Mortus pijani Dejan zatečen je kako upravlja automobilom u suprotnom smjeru, i to s jako visokom koncentracijom alkohola u organizmu.

Prema ovotjednoj presudi, sve se dogodilo u srpnju oko 21.20 sati u Pakracu, Bolnička ulica kbr. 3, gdje je 44-godišnjak zatečen da upravlja osobnim automobilom ford daruvarske registarske oznake pod utjecajem alkohola od čak 2,32 promila.

Osim toga, “zatečen je da upravlja kolničkim trakom namijenjenom za promet vozila iz suprotnog smjera, odnosno zabranjenim smjerom kretanja, dakle, kretao se u suprotnom, odnosno zabranjenom smjeru“.

Odbio potpisati

“Uvidom u zapisnik o ispitivanju alkoholiziranosti utvrđeno je da je kod Dejana nakon alkotestiranja očitana koncentracija od 2,42 g/kg, a koja umanjena za granicu dopuštene pogreške iznosi 2,32 g/kg.

Nakon što je okrivljenik upoznat s očitanom koncentracijom, nije poricao rezultate ispitivanja, na postupak ispitivanja nije imao primjedbi, ali je odbio potpisati zapisnik”, navodi sutkinja u presudi, prenosi Danica.hr.

Dejan svoju obranu tijekom postupka nije dostavio, niti se odazvao na raspravu.

Sud kaže da je putem Policijske postaje Pakrac zatražio provjeru adrese, a utvrđeno je da je on napustio prijavljeno prebivalište, ali sudu nije dostavio novu adresu”.

Na sudu je zato svjedočila samo policajka Natalija koja ga je te noći zaustavila na cesti. Zapravo se potpuno pijani Dejan u automobilu tog trena mimoišao s policijskim vozilom. Sreća da nije došlo do sudara.

Može se žaliti

“Kretao se Bolničkom ulicom u suprotnom, odnosno zabranjenom smjeru, sreli smo se s njim negdje kod Fine. Zaustavili smo njegovo vozilo i primijetila sam da je vozač u vidno alkoholiziranom stanju”, naglasila je pakračka policajka koja je otkrila kako je Dejan nakon toga uhićen.

Sutkinja je Dejana proglasila krivim i kaznila s ukupno 1580 eura i 40 eura troškova postupka. No, od kazne mu se oduzima 80 eura jer je dva dana proveo u policijskom pritvoru.

Osim toga, dobio je i sedmomjesečnu zabranu upravljanja motornim vozilima. Presuda je nepravomoćna i Dejan se na nju može žaliti.

Mortus pijani Dejan zatečen je kako upravlja automobilom u suprotnom smjeru, i to s jako visokom koncentracijom alkohola u organizmu.

Prema ovotjednoj presudi, sve se dogodilo u srpnju oko 21.20 sati u Pakracu, Bolnička ulica kbr. 3, gdje je 44-godišnjak zatečen da upravlja osobnim automobilom ford daruvarske registarske oznake pod utjecajem alkohola od čak 2,32 promila.

Osim toga, “zatečen je da upravlja kolničkim trakom namijenjenom za promet vozila iz suprotnog smjera, odnosno zabranjenim smjerom kretanja, dakle, kretao se u suprotnom, odnosno zabranjenom smjeru“.

Odbio potpisati

“Uvidom u zapisnik o ispitivanju alkoholiziranosti utvrđeno je da je kod Dejana nakon alkotestiranja očitana koncentracija od 2,42 g/kg, a koja umanjena za granicu dopuštene pogreške iznosi 2,32 g/kg.

Nakon što je okrivljenik upoznat s očitanom koncentracijom, nije poricao rezultate ispitivanja, na postupak ispitivanja nije imao primjedbi, ali je odbio potpisati zapisnik”, navodi sutkinja u presudi, prenosi Danica.hr.

Dejan svoju obranu tijekom postupka nije dostavio, niti se odazvao na raspravu.

Sud kaže da je putem Policijske postaje Pakrac zatražio provjeru adrese, a utvrđeno je da je on napustio prijavljeno prebivalište, ali sudu nije dostavio novu adresu”.

Na sudu je zato svjedočila samo policajka Natalija koja ga je te noći zaustavila na cesti. Zapravo se potpuno pijani Dejan u automobilu tog trena mimoišao s policijskim vozilom. Sreća da nije došlo do sudara.

Može se žaliti

“Kretao se Bolničkom ulicom u suprotnom, odnosno zabranjenom smjeru, sreli smo se s njim negdje kod Fine. Zaustavili smo njegovo vozilo i primijetila sam da je vozač u vidno alkoholiziranom stanju”, naglasila je pakračka policajka koja je otkrila kako je Dejan nakon toga uhićen.

Sutkinja je Dejana proglasila krivim i kaznila s ukupno 1580 eura i 40 eura troškova postupka. No, od kazne mu se oduzima 80 eura jer je dva dana proveo u policijskom pritvoru.

Pijani Dejan vozio automobil u suprotnom smjeru i skoro se sudario s policijom

Mortus pijani Dejan zatečen je kako upravlja automobilom u suprotnom smjeru, i to s jako visokom koncentracijom alkohola u organizmu.

Prema ovotjednoj presudi, sve se dogodilo u srpnju oko 21.20 sati u Pakracu, Bolnička ulica kbr. 3, gdje je 44-godišnjak zatečen da upravlja osobnim automobilom ford daruvarske registarske oznake pod utjecajem alkohola od čak 2,32 promila.

Osim toga, “zatečen je da upravlja kolničkim trakom namijenjenom za promet vozila iz suprotnog smjera, odnosno zabranjenim smjerom kretanja, dakle, kretao se u suprotnom, odnosno zabranjenom smjeru“.

Odbio potpisati

“Uvidom u zapisnik o ispitivanju alkoholiziranosti utvrđeno je da je kod Dejana nakon alkotestiranja očitana koncentracija od 2,42 g/kg, a koja umanjena za granicu dopuštene pogreške iznosi 2,32 g/kg.

Nakon što je okrivljenik upoznat s očitanom koncentracijom, nije poricao rezultate ispitivanja, na postupak ispitivanja nije imao primjedbi, ali je odbio potpisati zapisnik”, navodi sutkinja u presudi, prenosi Danica.hr.

Dejan svoju obranu tijekom postupka nije dostavio, niti se odazvao na raspravu.

Sud kaže da je putem Policijske postaje Pakrac zatražio provjeru adrese, a utvrđeno je da je on napustio prijavljeno prebivalište, ali sudu nije dostavio novu adresu”.

Na sudu je zato svjedočila samo policajka Natalija koja ga je te noći zaustavila na cesti. Zapravo se potpuno pijani Dejan u automobilu tog trena mimoišao s policijskim vozilom. Sreća da nije došlo do sudara.

Može se žaliti

“Kretao se Bolničkom ulicom u suprotnom, odnosno zabranjenom smjeru, sreli smo se s njim negdje kod Fine. Zaustavili smo njegovo vozilo i primijetila sam da je vozač u vidno alkoholiziranom stanju”, naglasila je pakračka policajka koja je otkrila kako je Dejan nakon toga uhićen.

Sutkinja je Dejana proglasila krivim i kaznila s ukupno 1580 eura i 40 eura troškova postupka. No, od kazne mu se oduzima 80 eura jer je dva dana proveo u policijskom pritvoru.

Osim toga, dobio je i sedmomjesečnu zabranu upravljanja motornim vozilima. Presuda je nepravomoćna i Dejan se na nju može žaliti.
