Nakon što je otkriveno da su se u neboderu na Rastočinama u Rijeci nakotile stjenice, djelatnici Dezinsekcije u petak ujutro su tretirali tri stana koja su se našli na udaru te pošasti.
Renata Bartula Bosanac, koja s obitelji živi na 16. katu, kaže da je zadovoljna što su se stvari konačno pomakle s mrtve točke. Cijeli postupak dezinsekcije trajao je 15-ak minuta, nakon čega se Renatina obitelj može vratiti u stan, piše Jutarnji list.
- Sada ne smijemo te površine tretirati nikakvim sredstvima pet dana. Kako su nam objasnili, one će sada izlaziti, a jedino ih možemo fizički ubijati. To je prvi postupak, morat će još jednom doći u stan, a to su zakazali za 3. studenoga - ispričala nam je Bartula Bosanac.
Na ulazu u neboder ujutro je, pak, osvanula obavijest predstavnika stanara Davora Petričića da je, s obzirom na to da su se stjenice proširile u više stanova, potrebno izvršiti dezinsekciju svih stanova, kao i zajedničkih dijelova zgrade. Petričić je suvlasnike stanova obavijestio i da će, pošto su stanovi u privatnom vlasništvu, svatko morati sam snositi troškove za svoj stan. Ti troškovi okvirno iznose 100 do 150 eura, što je već izazvalo negodovanje kod dijela stanara koji se pitaju zašto onda plaćaju pričuvu.
Petričić, koji nije u Rijeci, u telefonskom nam je razgovoru rekao da drugačije nije moguće.
- Stjenica nema u svim stanovima, ali potrebno je to napraviti radi preventive. Pričuva? Kada bi to platili iz pričuve, zgrada bi automatski otišla u bankrot. Vlasnici stanova morat će to sami platiti, nema druge - rekao nam je predstavnik suvlasnika zgrade.
Prije nego što su tretirana tri stana u petak, prema Petričićevim riječima, Dezinsekcija je u razmaku od godinu dana u više navrata tretirala dva stana u neboderu zbog stjenica, No, to nije polučilo uspjeh pa će se sada morati tretirati čitava zgrada.
Sve je, kako navodi Petričić, krenulo iz državnog stana na 14. katu. Veli i da je, s obzirom da se radi o državnom stanu, Republika Hrvatska snosila troškove dosadašnjih dezinsekcija, uključujući današnja tri stana. Pitali smo ga zašto onda država ne snosi i troškove tretmana svih ostalih stanova u zgradi.
- Ah, da, to bi bilo lijepo... Ali ne znam hoće li na to pristati. Nismo o tome još uopće razgovarali - rekao nam je predstavnik suvlasnika stanova, najavivši da se u subotu vraća u Rijeku te da će po povratku sazvati sastanak kućnog savjeta na kojem će se raspravljati o temi stjenica u neboderu.

Nakon što je otkriveno da su se u neboderu na Rastočinama u Rijeci nakotile stjenice, djelatnici Dezinsekcije u petak ujutro su tretirali tri stana koja su se našli na udaru te pošasti.
Renata Bartula Bosanac, koja s obitelji živi na 16. katu, kaže da je zadovoljna što su se stvari konačno pomakle s mrtve točke. Cijeli postupak dezinsekcije trajao je 15-ak minuta, nakon čega se Renatina obitelj može vratiti u stan, piše Jutarnji list.
- Sada ne smijemo te površine tretirati nikakvim sredstvima pet dana. Kako su nam objasnili, one će sada izlaziti, a jedino ih možemo fizički ubijati. To je prvi postupak, morat će još jednom doći u stan, a to su zakazali za 3. studenoga - ispričala nam je Bartula Bosanac.
Na ulazu u neboder ujutro je, pak, osvanula obavijest predstavnika stanara Davora Petričića da je, s obzirom na to da su se stjenice proširile u više stanova, potrebno izvršiti dezinsekciju svih stanova, kao i zajedničkih dijelova zgrade. Petričić je suvlasnike stanova obavijestio i da će, pošto su stanovi u privatnom vlasništvu, svatko morati sam snositi troškove za svoj stan. Ti troškovi okvirno iznose 100 do 150 eura, što je već izazvalo negodovanje kod dijela stanara koji se pitaju zašto onda plaćaju pričuvu.
Petričić, koji nije u Rijeci, u telefonskom nam je razgovoru rekao da drugačije nije moguće.
- Stjenica nema u svim stanovima, ali potrebno je to napraviti radi preventive. Pričuva? Kada bi to platili iz pričuve, zgrada bi automatski otišla u bankrot. Vlasnici stanova morat će to sami platiti, nema druge - rekao nam je predstavnik suvlasnika zgrade.
Prije nego što su tretirana tri stana u petak, prema Petričićevim riječima, Dezinsekcija je u razmaku od godinu dana u više navrata tretirala dva stana u neboderu zbog stjenica, No, to nije polučilo uspjeh pa će se sada morati tretirati čitava zgrada.
Sve je, kako navodi Petričić, krenulo iz državnog stana na 14. katu. Veli i da je, s obzirom da se radi o državnom stanu, Republika Hrvatska snosila troškove dosadašnjih dezinsekcija, uključujući današnja tri stana. Pitali smo ga zašto onda država ne snosi i troškove tretmana svih ostalih stanova u zgradi.
- Ah, da, to bi bilo lijepo... Ali ne znam hoće li na to pristati. Nismo o tome još uopće razgovarali - rekao nam je predstavnik suvlasnika stanova, najavivši da se u subotu vraća u Rijeku te da će po povratku sazvati sastanak kućnog savjeta na kojem će se raspravljati o temi stjenica u neboderu.
