Premijer Andrej Plenković danas je zajedno s nekoliko svojih ministara te mjesnim županom Ernestom Petryjem u Gospiću otvorio Razvojni centar Ličko-senjske županije. No, gotovo jednaku svečanost pred istom zgradom još u ožujku priredio je tadašnji župan Darko Milinović, a povod je bio isti - Razvojni centar Ličko-senjske županije, piše Jutarnji list. 

Politički front oko ovog poduzetničkog inkubatora Milinović je otvorio još proljetos pitajući javno Andreja Plenkovića "podržava li gospodarski terorizam svoje stranke u Ličko-senjskoj županiji zbog odgađanja otvaranja poduzetničkog inkubatora", a onda ga je aktualizirao jučer neposredno prije otvorenja objavom na Facebooku: 'Podvaljuju premijeru. Danas otvara Razvojni centar Ličko-senjske županije koji je već otvoren u 3. mjesecu. Ipak, premijer je premijer".

Pravne pretpostavke

- Vidio sam Dadu maloprije, dobro izgleda, ima dobru boju. Pitao sam ga da se nije vozio na motoru na Grobniku, da nije bilo nekog incidenta. Kaže da je ovaj put prošlo dobro. Što se tiče Centra, dakle, inkubatora, to je projekt vrijedan 18, 19 milijuna kuna. Koliko je meni poznato, sve pravne pretpostavke da se on otvori ostvarile su se tek u srpnju i stoga koristim ovu priliku da danas odemo tamo i da damo podršku radu tog Centra - prokomentirao je premijer prije otvorenja.

Očito ponukani "provokacijom" bivšeg župana, protokol, a i novi župan Petry naglasili su kako je ustanova registrirana 1. srpnja, jer "možete vi otvarati što hoćete, ali ustanova se otvara nakon što se registrira na Trgovačkom sudu".

- Županijska skupština je u travnju donijela odluku o osnivanju Ustanove Razvojnoga centra, sa stupanjem na snagu 1. lipnja kako se to ne bi zloupotrijebilo u predizbornoj kampanji. Što je prethodnik otvarao, što nije, ne znam, ja sam nakon izbora imenovao v. d. ravnatelja i pokrenuo taj postupak registracije - rekao je župan Petry izražavajući nadu da će ovo biti poticaj razvoju gospodarstva, obrtništva, ali i da će stimulirati rad obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava.

'Podvala premijeru'

- Citirat ću pokojnog Vladu Gotovca: U Navarri se umiralo od srama!. Oni sada mogu otvoriti samo ustanovu za uhljebljivanje, Razvojni centar je otvoren još 8. ožujka, kada je održana i završna konferencija. Žao mi je što su premijeru podvalili da otvori nešto što je već otvoreno, župan Petry otvara sve moje projekte - prokomentirao im je bivši župan Darko Milinović.

No, ono što je ključno, ostalo je u pozadini ove prepirke - iako je, eto, već dvaput otvoren, šest mjeseci nakon prvog otvorenja, i tri mjeseca nakon registracije, svi uredi i ostale prostorije na 1700 kvadrata još nisu u funkciji, iako su opremljeni. Premijer Plenković je uvjeren da će ovaj centar stvoriti dodanu vrijednost ekonomije Ličko-senjske županije, naglasio je da će ovakvi centri diljem Hrvatske pomoći mladima da prate globalne trendove te da se kroz njih uključe u proces 4. industrijske revolucije - digitalnog i zelenog.

Premijer Andrej Plenković danas je zajedno s nekoliko svojih ministara te mjesnim županom Ernestom Petryjem u Gospiću otvorio Razvojni centar Ličko-senjske županije. No, gotovo jednaku svečanost pred istom zgradom još u ožujku priredio je tadašnji župan Darko Milinović, a povod je bio isti - Razvojni centar Ličko-senjske županije, piše Jutarnji list. 

Politički front oko ovog poduzetničkog inkubatora Milinović je otvorio još proljetos pitajući javno Andreja Plenkovića "podržava li gospodarski terorizam svoje stranke u Ličko-senjskoj županiji zbog odgađanja otvaranja poduzetničkog inkubatora", a onda ga je aktualizirao jučer neposredno prije otvorenja objavom na Facebooku: 'Podvaljuju premijeru. Danas otvara Razvojni centar Ličko-senjske županije koji je već otvoren u 3. mjesecu. Ipak, premijer je premijer".

Pravne pretpostavke

- Vidio sam Dadu maloprije, dobro izgleda, ima dobru boju. Pitao sam ga da se nije vozio na motoru na Grobniku, da nije bilo nekog incidenta. Kaže da je ovaj put prošlo dobro. Što se tiče Centra, dakle, inkubatora, to je projekt vrijedan 18, 19 milijuna kuna. Koliko je meni poznato, sve pravne pretpostavke da se on otvori ostvarile su se tek u srpnju i stoga koristim ovu priliku da danas odemo tamo i da damo podršku radu tog Centra - prokomentirao je premijer prije otvorenja.

Očito ponukani "provokacijom" bivšeg župana, protokol, a i novi župan Petry naglasili su kako je ustanova registrirana 1. srpnja, jer "možete vi otvarati što hoćete, ali ustanova se otvara nakon što se registrira na Trgovačkom sudu".

- Županijska skupština je u travnju donijela odluku o osnivanju Ustanove Razvojnoga centra, sa stupanjem na snagu 1. lipnja kako se to ne bi zloupotrijebilo u predizbornoj kampanji. Što je prethodnik otvarao, što nije, ne znam, ja sam nakon izbora imenovao v. d. ravnatelja i pokrenuo taj postupak registracije - rekao je župan Petry izražavajući nadu da će ovo biti poticaj razvoju gospodarstva, obrtništva, ali i da će stimulirati rad obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava.

'Podvala premijeru'

- Citirat ću pokojnog Vladu Gotovca: U Navarri se umiralo od srama!. Oni sada mogu otvoriti samo ustanovu za uhljebljivanje, Razvojni centar je otvoren još 8. ožujka, kada je održana i završna konferencija. Žao mi je što su premijeru podvalili da otvori nešto što je već otvoreno, župan Petry otvara sve moje projekte - prokomentirao im je bivši župan Darko Milinović.

No, ono što je ključno, ostalo je u pozadini ove prepirke - iako je, eto, već dvaput otvoren, šest mjeseci nakon prvog otvorenja, i tri mjeseca nakon registracije, svi uredi i ostale prostorije na 1700 kvadrata još nisu u funkciji, iako su opremljeni. Premijer Plenković je uvjeren da će ovaj centar stvoriti dodanu vrijednost ekonomije Ličko-senjske županije, naglasio je da će ovakvi centri diljem Hrvatske pomoći mladima da prate globalne trendove te da se kroz njih uključe u proces 4. industrijske revolucije - digitalnog i zelenog.
