijevanju postupka, uključujući individualne rizike i ograničenja koja oni nose. Pravila struke poštuju se u punom smislu i primjenjuju najviši standardi: od procjene rizika i odabira metode postupanja u predoperativnoj pripremi, potom samog izvođenja zahvata pa sve do postoperativnog nadzora i njege uz praćenje vitalnih funkcija kako bi sve proteklo bez poteškoća. Tu nema iznimke.

Ukoliko se unatoč svemu ipak dogodi kliničko pogoršanje, konzilij sastavljen od liječnika specijalista neodgodivo poduzima sve potrebne postupke za povratak i održavanje vitalnih funkcija. Međutim, u okolnosti kliničkog pogoršanja moguć je i neželjeni, smrtni ishod, čiji se uzroci mogu utvrditi naknadno. U slučaju zbog kojeg ste nam se obratili, a prvi je u povijesti našeg postojanja, obdukcijom i nalazom potvrđen je uzrok smrti bez implikacije liječničke pogreške.

I pored neupitne ekspertize, pedantnog poštivanja medicinskih protokola i odgovornog posvećivanja pacijentima, liječnici i medicinske sestre na svojim su profesionalnim putevima na žalost katkad primorani suočiti se sa neželjenim smrtnim ishodom. Takve su situacije za njih izrazito stresne pa i bilo kakvo medicinsko-tehničko opravdanje ne umanjuje teret osobne spoznaje gubitka pacijenta. U konačnici ipak, to ne umanjuje, već naprotiv učvršćuje naša nastojanja da I nadalje svim pacijentima pružimo uslugu prema najvišim standardima struke.

Igor Severinac za portal Telegram je ispričao kako je njegova supruga Dijana Ramić Severinac, liječnica iz Zagreba, početkom godine preminula nakon estetskog zahvata liposukcije koji je obavila u privatnoj zagrebačkoj poliklinici, Specijalnoj bolnici Arithera.

Obdukcijom je potvrđeno da je Dijana Ramić Severinac umrla od masivne plućne embolije.

Kazao je kako je njezina operacija bila zakazana za osam sati ujutro te da je trebala biti prva pacijentica toga dana. Oko 11 je nazvao bolnicu, ali nije dobio odgovor pa se sa suprugom čuo tek dan nakon kada mu je rekla da se ne osjeća dobro. Istoga dana dobio je poruku od nje u kojoj je rekla kako se ne osjeća dobro te da se ne može smiriti i da ima problema s disanjem. 

Službeni bolnički podaci otkrili su kako je Dijana Ramić Severinac kolabirala u subotu 27. veljače, a u podacima nema toga da je nekoliko puta gubila svijest što je u porukama kazala suprugu. 

- Svi ti simptomi koje je Dijana prijavljivala i ono što je izmjereno bili su jasni pokazatelj plućne embolije, školski primjer, onako kako ih literatura opisuje. Pad tlaka i povećanje pulsa uz anksioznost, uz činjenicu da je rađena liposukcija kod koje je vjerojatnost plućne embolije iznimno velika morali su potaknuti liječnike da reagiraju ranije. Morali su odmah posumnjati na mogućnost plućne embolije. Umjesto toga oni su joj samo davali lijekove za te simptome i time zapravo kamuflirali pravo stanje, samo su sanirali posljedice, ali ne i uzrok- rekao je za spomenuti portal.

Upit o ovom slučaju RTL je poslao Specijalnoj bolnici Arithera. Odgovor koji potpisuje ravnateljica bolnice Arijana Hegediš Došen prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Izvještavamo Vas da Specijalna bolnica Arithera kao zdravstvena institucija prema članku 21. Zakona o liječništvu i članku 2. st. 14. Kodeksa medicinske etike i deontologije, ne smije objavljivati i javno iznositi informacije o zdravstvenom stanju, tijeku i ishodu liječenja pacijenata bez pisane dozvole najužih članova obitelji. Kako u slučaju preminule pacijentice takvu suglasnost nemamo, informacije o konkretnom slučaju nismo Vam u mogućnosti prenijeti.

Specijalna bolnica Arithera posluje 23 godine. Tijekom zadnjih 6 godina učinjeno je 3220 zahtjevnih operacijskih zahvata iz područja ortopedije i spinalne kirurgije, abdominalne i plastično-rekonstrukcijske kirurgije.

Željeli bi iznijeti nekoliko podataka koji govore o razini i kvaliteti zdravstvene zaštite koju pružamo u Specijalnoj bolnici Arithera*:

Naš tim dogovara pružanje medicinske usluge s pacijentom kroz partnersku, jasnu i sadržajnu komunikaciju, vodeći računa o potpunom razumijevanju postupka, uključujući individualne rizike i ograničenja koja oni nose. Pravila struke poštuju se u punom smislu i primjenjuju najviši standardi: od procjene rizika i odabira metode postupanja u predoperativnoj pripremi, potom samog izvođenja zahvata pa sve do postoperativnog nadzora i njege uz praćenje vitalnih funkcija kako bi sve proteklo bez poteškoća. Tu nema iznimke.

Ukoliko se unatoč svemu ipak dogodi kliničko pogoršanje, konzilij sastavljen od liječnika specijalista neodgodivo poduzima sve potrebne postupke za povratak i održavanje vitalnih funkcija. Međutim, u okolnosti kliničkog pogoršanja moguć je i neželjeni, smrtni ishod, čiji se uzroci mogu utvrditi naknadno. U slučaju zbog kojeg ste nam se obratili, a prvi je u povijesti našeg postojanja, obdukcijom i nalazom potvrđen je uzrok smrti bez implikacije liječničke pogreške.

I pored neupitne ekspertize, pedantnog poštivanja medicinskih protokola i odgovornog posvećivanja pacijentima, liječnici i medicinske sestre na svojim su profesionalnim putevima na žalost katkad primorani suočiti se sa neželjenim smrtnim ishodom. Takve su situacije za njih izrazito stresne pa i bilo kakvo medicinsko-tehničko opravdanje ne umanjuje teret osobne spoznaje gubitka pacijenta. Igor Severinac za portal Telegram je ispričao kako je njegova supruga Dijana Ramić Severinac, liječnica iz Zagreba, početkom godine preminula nakon estetskog zahvata liposukcije koji je obavila u privatnoj zagrebačkoj poliklinici, Specijalnoj bolnici Arithera.

Obdukcijom je potvrđeno da je Dijana Ramić Severinac umrla od masivne plućne embolije.

Kazao je kako je njezina operacija bila zakazana za osam sati ujutro te da je trebala biti prva pacijentica toga dana. Oko 11 je nazvao bolnicu, ali nije dobio odgovor pa se sa suprugom čuo tek dan nakon kada mu je rekla da se ne osjeća dobro. Istoga dana dobio je poruku od nje u kojoj je rekla kako se ne osjeća dobro te da se ne može smiriti i da ima problema s disanjem.
