USKOK je odbacio kaznenu prijavu Viktora Šimunića protiv saborskog zastupnika HDZ-a Žarka Tušeka i bivšeg HDZ-ova gradonačelnika Oroslavja Emila Gredičaka.

Podsjetimo, riječ je o aferi “A kaj bi ti štel biti?”, kada je HDZ-ov Žarko Tušek osumnjičen da je pokušao foteljama potkupiti nezavisnog vijećnika i aktualnog gradonačelnika Oroslavja Viktora Šimunića u zamjenu za podršku na lokalnim izborima.

Priopćenje USKOK-a prenosimo u cijelosti.

USKOK je, nakon provedenih izvida, donio rješenje o odbačaju kaznene prijave podnesene protiv jednog saborskog zastupnika i protiv gradonačelnika Oroslavja zbog kaznenog djela podmićivanja zastupnika jer nisu ostvarena bitna obilježja tog kaznenog djela. (5. 11. 2021.)

Nakon što je u medijima objavljena snimka razgovora nezavisnog vijećnika u gradskom vijeću Oroslavja s jednim saborskim zastupnikom i s gradonačelnikom Oroslavja, USKOK je započeo s provođenjem izvida kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti konkretnog događaja. Naknadno je vezano za taj događaj USKOK zaprimio kaznenu prijavu u kojoj je bilo navedeno da se pokušalo podmititi nezavisnog vijećnika u gradskom vijeću Oroslavja u zamjenu za davanje podrške jednoj političkoj stranci u formiranju većine u županijskoj skupštini nakon lokalnih izbora u svibnju 2021. godine.

Provedenim izvidima utvrđeno je da je razgovor vođen prije raspisivanja lokalnih izbora. Također je utvrđeno da nezavisni vijećnik u gradskom vijeću Oroslavja nije imao svojstvo vijećnika u županijskoj skupštini, a koje svojstvo je bitno obilježje prijavljenog kaznenog djela. Naime, za ostvarivanje obilježja kaznenog djela podmićivanja zastupnika, osoba kojoj se nudi, obećava ili daje mito, u to vrijeme mora biti zastupnik odnosno vijećnik u tom predstavničkom tijelu u kojem bi zatim, na traženje davatelja mita, glasovala na određeni način.

Osim toga su tijekom izvida od više osoba uzete izjave iz kojih proizlazi da nakon predmetnog razgovora nisu poduzete nikakve konkretne radnje u pravcu pogodovanja nezavisnom vijećniku u gradskom vijeću Oroslavja. Slijedom svega navedenog kaznena prijava je odbačena.

USKOK je odbacio kaznenu prijavu Viktora Šimunića protiv saborskog zastupnika HDZ-a Žarka Tušeka i bivšeg HDZ-ova gradonačelnika Oroslavja Emila Gredičaka.

Podsjetimo, riječ je o aferi “A kaj bi ti štel biti?”, kada je HDZ-ov Žarko Tušek osumnjičen da je pokušao foteljama potkupiti nezavisnog vijećnika i aktualnog gradonačelnika Oroslavja Viktora Šimunića u zamjenu za podršku na lokalnim izborima.

Priopćenje USKOK-a prenosimo u cijelosti.

USKOK je, nakon provedenih izvida, donio rješenje o odbačaju kaznene prijave podnesene protiv jednog saborskog zastupnika i protiv gradonačelnika Oroslavja zbog kaznenog djela podmićivanja zastupnika jer nisu ostvarena bitna obilježja tog kaznenog djela. (5. 11. 2021.)

Nakon što je u medijima objavljena snimka razgovora nezavisnog vijećnika u gradskom vijeću Oroslavja s jednim saborskim zastupnikom i s gradonačelnikom Oroslavja, USKOK je započeo s provođenjem izvida kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti konkretnog događaja. Naknadno je vezano za taj događaj USKOK zaprimio kaznenu prijavu u kojoj je bilo navedeno da se pokušalo podmititi nezavisnog vijećnika u gradskom vijeću Oroslavja u zamjenu za davanje podrške jednoj političkoj stranci u formiranju većine u županijskoj skupštini nakon lokalnih izbora u svibnju 2021. godine.

Provedenim izvidima utvrđeno je da je razgovor vođen prije raspisivanja lokalnih izbora. Također je utvrđeno da nezavisni vijećnik u gradskom vijeću Oroslavja nije imao svojstvo vijećnika u županijskoj skupštini, a koje svojstvo je bitno obilježje prijavljenog kaznenog djela. Naime, za ostvarivanje obilježja kaznenog djela podmićivanja zastupnika, osoba kojoj se nudi, obećava ili daje mito, u to vrijeme mora biti zastupnik odnosno vijećnik u tom predstavničkom tijelu u kojem bi zatim, na traženje davatelja mita, glasovala na određeni način.

Osim toga su tijekom izvida od više osoba uzete izjave iz kojih proizlazi da nakon predmetnog razgovora nisu poduzete nikakve konkretne radnje u pravcu pogodovanja nezavisnom vijećniku u gradskom vijeću Oroslavja. Slijedom svega navedenog kaznena prijava je odbačena.

USKOK je odbacio kaznenu prijavu Viktora Šimunića protiv saborskog zastupnika HDZ-a Žarka Tušeka i bivšeg HDZ-ova gradonačelnika Oroslavja Emila Gredičaka.

Podsjetimo, riječ je o aferi “A kaj bi ti štel biti?”, kada je HDZ-ov Žarko Tušek osumnjičen da je pokušao foteljama potkupiti nezavisnog vijećnika i aktualnog gradonačelnika Oroslavja Viktora Šimunića u zamjenu za podršku na lokalnim izborima.

Priopćenje USKOK-a prenosimo u cijelosti.

USKOK je, nakon provedenih izvida, donio rješenje o odbačaju kaznene prijave podnesene protiv jednog saborskog zastupnika i protiv gradonačelnika Oroslavja zbog kaznenog djela podmićivanja zastupnika jer nisu ostvarena bitna obilježja tog kaznenog djela. (5. 11. 2021.)
