Ponovno suđenje bivšem potpredsjedniku Hrvatskog fonda za privatizaciju Ivanu Gotovcu i poduzetniku Svjetlanu Staniću, optuženima u predmetu «mali Maestro», počelo je u srijedu na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu. Očitujući se o navodima iz optužnice okrivljenici su negirali krivnju.

USKOK, inače, Gotovca tereti da je zloupotrijebio položaj i ovlasti kako bi Staniću omogućio stjecanje pod što povoljnijim uvjetima dionica i imovine društava iz portfelja HFP-a - Dalmacijavina i hotela Bellevue u vlasništvu Laurusa d.d. u stečaju.

Ovaj ga je, pak, prema optužnom aktu, poticao na zloporabu položaja, dajući mu mito – peku i plaćan put u Monte Carlo, ponudio mu pozajmicu za trgovanje na burzi, pozvao ga na ljetovanje na svojoj jahti, te mu je obećao da će ga angažirati kao osobnog savjetnika kad ode iz Fonda.

Gotovac i Stanić su na prvom suđenju bili nepravomoćno oslobođeni optužbe, no Vrhovni je sud ukinuo tu presudu i vratio predmet na ponovni postupak pred novim sudskim vijećem. Ono je, pak, prihvatilo dokazne prijedloge obrane i tužiteljstva.

Tako će, između ostalih, svjedočiti i bivši potpredsjednik Vlade Damir Polančec. Njegovo je ispitivanje predložila Gotovčeva obrana, s obrazloženjem kako je Polančec nezaobilazna figura u ovom postupku jer je, kao predsjednik Upravnog odbora HFP-a, bio pretpostavljen Gotovcu koji ga je o svemu izvještavao pa je tako bio upoznat i s postupkom privatizacije koja je predmet ovog procesa.

Suđenje će biti nastavljeno u prosincu.

Ponovno suđenje bivšem potpredsjedniku Hrvatskog fonda za privatizaciju Ivanu Gotovcu i poduzetniku Svjetlanu Staniću, optuženima u predmetu «mali Maestro», počelo je u srijedu na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu. Očitujući se o navodima iz optužnice okrivljenici su negirali krivnju.

USKOK, inače, Gotovca tereti da je zloupotrijebio položaj i ovlasti kako bi Staniću omogućio stjecanje pod što povoljnijim uvjetima dionica i imovine društava iz portfelja HFP-a - Dalmacijavina i hotela Bellevue u vlasništvu Laurusa d.d. u stečaju.

Ovaj ga je, pak, prema optužnom aktu, poticao na zloporabu položaja, dajući mu mito – peku i plaćan put u Monte Carlo, ponudio mu pozajmicu za trgovanje na burzi, pozvao ga na ljetovanje na svojoj jahti, te mu je obećao da će ga angažirati kao osobnog savjetnika kad ode iz Fonda.

Gotovac i Stanić su na prvom suđenju bili nepravomoćno oslobođeni optužbe, no Vrhovni je sud ukinuo tu presudu i vratio predmet na ponovni postupak pred novim sudskim vijećem. Ono je, pak, prihvatilo dokazne prijedloge obrane i tužiteljstva.

Tako će, između ostalih, svjedočiti i bivši potpredsjednik Vlade Damir Polančec. Njegovo je ispitivanje predložila Gotovčeva obrana, s obrazloženjem kako je Polančec nezaobilazna figura u ovom postupku jer je, kao predsjednik Upravnog odbora HFP-a, bio pretpostavljen Gotovcu koji ga je o svemu izvještavao pa je tako bio upoznat i s postupkom privatizacije koja je predmet ovog procesa.

Suđenje će biti nastavljeno u prosincu.
