Predsjednik Državnog sudbenog vijeća Ranko Marjan skinuo je imunitet Anti Unkoviću, sucu Općinskog suda u Splitu optuženom za primanje mita.

Protiv Unkovića, njegovog kolege pod suspenzijom Roberta Pešutića, Nade Karin, Gabrijele Soldo i Gordana Bička USKOK je podigao optužnicu zbog primanja i davanja mita, zloporabe položaja i ovlasti, pomaganja u primanju mita i poticanja na zloporabu položaja i ovlasti koja još uvijek nije pravomoćna. Upravo o njenoj pravomoćnosti ovisi i suspenzija nad sucem Unkovićem.

Pešutić je suspendiran odmah po uhićenju polovicom listopada prošle godine. Kako je nad njim tada određen pritvor, odmah je određena i suspenzija od tri mjeseca.

U međuvremenu je Pešutić dao jamstvo od milijun kuna kao mjeru osiguranja za obranu sa slobode. Nakon isteka roka suspenzije, DSV ju je na sjednici produljio na dajljnja tri mjeseca.

Kako po pokretanju postupka Unković nije bio pritvoren, nastavio je raditi bez obzira na svoj status osumnjičenika. Ista situacija nastavila se i po podizanju optužnice. Naime, utuženje uvjetuje tek skidanje imuniteta i to odlukom predsjednika DSV-a, bez potrebe zakazivanja sjednice.

Suspenzija, međutim, ovisi o pravomoćnosti optužnog akta. Nakon što optužno vijeće bude odlučivalo o osnovanosti optužnice konačno će se znati hoće li Unković bit suspendiran.

Predsjednik Državnog sudbenog vijeća Ranko Marjan skinuo je imunitet Anti Unkoviću, sucu Općinskog suda u Splitu optuženom za primanje mita.

Protiv Unkovića, njegovog kolege pod suspenzijom Roberta Pešutića, Nade Karin, Gabrijele Soldo i Gordana Bička USKOK je podigao optužnicu zbog primanja i davanja mita, zloporabe položaja i ovlasti, pomaganja u primanju mita i poticanja na zloporabu položaja i ovlasti koja još uvijek nije pravomoćna. Upravo o njenoj pravomoćnosti ovisi i suspenzija nad sucem Unkovićem.

Pešutić je suspendiran odmah po uhićenju polovicom listopada prošle godine. Kako je nad njim tada određen pritvor, odmah je određena i suspenzija od tri mjeseca.

U međuvremenu je Pešutić dao jamstvo od milijun kuna kao mjeru osiguranja za obranu sa slobode. Nakon isteka roka suspenzije, DSV ju je na sjednici produljio na dajljnja tri mjeseca.

Kako po pokretanju postupka Unković nije bio pritvoren, nastavio je raditi bez obzira na svoj status osumnjičenika. Ista situacija nastavila se i po podizanju optužnice. Naime, utuženje uvjetuje tek skidanje imuniteta i to odlukom predsjednika DSV-a, bez potrebe zakazivanja sjednice.

Suspenzija, međutim, ovisi o pravomoćnosti optužnog akta. Nakon što optužno vijeće bude odlučivalo o osnovanosti optužnice konačno će se znati hoće li Unković bit suspendiran.
