Cijena registracije za vozila mogla bi ove godine poskupjeti za 12,8 posto. To će se dogoditi ako bude usvojen Nacrt prijedloga Pravilnika o visini godišnje naknade za uporabu javnih cesta, koja se plaća pri registraciji motornih i priključnih vozila, a koji je u javnu raspravu uputilo Ministarstvo prometa, piše Jutarnji list.

Ovim prijedlogom predlaže se usklađivanje naknade s godišnjim iznosom inflacije. U samom pojašnjenju tek se šturo ističe kako je ministar prometa u rujnu 2015. godine donio Pravilnik o visini godišnje naknade za uporabu javnih cesta te da je “posve razvidno da su se poslovne okolnosti značajno promijenile, posebice uslijed novonastalog tržišnog okruženja te inflatornih pritisaka”.

Ministarstvo tako predlaže da se godišnja naknada ima uskladiti s godišnjim indeksom rasta cijena na malo, koji Državni zavod za statistiku objavljuje u siječnju svake godine. Državni zavod u siječnju ove godine objavio je da su cijene u siječnju 2023. u odnosu na siječanj 2022. porasle za 12,7 posto pa bi za toliko trebala porasti i spomenuta naknada, a time i ukupan iznos registracije vozila.

Sredstva koja se prikupe na ovaj način Ministarstvo prometa prosljeđuje Županijskim upravama za ceste, a one ih namjenski moraju koristiti za održavanje županijskih i lokalnih cesta koje su u njihovoj nadležnosti.

Prijedlog usklađivanja naknada za uporabu javnih cesta s inflacijom država je uputila u proceduru mjesec i pol dana nakon što je to isto praktički zabranila teleoperaterima. Početkom siječnja teleoperateri su najavili usklađenje cijena s inflacijom do najviše 10 posto, što su im odobrili HAKOM i Ministarstvo prometa. No, nakon toga se oglasio premijer Plenković, rekavši kako neće biti poskupljenja telekomunikacijskih usluga, a telekomima je poručio da imaju element korporativne i društvene odgovornosti.

S druge strane, kada je riječ o državnim tvrtkama, usklađenje s inflacijom radi njihova financiranja na teret građana nije problematično.

Cijena registracije za vozila mogla bi ove godine poskupjeti za 12,8 posto. To će se dogoditi ako bude usvojen Nacrt prijedloga Pravilnika o visini godišnje naknade za uporabu javnih cesta, koja se plaća pri registraciji motornih i priključnih vozila, a koji je u javnu raspravu uputilo Ministarstvo prometa, piše Jutarnji list.

Ovim prijedlogom predlaže se usklađivanje naknade s godišnjim iznosom inflacije. U samom pojašnjenju tek se šturo ističe kako je ministar prometa u rujnu 2015. godine donio Pravilnik o visini godišnje naknade za uporabu javnih cesta te da je “posve razvidno da su se poslovne okolnosti značajno promijenile, posebice uslijed novonastalog tržišnog okruženja te inflatornih pritisaka”.

Ministarstvo tako predlaže da se godišnja naknada ima uskladiti s godišnjim indeksom rasta cijena na malo, koji Državni zavod za statistiku objavljuje u siječnju svake godine. Državni zavod u siječnju ove godine objavio je da su cijene u siječnju 2023. u odnosu na siječanj 2022. porasle za 12,7 posto pa bi za toliko trebala porasti i spomenuta naknada, a time i ukupan iznos registracije vozila.

Sredstva koja se prikupe na ovaj način Ministarstvo prometa prosljeđuje Županijskim upravama za ceste, a one ih namjenski moraju koristiti za održavanje županijskih i lokalnih cesta koje su u njihovoj nadležnosti.

Prijedlog usklađivanja naknada za uporabu javnih cesta s inflacijom država je uputila u proceduru mjesec i pol dana nakon što je to isto praktički zabranila teleoperaterima. Početkom siječnja teleoperateri su najavili usklađenje cijena s inflacijom do najviše 10 posto, što su im odobrili HAKOM i Ministarstvo prometa. No, nakon toga se oglasio premijer Plenković, rekavši kako neće biti poskupljenja telekomunikacijskih usluga, a telekomima je poručio da imaju element korporativne i društvene odgovornosti.

S druge strane, kada je riječ o državnim tvrtkama, usklađenje s inflacijom radi njihova financiranja na teret građana nije problematično.

Novi udar na novčanik: drastično poskupljuje registracija auta?; ‘Cijenu moramo uskladiti s inflacijom‘

Cijena registracije za vozila mogla bi ove godine poskupjeti za 12,8 posto. To će se dogoditi ako bude usvojen Nacrt prijedloga Pravilnika o visini godišnje naknade za uporabu javnih cesta, koja se plaća pri registraciji motornih i priključnih vozila, a koji je u javnu raspravu uputilo Ministarstvo prometa, piše Jutarnji list.

Ovim prijedlogom predlaže se usklađivanje naknade s godišnjim iznosom inflacije. U samom pojašnjenju tek se šturo ističe kako je ministar prometa u rujnu 2015. godine donio Pravilnik o visini godišnje naknade za uporabu javnih cesta te da je “posve razvidno da su se poslovne okolnosti značajno promijenile, posebice uslijed novonastalog tržišnog okruženja te inflatornih pritisaka”.
